Jihad TV tries to help Hezbollah kill Jews

According to the Jerusalem Post, Jihad TV's (AKA Al Jazeera) bureau chief in Jerusalem was `detained ' by the Israeli police for the second time in as many days.

Walid Al Omari was first taken into custody on Sunday for a real-time broadcast of a Hizbullah Katyusha attack on Haifa, which disclosed the area of the rocket attack, in violation of Israeli military censorship guidelines.

This was the attack in which 8 people were killed. In Israel real time reporting of rocket hits is banned by military censorship so as Hezbollah or Hamas or al Aksa perfect their aim and their attacks.

These are long standing security rules that apply to the entire press in Israel and were accepted by Al Jazeera when they opened their office in Israel. (And just WHY did Israel allow that????)

Al Omari was taken into custody a second time for broadcasting a real time Katyusha attack in Galilee.

"Al-Jazeera hereby expresses its utmost disapproval and strong denunciation of the Israeli authorities obstruction of its coverage of the conflict and reiterates its adherence to internationally recognized professional journalistic standards," the station said in a press release Monday.

"The only difference between us and the rest (of the journalists) is that there are people who want to make it difficult for us to do our work after all the incitement against us," Al Omari told Israel Radio as he was being taken into custody in northern Israel.

Nor is this anything new. Israeli security officials have repeatedly accused the Jihad TV of broadcasting ultra-sensitive security locations that could be used by Hezbollah to pinpoint targets for a future attack.

So, one more time..why allow them to stay? Israel needs spies and fifth columnists during wartime?

Too bad Bush or somebody else didn't bomb them
