Quote O' the Day, from Lord Ahmed

“This honour is given in recognition of services rendered to Great Britain. Salman Rushdie lives in New York. He is a controversial man who has insulted Muslim people, Christians and the British. He does not deserve the honour."

“Two weeks ago Tony Blair spoke about constructing bridges with Muslims. What hypocrisy. What would one say if the Saudi or Afghan governments honoured the martyrs of the September 11 attacks on the United States?“

- The Labour peer Lord Ahmed of Rotherham, quoted in an interview in Le Figaro in France....a fish n'chips magnate, Lord Ahmed is one of those questionable `honours for cash' knighthoods pioneered by Labour's Tony Blair.

Note the emphasis by Lord Ahmed on referring to the 9/11 terrorists as `martyrs'.

Is this is the sort of Muslim Britain thinks of as mainstream? Cousins, you're in more trouble than I thought.

Maybe we Americans should hold a seethefest protesting this garbage!
