And two, you obviously have never read Ayn Rand. I can at least sympathize with that a little, since she's not one of my favorite authors.

It's come out that Hobby Lobby pays well above the industry average for its employees. Tye probably borrowed that idea from Henry Ford who paid his assembly line workers then then outrageously generous salary of $5 per day. It's plain good business sense for an employer to make pay and working conditions desirable, because it minimizes turnover and increases productivity, which ultimately benefits the workers as well as society. That's why slavery (and socialism) always end up failing.

How many female employees of Hobby Lobby are going to quit because their employer's religious beliefs made him draw the line at $9 per month worth of contraceptives? You can probably count them on your fingers and have a few left over.

And how on earth did women manage to get contraceptives before Obamacare disrupted the nation's healthcare system?

I admit, the bogus 'war on women' propaganda is one of the stupider arguments ever advanced in politics, but then, some will buy it. And what else does the Left have after six years of misrule?

Robhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13332213651195340500noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16816866.post-55058056756717937312014-07-01T11:37:36.998-07:002014-07-01T11:37:36.998-07:00i'm curious.

Where in the Constitution does it say that an employer has to provide a safe work environment? In a capitalist society, employers have no obligation to keep their workers safe. If the workers wanted a safe environment, they would just choose not to have the job.

Oh, and nothing makes me happier than seeing 5 men tell the nation's women that their health is less important than a man's. Damn straight. This war on women isn't moving fast enough - any chance we can strip their voting rights before November? Ayn Randnoreply@blogger.com
