Perhaps the experiences of him and his dad in turning around failing companies by downsizing them so they can survive and thus be able to preserve jobs in the long term has provided Mr. Romeny for a time such as this. Essentially America may be for all practical purposes bankrupt. If it is not, it will be within a few years if its profilgate spending and debt practices are not reversed.

To do this will require the kind of approach that Mr. Romney had to take at Bain Capital. Essentially the next president will be tasked with taking over a failing company and turning it around. Three horrific presidents in a row have taken a tremendous toll on our country. Ir may take a person performing a role like Mr. Romney perfomed at Bain Capital on the US goverment.

For an argument on why Romney is the least elecable candidate one can refer to the followint article: http://spectator.org/archives/2012/01/11/rino-romneyis-the-least-elect/print

While you make an excellent case for Mr. Romney, I can't help but think that in selecting him we are letting the Democrats pick our candidate for us. They haven't attacked him because this is who they want the Republicans to run. Another possibility is they are saving their ammunition for him for later when he want have as much time to respond to the allegations they are no doubt going to be bringing against him.B.Posternoreply@blogger.com
