You can see this displayed by their arrogance. In my opinion, keep the investigation alive until 2016 when hopefully we win the Presidency and then nail them after he leaves. Tar and feather them.

As far as the President, he is untouchable because of his race and the media as has been commented on this site. The only way you can go after him is if there is such evidence to tie him to these scandals, or else you can go back further and show he should not have been President - either through citizenship (College records) or voter fraud.
shivermetimbersnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16816866.post-71261090922924440372014-11-03T11:06:48.967-08:002014-11-03T11:06:48.967-08:00If there is not a case for impeachment, then our e...If there is not a case for impeachment, then our entire system of government needs to be changed. It should be possible to remove him from office based upon sheer incompetence alone.

Whether or not such things are pursued or not anyone pursuing such a course of action will need to understand that while many of POTUS's policies may be less than popular the American people on the whole love the man and if someone is perceived as attacking him the American people may close ranks around him thus spelling doom for anyone pursing these policies even if they are justified.

This is in contrast to former President Bush who by time in his second term was and still is almost universally despised by the American people to the point that he could have easily been impeached whether guilty of anything or not. The Democrats chose not to pursue such a course because they clearly deemed it more politically advantageous to keep an unpopular POTUS in office for partisan political purposes.

I'm not suggesting don't investigate POTUS as there does seem much about that needs to be examined closely. As the expression goes, "where there is smoke there is usually a fire." There seems to be a great deal of "smoke" here. It does, however, need to be handled with the understanding of how loved this man is by the American people and in this case good intentions can "blow up in one's face" so to speak.B.Posternoreply@blogger.com
