Dual terrorist attacks in Israel today.
First, the Kassams have struck again.
This time, a Palestinian Kassam rocket hit a trailer in Kibbutz Carmiya south of Ashkelon suffered a direct hit and three members of an Israeli family - including an 7-month-old baby boy - were wounded.
The baby, was reported in serious condition as the result of a head wound, and was evacuated with his mother to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba. The father was evacuated to Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon.
The family were evacuees from the Gaza community of Gush Katif.
The IDF said that the rocket was fired from the former Israeli community of Dugit in the northern Gaza Strip.
A second Kassam fired at the same time landed in open territory, causing no damage.
A third Kassam rocket landed later the same day in an industrial area near Ashkelon, damaging a number of buildings.
On Israel's northern border, Hizballah launched an attack withmortars and anti-tank missiles on IDF positions on Mt. Dov. Israeli jets and artillery struck back at Hizballah positions near Lebanese village of Kfar Shouba.
Looks like coordinated attacks to me.
