Soccer Dad: First Let the Lawyers Kill Us All A very interesting piece in which Soccer Dad examined the role of lawyers in handicapping military efficiency, using Israel and the Lebanon war as an example.
For non-Council, the runaway winner was:
Silver Bullets: Fear A very well written piece by actor Ron Silver that explored the nature using justifiable fear of the enemy in wartime as a tool for victory.
In second place for non-Council was
Eternity Road: Laughter And Tears by council alum Francis Porretto..his swan song to blogging for awhile apparently, and a post that covered a great many different topics.
