Obama's New Ad Strikes A New Low

Obama's latest masterpiece mocks John McCain for not being able to send an e-mail or use a computer. Ho ho,funny eh?

Except when you find out that the reason McCain doesn't do these things is because the war time injuries he suffered in the service of his country stop him from combing his hair, typing on a keyboard, or tying his shoes.

So...what do we have to say about a presidential candidate who approved something like this? What does it tell us about his humanity, and more importantly, his judgment?

If this is what the Obama campaign means by more forceful attacks, I say bring it on.America is getting to know the Chosen One better with every day that passes.

Isnt it this just like Joe Biden asking someone in a wheelchair to "Stand Up!?"

Notice the ad said McCain doesn't "know how" to use a computer, not "can't use a computer due to his physical limitations." It's just leading into more serious points, such as supposedly not being able to understand the economy and so forth. I think you're making a mountain out of a molehill, FF.

I hope McCain doesn't respond to this ad by pointing out his physical injuries, as that would just make him look like a wimp and compassion-seeker.

  3. Hi Nazar,
I'm afraid I don't agree with you in the least on this one.

For one thing, the Obama campaign knows full well about McCain's disabilities, having researched him thoroughly. Just as with Sarah Palin,If McCain borrowed $5 from a staffer and forgot to repay it, they know about it.

In the second place, it's BS. What McCain has problems with is typing on a keyboard. If someon ebookmarks sites for him, he can use a mouse, and his wife or a staffer normally answers his e-mail correspondance from dictation.

And if I know that, again I'm sure the Obama campaign does.

In any event, there is absolutely no correlationbetween computer facility and understanding the economy. Heyack understood the economy quite well without one, while I'm sure Paul Krugman is just a whiz at typing up his drivel.

What we have here is an obscene cheap shot., done in desperation.

The real importance of it is as a window into Obama's character, or rather the lack of it. That's the real issue here, and I hope you can see that.

    Regards,
