Breaking:Dozens Of CIA Operatives On The Ground During Benghazi,And They're Being Threatened to Keep Quiet

Try this on for size:

“CNN has uncovered exclusive new information about what is allegedly happening at the CIA, in the wake of the deadly Benghazi terror attack. Four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, were killed in the assault by armed militants last September 11 in eastern Libya. Sources now tell CNN dozens of people working for the CIA were on the ground that night, and that the agency is going to great lengths to make sure whatever it was doing, remains a secret. CNN has learned the CIA is involved in what one source calls an unprecedented attempt to keep the spy agency’s Benghazi secrets from ever leaking out. . . . Since January, some CIA operatives involved in the agency’s missions in Libya, have been subjected to frequent, even monthly polygraph examinations, according to a source with deep inside knowledge of the agency’s workings. The goal of the questioning, according to sources, is to find out if anyone is talking to the media or Congress.”

'Phoney scandal', eh Mr. President? According to CNN's CIA sources, the normal occurrence of agents being polygraphed is about once every three years.

It is being described as pure intimidation, with the threat that any unauthorized CIA employee who leaks information could face the end of his or her career.

In exclusive communications obtained by CNN, one insider writes, "You don't jeopardize yourself, you jeopardize your family as well."

Another says, "You have no idea the amount of pressure being brought to bear on anyone with knowledge of this operation."

"Agency employees typically are polygraphed every three to four years. Never more than that," said former CIA operative and CNN analyst Robert Baer.

It turns out that there were about 35 CIA agents on hand in Benghazi the night of the attack, a number of them in the buiilding within site of the consulate. What were they doing there?

Why was Ambassador Stevens there, in an undefended unsecured consulate in the middle of al-Qaeda run Benghazi?

Why is the CIA so anxious to keep operatives who were there on the ground quiet?

Why the concocted talking points, the lies and the coverup by the Obama Administration?

It looks more and more like I hit this one right on the head.

It is a national disgrace that two ex-Navy SEALS died on a rooftop to protect their fellow Americans and gave their lives to limit the death toll to four rather than forty while in Washington, President Obama and his entire national security team were primarily concerned with protecting a failed president during an election campaign.

There's going to be a limit to how much the media can protect President Obama and Hillary Clinton from scrutiny. We may be approaching it.

  1. I hope you're right Rob about there being a limit to how much the media can protect President Obama and Hillary Clinton from scrutiny. And Iagree the coerced silence of the CIA Benghazi personnel is a huge red flag.

I had missed your prior post "Midnight In Benghazi - What Really Happened" that you linked to and FYI regarding, "Stevens likely wasn't rescued for two reasons. First, because the president was AWOL and no one else wanted to take responsibility for giving the order to send our forces in."

It was NOT a case of no one else wanting to take responsibility for giving the order to send our forces in because only the President has what is known as "cross-border authority". For obvious reasons, no one else can legally order American military forces to cross the border of another sovereign nation. Neither Panetta nor the Joint Chiefs could do anything once Obama left and said he didn't want to be disturbed. In effect, it was a stand down order, while he can technically state that he never gave the order to stand down.

Otherwise, you absolutely hit the nail on the head.

  2. There is no limit to how much the media will do to try to protect this "President.' They have gone to the wall for him and will continue to do so until the end of time to ensure his "Legacy." While his legacy is poverty, exponential food stamp growth , racial division and economic failure, it will never be portrayed that way in the legacy media. It is incumbent upon bloggers like you to shed light upon the truth. Good luck with that.
