there are a lot of people who mistakenly think, USMC stands for united states marine corps, small case for a reason, but that's a discussion for another day. in reality it stands for You Signed the Motherfcking Contract. regardless of the branch, you are now enforcing the sunni muslim foreign policy set forth by hussein. regardless of the oath you took, you are now serving hussein. this sailor, regardless of his/her rank/position, should just consider this syrian exercise practice, for when he/you start taking aim at american civilians.
He is actually an enlisted Chief Petty Officer. A Chief Yeoman, I think.
