A key event is deciding exactly how Iraq's future wil run is set for tommorow as the Iraqi people vote on their constitutioal referendum. Terrorists attempted to short circut this (literally!) by knocking out power in key areas. We'll see what develops..
My predication? I say it passes and the Iraqis adopt their new constitution, but that the vote will be close enough to ensure that the terorism continues. Old hatreds die hard in this part of the world.
