The `saga' finally comes to an end. No surprise, hmmm?
A federal Judge has tossed Valerie Plame's lawsuit against members of the Bush administration out of court.
U.S. District Judge John D. Bates dismissed the case against all defendants: Vice president Cheney, White House political adviser Karl Rove, cheney's former White House aide Lewis “Scooter” Libby and former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage.
Of course, this once again highlights an important question on the prosecution
(persecution?) of Scooter Libby - how can you have `perjury' and `obstruction of justice' when no crime was committed?
Plame and her hubby,Joe Wilson say they'll appeal. We'll see if they're prepared to throw good money after bad or if it was just beer talk for the media..
