For instance, Hamas loved the idea of an Arab axe murderer killing and wounding children.
Here's the official Hamas reaction:
“ This attack was committed in the framework of the resistance,” Ayman Taha said. “This is a reaction to the continuing occupation and the continued building of settlements.”
“This is a natural reaction,” he said, “especially against the backdrop of Israel attacks. We are a people occupied, and it is our right to defend ourselves and to act in every way and with every means at our disposal in order to defend ourselves.”
MeanwhileElder Of Ziyon has a translation from the Arabic of posted messages from the Firah Press Fatah news site:
All pay tribute to the resistance!
God supports the right and power of God and the sons of Islam, the great.
Cherishing God - Recognizes the hands of God, who killed that pig
Every revolution is the answer Every God is the answer and the best solution is the clandestine resistance cells ...
The Al Aqsa Brigades claimed responsibility for the operation Hahahahahahahahahahaha
Salute to the Champions-Aqsa Brigades!
The best news I have read today, support the Mujahideen!
******
Notice that the Fatah supporters who read Firas are very happy that "their" terrorists claimed responsibility. Sort of like rooting for a sports team, just they are rooting that their team murders more children than their competitors.
Needless to say, not a single person wrote a message condemning the murder.
Because, of course, they don't regard it as murder but as legitimate self defense - against an unarmed and defenseless 13-year-old and a 7-year-old.
I wanted to get this on site for a couple of reasons..
First, if this sort of thing is regarded by the Arabs as 'self defense', then I never want to hear any more nonsense about the IDF killing civilians that people like Hamas are hiding behind, and I wanted this here to show anyone who wants to make that ridiculous argument.
Second, I want you to experience something I've seen first hand and get the flavor of exactly the way many of the Palestinians look at this conflict - not as something to be negotiated and settled but as a war of extermination to be won by any means necessary.
Again, if the Israelis finally get tired of this and take some harsh measures to finish it once and for all, I will have very little if any sympathy for the Palestinians and their various groupies complaining if the sword they picked up with such obscene joy happens to swing the other way and turn on them.
When you take such pride in denying someone else's humanity, it's a little hypocritical to expect people to respect yours overmuch.
