An End To Porn???

 http://thegate.boardingarea.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Pornography.jpg

Model, actress and unwitting porn star Pamela Anderson and Rabbi Shmuley Boteach are saying exactly that in a Wall Street Journal piece entitled, "Take the Pledge: No More Indulging Porn."

If anyone still had doubts about the addictive dangers of pornography, Anthony Weiner should have put paid to them with his repeated, self-sabotaging sexting.

And if anyone still doubted the devastation that porn addiction wreaks on those closest to the addict, behold the now-shattered marriage of Mr. Weiner and Huma Abedin....

[W]e are a guinea-pig generation for an experiment in mass debasement that few of us would have ever consented to, and whose full nefarious impact may not be known for years. How many families will suffer? How many marriages will implode? How many talented men will scrap their most important relationships and careers for a brief onanistic thrill? How many children will propel, warp-speed, into the dark side of adult sexuality by forced exposure to their fathers’ profanations?

...

Nine percent of porn users said they had tried unsuccessfully to stop—an indication of addiction that is all the more startling when you consider that the dependency rate among people who try marijuana is the same—9%—and not much higher among those who try cocaine (15%), according to the National Center for Biotechnology Information.

But it is a fair guess that whereas drug-dependency data are mostly stable, the incidence of porn addiction will only spiral as the children now being raised in an environment of wall-to-wall, digitized sexual images become adults inured to intimacy and in need of even greater graphic stimulation. They are the crack babies of porn.

Weiner is a pretty poor example, since his marriage to Hillary Clinton's special aide Huma Abedin was obviously a sham marriage in my view for reasons I've already discussed elsewhere. I feel no need to veer off topic and repeat them here. But the question Pamela Anderson and Rabbi Boteach ask is worth a look.

We are now looking at the first generation to come to adulthood exposed to the total immersion of easily available porn on the internet and as a side effect, more blatant and ever more explicit sexual imagery in non-porn programming and film, advertising, what have you. Are the results of this inadvertent social experiment harmful, or no big deal?

The ready availability of porn started with the proliferation of cable TV and VCRs, but it really took off when the Internet did. All of a sudden, there was no need to shop for a certain kind of magazine or video cassette. It was available 24-7 to anyone with a computer and an ISP. And mainstream companies were like Disney were quick to react to this new source of revenue and put out and market their own product.

The upside of all this is that people who for whatever reason wanted to enjoy porn were able to do that in the comfort and privacy of their own homes and from an economic standpoint, it created a huge and industry and source of employment. Porn industry sources say the business grosses as much as $14 billion annually. Forbes estimates it at more like $4 billion, and the truth is probably somewhere in between, depending on what you're counting.

What are the downsides? Consenting adults is one thing. But I think there have been some decidedly negative effects from the inundation of porn and what I'll call borderline porn programming and advertising on children who grow up with it in such easy reach.

For one thing, it gives both young males and those young females who watch a decidedly skewed idea of what sex in the real world actually is, to the point where they can be shocked and disappointed when they try the antics they saw on their computer monitor in the real world. It also takes the mystique of sex away and teaches sex and instant gratification as machine ends in themselves rather than the fruit of an actual loving relationship between two people, which encourages serial promiscuity as an end in itself. The hook up culture we now see so prevalent is a direct result.

Second, porn actually discourages romantic relationships. Why bother when you can get off at home with no effort on your part and no interaction with a bothersome human being who actually might expect to be more than a sperm toilet or a meat dildo??

Watching porn can also actually become an addiction. And the real kicker for males...many studies show that frequent viewing of porn can actually result in erectile dysfunction! There are even indications that those women who consume porn regularly have more difficulty reaching orgasm than those who do not.

An additional drawback might well be a reduced U.S. birthrate. Birthrate is notably higher among groups like Mormons, Orthodox Jews, religious Christians and other groups where, at least officially, consumption of porn is discouraged and mostly observed.

So with all that, should porn be banned?

It's certainly possible - try accessing child porn and see what happens to you and deservedly so. But aside from that, I see no upside in Banning it, with one other exception I'll get to. Aside from the putting a lot of people out of work and decimating a profitable industry, it sets a very bad precedent for the idea of freedom of choice and freedom on the Internet. And given that there are folks willing to pay for it and others willing to provide it, it would merely drive things underground again. Prohibition usually does.

The one other exception I'd make is banning non-U.S. providers, simply because there's ample evidence that a number of the 'actresses' on some of those outlets are actually being bullied and coerced into porn rather than choosing it freely as employment.

Another way to lose the downsides I mentioned (and you have to admit, they're substantial) it to legislate mandatory 'family filters' on all computers and anything else capable of connecting to the internet. These would be far stronger than the usual search engine preferences and devices containing them should be set up not to work unless an adult goes to the filter and sets preferences, which could include a number of per-arranged search terms with a password needed to access the filter and change preferences. Or even better, sites that deal in porn could be required to apply for an 'adult programming' license that would allow a device to be set so as to recognize sites with that adult programming license, and not to allow access if the filter was set not to access them.

Dealing with the problem of how public education encourages certain attitudes on sex in children is another vital part of eliminating a part of sexualizing young children, but a separate issue to be dealt with. For now, homeschooling and/or private religious and parochial education remain viable options to combat that problem.

The interesting thing is that porn as we now know it is likely to become mostly extinct in the very near future. Sex robots ofboth sexes are already here and are becoming more and more realistic all the time. As the technology and manufacturing techniques improve and competition sets in, prices will lower and a fairly tactile and realistic sex robot, complete with programmable moods could very well replace merely visual porn in many homes.

Talk about being in the closet...literally!

Megyn Kelly Reveals Who She Really Is

FOX news anchor Megan Kelly has become the only FOX employee or news personality to back up former FOX news host Gretchen Carlson in her suit against Fox News executive Roger Ailes for alleged sexual harassment. She has reportedly described 'unwanted sexual advances' by Ailes in detail, which allegedly took place back when Kelly, a former corporate attorney, was just starting out as a legal correspondent in Fox’s Washington bureau.

Odd...that's not what she had to say about Roger Ailes publicly back in October:

Given her stardom at the network there was obviously no need for her to be that effusive in praising him. The other networks would fight to hire her.

I'm not quite sure what's going on here.

Is she lying now, or was she lying back then? Even if those 'unwanted sexual advances' occurred, it seems to me to be a fairly nasty betrayal of someone who she admits was a good friend and mentor who advanced her career unless we're talking about rape or a direct insistence of a quid pro quo. And that's unlikely, since Kelly had a profitable career as an attorney to fall back on when she started at FOX.

Two things are also worth noting. No other FOX employee except for Gretchen Carlson has accused Ailes of anything like this (in fact, they've defended him), and people who engage in sexual harassment usually do it serially as their normal behavior. And second, Ailes' defense team includes none other than left leaning Democrat feminist and FOX consultant Susan Estrich. While I disagree with her politics, I know for a fact she's a woman of principle. It's highly unlikely she'd be involved in Aile's defense if there was much to this.

In any event Megyn Kelly has pretty much revealed what kind of person she is, proving once again that beauty outside can conceal some fairly nasty stuff on the inside. If FOX rolls over for her on this, they have no clue as to what they'll be unleashing. She will be absolutely insufferable in her demands.

UPDATE: It has now surfaced that Roger Ailes' 'sexual harassment' consisted of one incident in 2006 when Megyn Kelly 'didn't like' the way he hugged her! That's it.

There's also talk that if Ailes is fired or forced to resign, top stars Sean Hannity, Greta Van Susteren, Bret Bairs and Bill O'Reilly among others will walk away as well.

Both Megyn Kelly and Gretchen Carlson are also reportedly very unpopular with their colleagues.

Man Can't Sue Judge Who Had Affair With His Wife During Child-Support Case

 http://www.cheerleadingmagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/thejudge.gif

That's the ruling of the Sixth Circuit Appeals court in a case brought by a Detroit man against disgraced Wayne County former judge Wade McCree Jr.

McCree, the son of the first black Justice to sit on the Sixth Circuit was disrobed and lost his judgeship for cute tricks like propositioning bailiffs, having sex in his chambers, trading sex for judicial rulings, sending inappropriate selfies and other misconduct was being sued by a Detroit man who the former judge slapped with outrageously high child support payments - while Judge McCree was having an affair with the other litigant in the case, the man's former wife. Mccree was sexting her from the bench, having sex with her in his judicial chambers and actively enjoying an affair that ultimately ended in an abortion.

The Michigan Supreme Court removed him from the bench and he was subsequently suspended without pay for 6 years, something the Michigan Supreme Court imposed because they honestly thought McCree could easily win reelection on racial grounds in Wayne County regardless of his carrying on.

But the Sixth Circuit held that Judge McCree couldn’t be sued civilly for any harms he caused while on the bench, regardless of his record.

According to the strict letter of the law, they're correct. Judicial civil immunity was upheld in Bradley v. Fisher, 80 U.S. 335, 348 (1871):

If civil actions could be maintained… against the judge, because the losing party should see fit to allege in his complaint that the acts of the judge were done with partiality, or maliciously, or corruptly, the protection essential to judicial independence would be entirely swept away.

Since then, courts have consistently ruled against plaintiffs attempting to sue judges.

There have been a few successful cases (In 1996 in Tennessee, a juvenile court judge who was accused of violating the civil rights of three women by sexually assaulting them and threatening to take their kids away if they reported it was denied judicial immunity by the same 6th Circuit) but not many.

Detroit attorney Joel Sklar, who represented the plaintiff in this case wants to take it to the Supreme Court.

“This conduct is absurd,” Sklar said. “It’s so beyond description. A judge uses his chambers to have sex with a litigant? ... If this isn’t too far, what is too far?”

There has been a movement, albeit a small one to waive judicial immunity in cases where a judge's misconduct has caused him to be removed from th ebench. We'll see if the Supremes hear this one.

One For Father's Day..And The Second Amendment

At a time when many children are growing up without fathers due to certain societal changes and of course, the lawyers and the courts, it's well to reflect on one vital function of fathers that these so-called 'feminists' seem to have forgotten in the zeal of conducting the War on Men....that their traditional role was to protect young females in their family from predators.

At about 11 PM last Monday, a 17-year-old girl was getting something from her car parked in front of her house, where she lives with her mother. As reported by Fox2News in St. Louis, two men, both with guns, grabbed her and began to push her back into the home with a gun to her head. They were obviously after a quick and easy home invasion, with the brutal rape of a young girl as an added bonus.

Unfortunately for them, her father, who does not live with his daughter or the girl's mother was visiting right around that time and was strapped.

He didn't dither or delay...his protective instincts kicked in, he pulled his own gun, shot and killed one perpetrator and severely injured the other.

He says he had no choice but to fire. “He was holding her hostage. She was a human shield. So I did what I had to do.”

When the reporter asked him how he had the confidence to pull the trigger when the man was holding his daughter, he said, “It wasn’t like that. It just happened. I didn’t have no choice. He had my daughter so I did what I had to do.”

Oh, and the two perps? Terrell Johnson, who no longer will hurt anyone else and Cortez McClinton, who was wounded were both career criminals. Johnson had a long rap sheet and had served time in the Missouri prison system for armed robbery. Ditto for McClintock, who had already been charged with one murder back in 2010.

I have a feeling President Obama will not be commending this man. Nor will gun confiscation fascists. But imagine what would have happened to the girl , her mother and the father if he hadn't been armed. By the time the police were able to respond, the bleeding bodies on the floor would have belonged to different people.

And there is this. Here's a man who is estranged from his wife and almost certainly doesn't see his daughter as much as he wants to. Yet the bond was so strong that he didn't hesitate risking his life to try and save hers. And he continues to give her an example of masculine behavior and what to look for in a potential husband and father herself when the time comes.

The man wisely insisted on not being identified by the reporter to avoid possible retribution at the hands of some of the perp's friends, but he deserves a shout out on Father's Day. He exemplifies a big part of what it's about.

New Bill Demands Explicit Written or Verbal Consent For Sex On College Campuses

http://images.sodahead.com/polls/002047001/3937832731_woman_kissing_man_answer_3_xlarge.jpeg

Where else but in California?

SB 967, written by state Sen. Kevin de Leon (D-Los Angeles) demands that a couple stop in the middle of the festivities to obtain "an affirmative, unambiguous, and conscious decision by each participant to engage in mutually agreed-upon sexual activity."

According to the language of the bill, "consent must be ongoing throughout a sexual encounter, and can be revoked at any time. The existence of a dating relationship between the persons involved, or the fact of past sexual relations between them, should never by itself be assumed to be an indicator of consent."

So........according to this new law, a couple needs to engage in a detailed discussion before lovemaking each and every time, married or not. Talk about a mood killer! Also, since 'verbal consent' is a matter of he said, she said in a court of law and people have been known to lie, any male (and of course, that's who this bill is directly aimed at) including husbands with a decent amount of brain cells to rub together is going to get that consent in writing, just in case. Smart men will come equipped not only with condoms, but with pre-printed forms, perhaps with a checklist. Or perhaps with small video recorders or digital cameras to record consent.

Of course, even a consent form or a video isn't sufficient really, according to the bill. If consent
"can be revoked at any time" and a past relationship between a couple is not deemed to signify consent, a woman can always claim she revoked consent after she signed the form or said 'yes' on camera..say, a week or so later after the guy dumps her for a hot cheerleader. And yes, there are plenty of examples of exactly this sort of thing happening, especially now that colleges have abandoned the legal standard of a burden of proof and use the far more subjective and flexible standard of the 'preponderance of evidence' in these matters.

In fact, the bill actually places the burden of proof on the accused in a sexual assault case demonstrate they obtained at least verbal ‘affirmative consent’ before engaging in any sexual activity.Men apparently no longer have the right to be presumed innocent until found guilty when it comes to these proceedings.

This also significantly changes the legal definition of rape from being a violent act clearly against someone's will to merely being a non-violent act someone may not have explicitly consented to (returning caresses and kisses or 'yes, oh yes!' apparently doesn't count) verbally or in writing beforehand.

Of course, these non-verbal exchanges are exactly how a lot of romantic encounters occur. Foreplay? Better get that written consent form signed first.

Of course, this bill violates privacy rights as well as rights of due process and common sense, but that apparently is not a consideration for proponents of this bill. But it will never pass, right?

Wrong.

SB 967 passed the Democrat dominated California state senate by a vote of 27-9 and is now on its way to state assembly. Even more ominously, the entire University of California system has adopted a new iron clad policy that doesn't just mirror SB967 but requires affirmative consent not just for sex, but to every form of “physical sexual activity” engaged in! In other words, if you come back to your domicile at the end of the day and give your significant other a hug and a kiss, you'd better have that consent form at the ready.

Read or watch the film version of "1984" some time and pay attention to what happens to Winston Smith and Julia. We're just about there.

"The progressive Left is like an acid that distorts and ruins everything it touches." - Rush Limbaugh, saying something I once thought was fairly exaggerated.

Two Scenes From The War On Campus Against Men

Think stories about the war against males, particularly but not exclusively on campus are exaggerated? Here are a couple of examples about how it works in real life.

Stephen Zingarelli is a former student at Kenyon college, an elite Liberal arts school in Ohio. And he's suing them.

His story is a good example of what young men in college face today, courtesy of Professor Glenn Reynolds at Instapundit :

Stephen Zingarelli, a former Kenyon student who was acquitted last June of rape and gross sexual imposition, filed a lawsuit on Thursday, Dec. 5 in Knox County’s Court of Common Pleas against Kenyon College, the student who accused him of rape and a student Sexual Misconduct Advisor (SMA). The suit was first reported by the Mount Vernon News yesterday.

In the suit, which contains 14 individual counts, Zingarelli accuses Kenyon of breach of contract and negligence in the training and supervision of SMAs. The suit also accuses Kenyon of violating Title IX of the Education Acts Amendment of 1972 by discriminating against him based on his sex.

Zingarelli also alleges that his student accuser subjected him to malicious prosecution, infliction of emotional duress and defamation.

In the suit, Zingarelli additionally claims his accuser destroyed evidence relevant to the case, and alleges that those actions were taken “with the aid and encouragement of [the sexual misconduct advisor], and at her direction.”

All three defendants are accused of civil conspiracy to damage Zingarelli in the suit, which was independently obtained and confirmed by the Collegian.

The lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages from the College as well as injunctive relief. The suit also seeks damages and attorneys fees from the two student defendants.

Although the suit repeatedly seeks damages “yet to be determined,” it cites $175,000 in paid Kenyon tuition, counseling fees in excess of $500, attorney’s fees in excess of $15,000 and “lost opportunities and income caused by delay in graduating and entering the professional world.”

Note that even though he was acquitted of all charges, the woman who filed a false accusation against him and the student advisers who aided and abetted her aren't named.

So how does something like this happen? Our next exhibit, courtesy of James Taranto reveals how. Aside from gender bias, the Obama Administration has literally blackmailed universities into setting up Kangeroo courts designed to convict young men accused of sexual misconduct not using the standard of "clear and convincing evidence" to establish guilt but the far more lax preponderance of the evidence".

Joshua Strange will never forget the girl he met in May 2011.

Both were underclassmen at Alabama's Auburn University when a common acquaintance introduced them. "We instantly became attached at the hip and did everything together," she recalled six months later. "I rather quickly moved into his place. . . . Everything was great until pretty much June 29."

That night, an intimate encounter in Mr. Strange's bed went wrong. She called police, who detained him for questioning. She said she had awakened to find him forcing himself on her; he said the sexual activity was consensual and initiated by her. There was no dispute as to the physical acts involved.

The accuser did not press charges that night. In fact, before sunrise she returned to his apartment, and the couple agreed to continue dating. When I asked him why in a recent phone interview, he told me: "I cared about her."

But the relationship soon disintegrated. Phone records show their communications ended in mid-August. In early September he was arrested again after she told police that two days earlier he had confronted her in a public place and struck her. He flatly denied it, saying he was 15 miles away at the time. This time she did press charges, for misdemeanor simple assault as well as for felony forcible sodomy in the June 29 incident.

Mr. Strange was cleared on both counts. On Feb. 3, 2012, a grand jury handed up a "no bill" indictment on the sodomy charge, meaning the evidence was insufficient to establish probable cause for prosecution. On May 24, when the simple-assault case went to trial, the accuser didn't show up. "I don't have a witness to go forward with, your honor," said city attorney Michael Short. Case dismissed.

So Mr. Strange got his day in court and was treated fairly. But he had already been punished for the unproven crimes. Auburn expelled him after a campus tribunal found him "responsible" for committing the catchall offense of "sexual assault and/or sexual harassment." A letter from Melvin Owens, head of the campus police, explained that expulsion is a life sentence. If Mr. Strange ever sets foot on Auburn property, he will be "arrested for Criminal Trespass Third," Mr. Owens warned.

Joshua Strange, now 23, is a civilian casualty in the Obama administration's war on men. In an April 2011 directive, Russlyn Ali, then assistant education secretary for civil rights, threatened to withhold federal money from any educational institution that failed to take a hard enough line against sexual misconduct to ensure "that all students feel safe in their school." The result was to leave accused students more vulnerable to false charges and unfair procedures. The prospect of losing federal funds has left university administrators "crippled by panic," Robert Shibley of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education told me. "The incentives are pointing toward findings of guilt, not accurate findings."

The full story is here.

So what happens to young men accused in this fashion, even if the charges are unproven and he's acquitted?

Well, for starters they normally have difficulty in completing their education, because few universities want to admit someone 'convicted' by a campus tribunal of sexual assault or sexual harassment, even if the young man was acquitted in a court of law. They don't want to risk a lawsuit for negligence just in case something happens. That especially applies to any graduate studies.

If he does manage to find a university or college to admit him, the stigma of what happened is always present. Any friendship or relationship he might have with a young woman he meets on campus is colored by the reminder of what happened, so his social life is stigmatized.

And when he graduates and starts looking for a job, this follows him around and has to be explained each time..."I see you were expelled..". There are a lot of firms that will find it more expedient simply not to hire him.Why take a chance?

This has backfired, by the way, on a lot of perfectly innocent young women whom would never consider filing false charges for sexual assault. Two places many women used to meet their prospective spouses were at college or at the workplace. Given the climate today and the implicit threat men face of being demonized and thrown out of college or losing their jobs over false accusations like the two young men above experienced, a lot of savvy young men simply avoid getting involved with young women at work or who go to the same university. Which makes it a lot harder for these women to find suitable dates and partners, something a lot of young women complain about these days, with their remarks usually prefaced by a plaintive 'there's nobody out there.'

Man Buys House Next To Ex-wife..And Erects Giant Middle Finger Statue

Now this is interesting.

A Detroit metro area man, one Alan Markovitz had a nasty divorce with his ex-wife, who's now living there with the man Markovitz alleges she cheated on him with while they were still married. Knowing how these things work, the house his ex is sharing with her lover was probably paid for by the ex-husband too.

Now, a lot of men would probably just say the heck with it and move on with their lives. But Alan Markovitz apparently sees things differently.

First, he bought a house right next door to his ex-wife. Then he erected the above 12-foot statue representing a well known gesture...complete with a flood light to keep it visible 24-7.

As FOX Detroit reported, Markovits intended to keep this little matter between him, his ex-wife and her new boy toy, but a 12-foot statue like that is going to get some attention, and especially after his ex-wife's daughter posted a picture of the statue on twitter.

What's more, since the statue contains no obscene language or pornographic images, it's not even certain the statue can be legally removed.

Let's just call it a message suited for the digital age and leave it at that. Not all poems are written with a pen.

Man Fined For Driving While Receiving Oral Sex

I swear, it's getting so everything's illegal these days!

The Ashkelon Traffic Court fined a man, 26, who was caught some three weeks ago driving while his girlfriend was performing oral sex on him, to some NIS 1,500 (roughly $424), and two-months probation.

According to the indictment, the defendant was "driving a vehicle irresponsibly while allowing the passenger near you perform oral sex while driving a main road." The girlfriend was not summoned to testify, but the defendant confessed to the allegations.

Hilarious! Viral Saudi Video Mocking Ban On Women Driving

Now, where else but in the Middle East would you find an acapella Bob Marley infused vid making fun of the Saudi ban on women driving...

By the way, the reference to keeping the ovaries safe was the official government rationale for keeping the ban in place, believe it or not. Enjoy!

Beware: A Disgusting Scam Women Are Using On Their Boyfriends

 http://ricksmith.me/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/greedy-woman-on-floor.jpg

There's a new, mega-hot item selling on Craigslist these days - positive pregnancy tests. The going rate is between $20 and $40 each, The Daily Dot reports.

One New Jersey mom writes: 'Wanna get your boyfriend to finally pop the question? Play a trick on mom, dad or one of your friends?

The sellers are numerous, and most of them seem to be aware that their positive tests are being used for immoral and duplicitous purposes.

'I'm pregnant and will sell you my positive pregnancy test for $20,' reads one ad from a woman on Manhattan's Lower East Side writes. 'I don't care what you need them for.'

Aside from tricking a man into marriage or into staying in one he's in the process of getting out of, the tests are being used in another popular scam. If a woman's been sleeping with a man - or men - and needs some quick, easy cash, she merely buys a used, positive test, confronts her bedmate(s) with the 'evidence' of her pregnancy and says she wants an abortion, but she needs $500 to pay for it. A lot of men will be glad not to have to go through the nightmare that family court and child support laws have become in America and will happily fork over the cash.

There's an easy way to not be victimized by this deception. If your girlfriend confronts you with one of these home pregnancy tests, be sweet and agreeable. And then say 'you know, honey, I actually was reading the other day about how error-prone these home pregnancy tests are. This is a big deal, so let's go to a doctor and get it confirmed so we know for sure.' Offer to pay for it.

If you meet with resistance to the idea, remain calm and pleasant but insist on seeing a doctor 'to be sure'. If she won't go, you pretty much know what's going on.

Report: 40,000 Public Schools Teachers Are Registered Online As Seeking 'Sugar Daddies'

Now, this is interesting...according to SeekingArrangement.com, which calls itself “the #1 online dating website for sugar babies and generous men,” some 40,000 entrepreneurial public school teachers have joined the website in an attempt to sell their bodies um...find wealthy, generous older men for “mutually beneficial relationships.”

According to SeekingArrangement, the top five school districts in the country for sugar-baby teachers are (in order): the School District of Philadelphia, Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Los Angeles Unified School District, the Clark County School District (Las Vegas area) and the New York City public schools.

“Based on the occupation field ‘teacher,’ we polled members to see which school districts they worked in,” explained Jennifer Gwynn, SeekingArrangement’s public relations manager.

According to SeekingArrangement, the average public school teacher who uses the site is between the ages of 28 and 33. The average tab is around $3,000 in 'financial assistance' each month from the generous benefactor on the other side of the deal.

If the name of this site sounds familiar to you, perhaps it's because it's where Anthony Weiner's sexting buddy Sydney Leathers trolled for older johns online.

Education indeed! I wonder if the union would insist on a cut if they found out about it?

UK Woman Rescues Kidnapped Daughter From Egypt In A Daring Mission

Alex and Mona Abou-El-Ella safely back in England

As many women who marry Muslim men have discovered, divorce by the husband is ridiculously easy (even a text message saying 'I divorce thee' sent three times is acceptable)and any children that come from the marriage are considered the property of the father according to sharia with a divorced mother having no parental rights whatsoever.

Because of this, the kidnapping of young children by their fathers who take them to Muslim countries is quite common, and many mothers have experienced the horror losing all contact with their children when their husbands divorce them after taking the children on a trip to 'visit their family back home.'

Many times, the husbands don't even bother with a divorce, simply abandoning the wife and taking the children back to their home countries in the Muslim world.

One of these women was Alex Abou-El-Ella, a 29-year-old British woman who had her one-year-old daughter Mona kidnapped by her Egyptian father.

Mrs. Abou-El-Ella, who was born in Poland but came to Britain as a teenager married her husband Mustafa in England, where the met. One day her husband simply took the baby to the airport and flew to Egypt without telling his wife, and that was the last she saw of her daughter for two long years.

The British government has never been particularly helpful in cases like this, and this was no exception.

But Alex Abou-El-Ella decided she wasn't going to give up her child. With the help of British author Donya Al-Nahi, who is famous in Britain for her efforts in helping a string of women rescue children snatched by Arab fathers, she hatched a daring plot to get her child back.

First, the two women defied warnings from the British foreign office not to travel to Egypt. Once in the country, they were able to track down her daughter Mona's whereabouts, and Alex Abou-El-Ella disguised herself in full head-to-toe Islamic dress and hid her face behind a veil in order to get close to her.

They then hired a local driver and staked out the area until until Mona appeared with an aunt just before 9 AM...and the Daily Mail relates what happened next:

'I was walking behind them, faster and faster, and saw Mona's hand a few metres away from me,' she said. 'So I grabbed her, pulled her into my arms and the lady looked at my face - but all she could see were my eyes.'

Grabbing her daughter, she turned and fled to the waiting car and drove off with th echild and Al-Nahi. The confused toddler cried out for help from the woman she knew as mummy, to Abou-El-Ella's dismay.

"I felt shocked and upset to hear those words coming out of her mouth about another woman," she said. "But after half an hour she looked up at me and said, "Are you my mum?"'

The next step was getting Mona out of the country, so Alex resorted to that time tested Arab lubricant - baksheesh. She used the Polish passport belonging to her older daughter to hide Mona's Egyptian surname, bribed an Egyptian official to allow her to board a London-bound flight..and then used Mona's real British passport to get her into the UK legally when they landed at Heathrow.

Mother and daughter are now reunited and doing just fine.

Alex Abou-El-Ella says she has informed Mona's father that she has their child. She saved Mona from being deprived of her mother without any due process, from life under sharia and almost certainly from the forced clitorectomies that over 90% of Egyptian girls are forced to undergo as young, prepubescent children.

She is one courageous woman, but if I were her I'd definitely move and maintain a low profile to stop her daughter from being kidnapped again.

This sort of story - many times without the happy ending - has been repeated with increasing frequency since immigration from Muslim countries has increased in the West. Women whom marry these men need to consider carefully exactly what they might be getting into.

Teens Fall In Love After Both Surgically Change Genders

Two years ago, 17-year-old Arin Andrews was a girl named Emerald....and 19-year-old Katie Hill was a boy named Luke. The two Tulsa, Oklahoma teens, who met at a transgender workshop became very close to each other. And after Katie underwent gender reassignment surgery a year ago, Arin likewise decided to take the plunge and undergo the surgery as well, getting his breasts removed.

“I hated my breasts, I always felt like they didn't belong. Now I finally feel comfortable in my own body. Now when I’m out in a public pool or lifting weights, no one raises an eyebrow. They just think I’m a guy. I can wear a tank top, which I couldn't before, and I can go swimming shirtless. I can just be a regular guy. And I’m so lucky to have my family and Katie to rely on.”

And Katie?

“To me, Arin’s just my Arin. He’s always looked manly to me. But now he’s had the surgery he’s much more confident and comfortable with himself. Being transgender myself, I understand Arin better than anybody else — how good he feels and how complete he feels.”

They're now just your average teenage couple in love:

Yeah, love always finds a way. Shakespeare would have written this one up in a heartbeat.

Wife Allergic To Husband's Sperm

http://cdn.blogs.sheknows.com/articles.lovingyou.com/images/unhappy-couple-bed.jpg

Now this is something I hadn't heard of before. And no, it's not a cooked, scientific mumbo-jumbo variation of "I-have-a-headache."

Boy meets Girl, they fall in love, make the Beast With Two Backs and instead of bliss and fireworks, this happens:

"I had this bizarre reaction," said Clara, who for privacy reasons did not want to use her real name. "I had burning and swelling and redness, which was very unusual. I thought I had contracted an STD [sexually transmitted disease]."

Horrified, she made an appointment with the gynecologist for testing and was nervous about having a "tricky conversation" with Jeff.

After several doctors' visits and hours of research online, the North Carolina couple finally got some answers, but it derailed their sex life and shook their marriage.

What she had was something called seminal plasma hypersensitivity, an allergic reaction to proteins in her husband's semen.

They tried condoms, but it didn't help, and treatment was expensive.so they just avoided sex.

"In a normal romantic relationship, you want to feel attractive to your partner and want to do things that make you feel sexy," Clara said. "I feel like we actually started to define ourselves -- minimizing things to avoid sex. Funny, I started thinking I wouldn't wear sexy underwear. ... What seemed like medical problems had bigger effects."

"It pretty much dramatically reduced our libido," Jeff said. "We really haven't had much sex at all for the last 10 months."

They didn't share their concerns with anyone.

"When your mom calls up and asks how's married life? ... It's something we've been facing privately," Clara said.

Jeff said they started feeling "isolated, like total weirdoes," wondering why this would happen to them. "The intimacy level drops dramatically -- all of a sudden instead of living with your new wife or husband, you are more like roommates."

Eventually they couldn't stand it any more, found a doctor who would take their insurance, and Clara was treated. This involved diluted injections of Jeff's love juice...and not in the fun way, but via syringe every 15-20 minutes over the course of two to three hours.

Specialists in allergies refer to this as 'desensitizing', and happily it did the trick.

The doctor involved, Dr. Jonathan Bernstein is also a professor at University of Cincinnati, who specializes in allergies and immunology. According to him, this condition is extremely rare, but not unknown and probably affects an estimated 20,000 to 40,000 women in the U.S.

Who knew?

Underage Daughters of Syrian Refugees Forced into Prostitution

Syrian refugees in Jordan and Lebanon are being 'helped' by their Arab brothers in a particularly horrendous fashion. As in Egypt, the new capitol for Arab sex tourism, young, often underage girls are the prey:

Um Majed sets down small cups of hot Turkish coffee to ease the tension. Nezar is a Syrian refugee and looking for a husband for her daughter. She lists the girl’s qualities.

“She is tall and pretty,” she tells Um Majed. “She finished the seventh grade.”

“There is one available. He is Saudi,” Um Majed answers.

This is what Nezar wants to hear. Saudis, flush with petrodollars, will pay well. She has high hopes for this Saudi.

So does Um Majed who will earn a $287 fee if the two sides agree to the match.

Um Majed, 28, is also a Syrian refugee, a former housewife from Homs. Um Majed isn’t her actual name but a respectable Arab moniker meaning ‘mother of Majed,’ her young son. She doesn’t want her full name published because of her shame about what she does for a living: procuring brides, some as young as 12, for men as old as 70 from all over the Middle East in exchange for money.[...]

“My daughter is willing to sacrifice herself for her family,” Nezar says. “If the war had not happened I would not marry my daughter to a Saudi. But the Syrians here are poor and have no money.”

Nezar’s daughter is 17. The Saudi groom is 70.

And it's a buyer's market. There's a surplus of desperate Syrian refugees with young daughrers to sell, and some grooms offering as little as $100 cash for a bride.

The age of consent in Jordan is 18, but there's no shortage of religious clerics who will marry underage girls for a fee. A number of Um Majed's clients simply want a temporary 'marriage', which sharia allows. It can last a few days, weeks or months, after which there's a 'divorce' and the girl is returned to her parents, sometimes to be sold over and over again in what amounts to religiously sanctified prostitution.

“One of my brides has been married three, four times,” Um Majed says. “She is 15.”

“I have 10 families looking for grooms,” she says. “Their girls are between 12 and 21. The grooms are always in their 40s, 50s, or 70s. They want beautiful girls, the younger the better.”

“The Saudis usually ask for 12-year-olds.”

Joe Biden On Domestic Abuse: "This Isn't Your Garden Variety Slap Across the Face’

Remember, this is the sitting vice president of the United States, clearly implying that a slap across the face to wifey is not domestic abuse, just business as usual!

I wonder if Jill Biden has learned her 'place' with the aid of this kind of 'discipline'? Does the vice president laugh and giggle when he administers it,like he did in the vice presidential debate with Paul Ryan? Is anyone going to have the stones to ask the vice president what he meant by that?

And no, I'm not exaggerating one bit.

You know that if Dick Cheney had said something like this, it would have been headlines. It would be the Story Of The Day. Maybe of the week.

What was that again about a GOP war on women? Where's the press? Where's NOW? Or do they give this sort of nonsense a pass if somebody has a 'D" after their name?

Update: Well, whaddya know? Apparently I and the National Review both got punked on this one.

Vice President Biden included a phrase that was edited out in the above video, saying: "These are tell-tale signs to say this isn’t your garden-variety slap across the face which is totally unacceptable in and of itself."

Obviously, as the late Gilda Radner would have said, that's very different. I'm actually very glad to be wrong on this one, feeling as I do about 'men' hitting women. My apologies to the Veep and to anyone else who was upset by this.

Sandy Aftermath - People Trading Gas For Sex!

Apparently the President Obama's photo-ops aren't doing anything to get people gas, food, power and shelter. So a new ummm, market has apparently been created - gas for sex, which I could have rhymed but decided not to:

Long gas stationlines and empty gas pumps have plagued drivers across New York and New Jersey since Superstorm Sandy slammed into the East Coast last Monday, leaving a gas shortage across the region.

Stories of price gouging and fights at gas stations have also been commonplace. But now it seems people — men in particular — are finding new ways to take advantage of gas-seeking Tri-State residents: Sex.

Men have been taking to the personals on Craigslist, trading gasoline for sex. Some of the ads on NewYork.Craigslist.org read as follows:

What Would you do for gas?? m4w – 30 Let’s help each other :-) …………………?

 gas4sex- m4w 35 – 6 foor 1 225 Italian workout good looking looking to hang out I have 5 gallons of gas

gas for sex Sandy Gas Woes Continue: People Trading Gas For Sex On Craigslist

Reminds me of an old bumper sticker that I'll forbear reminding you of.
