The Election Chaos...What Happens Next

FACT CHECK: Does President Donald Trump Plan to End School ...

Well, the 2020 election is over...except it isn't really over! What we have is a situation where we might not know who really won for some time. As I predicted, there's a great deal of voter fraud involved. But before we go there and examine what happened and what is likely to happen, let's look at what we know in terms of the results, before we get to the shenanigans.

The Republicans will be keeping control of the Senate, with the edition of Tommy Tuberville in Alabama, John James in Michigan (who I was really rooting for), Cynthia Lummis in Wyoming, Bill Haggerty in Tennessee, and Roger Marshall in Kansas. Susan Collins, Mitch McConnell, Joni Ernst, John Cornyn, another of my faves Tom Cotton in Arkansas,  Steve Daines in Montana, Jim Risch in Idaho, and David Perdue in Georgia all were reelected among others. Corey Gardner lost in a close race in Colorado. Lindsay Graham (South Carolina) and Thom Tillus (North Carolina) also got another term.

The Republicans also picked up some House seats and may even pick up a few more once the votes are counted, but the Democrats will likely retain control of the House.

What this will mean is that Democrat fantasies about packing the Supreme Court and other dreams will end when the bills hit the Senate.

OK, let's examine what actually happened.

First of all, the media, including FOX News were totally unfair in 'calling' states. When it came to states like Texas where President Trump was leading, even by a large amount they refused to call the state for him. When Joe Biden was barely ahead in Arizona, they called the stated for him.

Another thing I noticed and I haven't seen anyone notice is the amount of votes Libertarian candidates like Jo Jorgenson got, especially in battleground states. Since the numbers were far larger then usual for Libertarians, I wouldn't be surprised in the Dems, with a huge amount of money to spend since they barely campaigned gave the Libs some money to actually mount a campaign.Libertarian votes,  they knew that would effect GOP votes, not theirs.

But the real story has to do with actual voter fraud. In Blue run states like Michigan and Wisconsin, once  Trump was firmly ahead, ballot counting mysteriously stopped...ditto in Pennsylvania. It resumed once Biden ballots were cherry picked from the mail ins. That was designed to have Biden called as the winner and have him get the electoral votes.

Believe it or not, these states also disregarded checking postmarks and comparing the signature with the one on file which should tell you what was really going on. Given that PA's Democrat Attorney General Shapiro crowed before the vote that Biden would win the state, there's no doubt something was up...especially since in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, many polls were mysteriously late in opening in areas known to vote Republican...and poll watchers with legitimate state certificates allowing them to enter the polls and observe the proceedings were forcibly kept out. That, by the way is a felony.

In addition -- Pennsylvania has declared it will accept ballots without a signature and without a post-mark proving they were sent at all, or sent by Election Day.

This is of course done so that illegal ballots can be manufactured and so that they cannot later be challenged.

For what other reason would such an insane thing be done?

Right now, these blue run states still don't have final results: Pennsylvania (Trump has a substantial lead there) Michigan, Wisconsin (States where Trump led handily until these states stopped counting ballots.  Democrat run Nevada is still counting, with the votes less then 8,000 apart. And Arizona is also still counting as well. They are now counting Election Day voters. Maricopa County, which is Trump territory still has lots of votes to count, so we'll see.

Right now, Joe Biden is credited with 227 Electoral votes to Trump's 217. These tallies obviously are not including states that still have votes to count.

So this is the kind of chaos mail in ballots and 'late voting' has brought us. The main excuse was of course, corona virus and the risk of spreading it.  As I can testify personally, this was and is sheer BS.

I voted in a Masonic hall in the downtown of my home city. Masks were mandatory, and lines were drawn on the floor to allow social distancing while people were in line. It wasn't any more dangerous then going shopping at the market. The reason the Democrats insisted on it is so that they would have time to alter and control the votes. We've already seen people arrested for tampering with the early vote ballots and postal workers caught tossing away ballots. If you mailed in your ballot, you had best hope it got to where it was supposed to, let alone if it was ever counted. Keep in mind this is quite different from absentee voting, which I support and has safeguards.

This reminds me of nothing so much as that famous phone call by Chicago's Mayor Daley to the Kennedys during the 1960 presidential election..."How many more votes does he need?" That is exactly what the Dems will attempt to get Biden in the White House.

There is a very good possibility of several interesting things  happening thanks to this mess.

First, it may very well go to the Supreme court, which may insist that the Constitution be followed and that ballots posted after November 3rd not be counted, which is the way it's always been if the results are questioned. That's especially true given the amount of outright voter fraud that's already been discovered.

One blessing in disguise is that this process is going to unveil how deeply inserted voter fraud has become in our election process for the American people to see first hand.

Another interesting possibility is that Joe Biden could well be facing an indictment and be unfit to serve. The evidence of his corruption and perhaps even tax evasion is pretty clearcut and President Trump's DOJ still has ample time to pursue this if it comes to that.

Another possibility is that just as was done in 2020, the ballots themselves maybe sequestered bythe Feds and recounted. I personally think that's a long shot, but it should be mentioned.

And finally, it's high time that America's election process is reformed, even if it means the Feds handle national elections and vote collection. If that happens, the deliberate chaos of 2020 maybe another blessing in disguise

The Media Falls Right Into Trump's Trap on Voter Fraud!

Image result for Cartoons Trump makes fools out of biased media

This is so funny it's pathetic. They simply will never learn.

Donald Trump made a point of stating that voter fraud probably cost him the popular vote. Now I admit, my first reaction was 'why bother bringing that up now?'

And then I realized this was President Trump simply playing with the media again! It's really at the point where if President Trump says anything, the Democrats and their trained seals in the media go absolutely insane ad nauseum about his 'lies.' Even after they've been outed and made fools of time and again, it's so reflexive they keep doing it anyway.

Watch as they attack Sean Spicer and fall right into the trap:

"Wouldn't you want to investigate a scandal of those proportions? Why wouldn't you want to investigate this?"

Your wish is President Trump's command, madame!

President Donald Trump on Wednesday said he will launch a ‘major’ investigation to look into voter fraud in the country.

“I will be asking for a major investigation into VOTER FRAUD, including those registered to vote in two states, those who are illegal and….even, those registered to vote who are dead (and many for a long time),” the president tweeted Wednesday morning.

“Depending on results, we will strengthen up voting procedures!”

The Democrats of course, tried quickly to head this off on fake news media, claiming that just investigating voter fraud will somehow lead to 'voter suppression. But sorry boys, too late. If the Democrat media insists on an investigation, President Trump is happy to oblige. How can they possibly complain about and investigation they demanded? And when that DOJ investigation finds voter fraud (and believe me, it will) how can they complain about actions congress takes to "strengthen up voting procedures?"

The Democrats know very well that while it might not be 2-3 million, there's a fair amount of voter fraud that they depend on to win close elections.

One Democrat who knows it is Alan Schulkin, the Commissioner of the Board of Election of New York City, filmed here on a hidden camera by James O'Keefe's Project Veritas:

And that's just in New York City.

As I pointed out here, there no real telling just how many votes Donald Trump actually got:

Remember Jill Stein's Hillary Clinton backed recount attempt? Originally, it was ordered in the State of Michigan by U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith, an Obama appointee even though Stein had no standing since there was no way a recount would have affected her. She proceeded to file suit in two other states Trump won, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. And then suddenly, the whole scam ground to a halt, with Goldsmith hurriedly reversing himself.

That happened after Trump started gaining votes in all three states...and clear evidence of voter fraud was found in Wayne County affecting over 37% of the precincts in Detroit showing more votes than there were registered voters, which is why Judge Goldsmith was happy to reverse himself and let sleeping dogs lie. Similar evidence was found in Wisconsin (Dane County) and Philadelphia, but since recounts were never really started in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania, we have no clue as to how many votes Trump may have actually gotten.

There was also evidence of voter fraud in Clark County (Las Vegas)Nevada, where most of the states illegal migrants live. Trump lost Nevada by only 26,434 votes, but naturally, we'll never know if he actually did.

California, with the largest population of illegal migrants in America has significant voter fraud and has for some time. Illegal migrants can easily get a driver's licenses with only a matricula consular card from Mexican consulates, which don't check details too closely, especially if you give the clerk a little something for his trouble. Getting a license or registering a vehicle automatically registers you to vote, and there are no voter ID laws in California...the poll worker simply asks you name, finds you on the list and gives you your ballot. The Democrat ruled state rarely purges its registration rolls for move aways or dead people, and also pushes note by mail and absentee ballots rigorously. My late mother passed away in 2015,but she got her absentee ballot for 2016, mailed to her at a house I own where she used to live.

Depending on results? Oh I think they'll find some results. maybe not two or three million, but enough to justify laws to "strengthen up voting procedures."

And that isn't going to turn out well for the Democrats, no, not st all.

Which if course is exactly what the President wants and had planned all along.

New Study Proves That Voter Fraud Is No Myth - And Not A Marginal Factor

http://elenaives.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/illegal-alien-vote1.jpg

There's an interesting study out that shows that far from being a myth, voter fraud by non-citizens is a real factor, especially when it comes to close elections.

In a forthcoming article in the journal Electoral Studies, we bring real data from big social science survey datasets to bear on the question of whether, to what extent, and for whom non-citizens vote in U.S. elections. Most non-citizens do not register, let alone vote. But enough do that their participation can change the outcome of close races.

Our data comes from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES). Its large number of observations (32,800 in 2008 and 55,400 in 2010) provide sufficient samples of the non-immigrant sub-population, with 339 non-citizen respondents in 2008 and 489 in 2010. For the 2008 CCES, we also attempted to match respondents to voter files so that we could verify whether they actually voted.

How many non-citizens participate in U.S. elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010.

Lessee..the study doesn't mention ( and I think deliberately) if we're talking about people with green cards or actual illegal aliens.

Well, 2.2% of the estimated 11 million illegal aliens in America translated into about 250,000 votes..more than enough to make a difference in close senate races in places like Colorado or Minnesota. In Colorado, for instance, one study proved that in 2010 there were over 5,000 illegal aliens registered to vote. That senate seat went Democrat by only 28,000 votes.and we haven't even discussed 'votes' coming from the deceased or the suppression of the active duty military vote by the Obama Justice Department. In Minnesota, Al Franken won his senate seat by 340 votes.

In the 2008 election, a presidential year when turnout was higher, we're talking about over 700,000 illegal votes based on this study.

There's ample evidence that voter fraud is a fact, that it is mostly although not always practiced by Democrats and that they are fighting tooth and nail to keep it that way.

While the study opines that requiring voter IDs is 'ineffective', they neglect to mention that in states like California  where the majority of illegal aliens live no voter ID at all is required, and illegal aliens can get a driver's license in a number of Blue states with a Mexican Matricular Consular card that can easily forged or obtained for about $50 in the right pocket at any consulate in any name you want.

Voter fraud is a cancer on our democracy and ought to be combated no matter which party does it. But unfortunately, the party that mostly profits by it values partisan political power over the country's good.

That needs to change. Now.

The GOP Has Just Picked Up Another Senate Seat

 http://wp.patheos.com.s3.amazonaws.com/blogs/standingonmyhead/files/2013/10/judge_hammer.jpg

Republicans already have three for sure senate pickups in the mid terms in West Virginia, Montana, (Dem. John Walsh just dropped out over a plagiarism scandal) and South Dakota.

A federal court ruling today has likely added North Carolina to the list.

 http://goldenfleeceonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/NorthCarolinaRedBlankMapIndex.jpg

Eric Holder and the Obama Department of Justice have fought every attempt by the states to combat voter fraud tooth and nail. Last month, the Justice Department requested an injunction to prevent the state of North Carolina from implementing changes the North Carolina State legislature made to state election law, including strict voter ID laws to combat voter fraud and ensure more honest elections.

Today, a Federal district court refused to grant the injunction, which means that the new laws will remain in place through the midterms, and Democrat incumbent Nina Hagen, already trailing in the polls to Republican Thom Tillus has sustained a major blow to her re-election hopes.

 http://media2.s-nbcnews.com/i/newscms/2014_19/425191/140506-thom-tillis-jms-2304_f1a3456a1c68c6401be453936f2abbab.jpg

The provisions are almost a checklist for honest elections. From the opinion:

Apart from the voter ID provisions, which were new, the bill largely purported to repeal, amend, or update existing law. Other amendments included:
(1) making it illegal to compensate persons collecting voter registrations based on the number of forms submitted (Part 14);
(2) reducing the number of signatures required to become a candidate in a party primary (Part 22);
(3) deleting obsolete provisions about the 2000 census (Part 27)
(4) changing the order of candidates appearing on the ballot (Part 31);
(5) eliminating straight-ticket voting (Part 32);
(6) moving the date of the North Carolina presidential primary earlier in the year (Part 35);
(7) eliminating taxpayer funding for appellate judicial elections (Part 38);
(8) allowing funeral homes to participate in canceling voter registrations of deceased persons (Part 39); and
(9) requiring provisional ballots to be marked as such for later identification (Part 52).
The bill also proposed mandating that several matters be referred for further study, including requiring the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee to examine whether to maintain the State’s current runoff system in party primaries. (Part 28.)

The court held that, although the court didn’t justify simply dismissing the DOJ lawsuit, the attorneys for the plaintiffs failed to show clearly the legal merits of their claims or that they would suffer irreparable harm before trial if an injunction wasn't granted.

Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, whose organization helped defend the law said,  “It is an embarrassing defeat for the Holder Justice Department. The court’s decision eviscerates Eric Holder’s politicized and racially inflammatory legal assault on commonsense election integrity measures. The court expressly rejected the Department of Justice’s contention that minorities are harmed by commonsense measures that help secure honest elections. The court’s dramatic rejection of Holder’s legal theory shows that that the DOJ’s lawsuit, which was coordinated with political activists at the White House, was always more about cynical political and racial appeals than upholding the law.”

The Wisconsin voter ID law, which was struck down by a partisan judge in Dane County is likewise proceeding through the justice system and the North Carolina decision makes it fairly likely the issue will proceed to the Supreme Court. It far too early to bring out the champagne yet, but we may yet see a time when Democrats are unable to prevail using illegal aliens, felons and the deceased to win elections.

'Voter Fraud's A Myth' - 6.9 Million Duplicate Registrations In 28 States!

 http://www.anexcellentspirit.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/deaddems.jpg

Democrats constantly fight any kind of voter ID laws or purging of state voter registration rolls of dead people, felons whi have lost their voting rights and people who no longer live in the area,  and there's a very good reason why. Fraud is how they win.

The latest interstate voter cross check tallied 6,951,484 overlapping voter registrations, meaning people registered in more than one state. And the cross-check program only monitors 28 states and does not include the three most populous states in the Union,  California, Texas and Florida. So the real numbers could be almost double this figure.

Catherine Engelbrecht, president of the election-watch group True The Vote, one of the groups targeted in IRS-Gate calls our country's voter rolls "a mess."

 http://www.worldmag.com/media/images/content/576_576_/engelbrecht.jpg

“Sensible approaches to roll maintenance are fought tooth and nail by radical special interests who can use the duplicity in the system to their advantage,” she said.

“Increasingly lax standards in our election process produce increasingly unreliable results,” Engelbrecht asserted.

“The few conversations that are had about how to shore up these weaknesses are immediately seized on by certain politicians and special-interest groups as fuel to further divide American voters based on trumped-up race and class-based narratives,” she said.

Engelbrecht said the “vicious cycle” can be fixed “if citizens wake up, stand up and refuse to settle for a broken system.”

 http://api.ning.com/files/BspI5LmlqkjJaYjOZQ8vt2HD*VZCf1RJY3Is5pkeqvpgYcjkT0vCryqBqftr-tH5yReNa6qpB55HicfTEgAvks3V7Z3vmPBr/photo.JPG?width=500&height=398

Illegal migration is another huge source of voter fraud, especially in border states like California with no voter ID laws whatsoever. Usually, this is done through absentee ballots with the names of deceased voters or ones who are no longer living in the area are supplied by 'activists' who get access to the rolls. Now that California is giving drivers' licenses to illegal aliens and allowing the easily obtained (and forged) Mexican Matricula Consular card to be used as a valid ID to obtain one, voter fraud can be expected to increase dramatically.

Voter fraud has been used to disenfranchise American military on active duty, to 'elect' public officials to office and perhaps even to 'pass' some bond issues and initiatives while defeating others. We have no way of knowing exactly how many fraudulent votes were actually cast, because the Obama Department of Justice has consistently refused to investigate the matter or cooperate in any way...although they file suit at every attempt to pass a voter ID law or purge the voting rolls. That's not a coincidence, since in almost all cases, the fraud is perpetrated to assist Democrat candidates and Democrat causes.

This shouldn't even remotely be a partisan issue.I agree with Catherine Engelbrecht; it's time we all stood up regardless of party, screamed bloody murder and demanded the repair of a broken system that perverts our democracy.

Just A 'Myth' ? Massive Voter Fraud Discovered In North Carolina’s 2012 Election

 http://virginiavirtucon.files.wordpress.com/2012/10/the-voting-dead1.jpg

Well, at least we're beginning to know now how President Obama got re-elected:

The North Carolina State Board of Elections has found thousands of instances of voter fraud in the state, thanks to a 28-state crosscheck of voter rolls. Initial findings suggest widespread election fraud.

  • 765 voters with an exact match of first and last name, DOB and last four digits of SSN were registered in N.C. and another state and voted in N.C. and the other state in the 2012 general election.
  • 35,750 voters with the same first and last name and DOB were registered in N.C. and another state and voted in both states in the 2012 general election.
  • 155,692 voters with the same first and last name, DOB and last four digits of SSN were registered in N.C. and another state – and the latest date of registration or voter activity did not take place within N.C.

The Interstate Crosscheck examines 101 million voter records in more than two dozen participating states.

Remember, 22 states did not participate in the Interstate Crosscheck. We could be talking not just about 'double voting',but even triple or quadruple voting, especially in states with no voter ID laws and conveniently loose absentee balloting regulations.

Aside from the above figures, the crosscheck also found that more than 13,000 deceased voters remain on North Carolina’s rolls, and they were able to show that 81 of them 'voted' after they died.

Now you also know why Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder has consistent filed suit using your tax dollars to prevent states from purging their roles.

Does anyone even want to bother betting that at least 90% of the fraudulent votes discovered in North Carolina went Democrat, for President Obama?

Obama Activist Convicted Of Multiple Voter Fraud Gets Early Release From Prison

http://media2.wcpo.com//photo/2013/07/17/use_20130717120628_640_480.JPG

You may remember our friend Mellowese Richardson, formerly of ACORN,, who in 2012 was an Obama activist and poll worker in Ohio. She was convicted of four counts of multiple voter fraud in a plea bargain in exchange for dropping multiple other felony voter fraud charges. A long time resident and a poll worker in Cincinnati’s Madisonville neighborhood since 1998, she used information she had privy to as a poll worker to submit phony absentee ballots and 'vote' numerous times through the years, including voting three times for a relative who has been in a coma since 2003.She was finally busted after the 2012 election, when county Board of Elections workers “noticed a bunch of absentee ballots coming from the same place with the same handwriting.

There's literally no way to know how many times she illegally voted or who else might have been in on it with her..which, of course is why Democrats fight voter ID laws and any attempt to purge the rolls of dead people, non-residents and felons like crazed hyenas.

Ms. Richardson didn't help her trial any with a fairly nasty attitude, spouting off that she was going to "fight for Mr. Obama and for Mr. Obama’s right to sit as president of the United States” and the usual accusations of you-know-what.

She got five years.

But today, after only a few months in jail, she's back on the streets, with the balance of her sentence changed to probation. Because she gave her attorney permission to release her medial records showing she suffers from -wait for it- bi-polar disorder!

Which leads to a couple of other questions. How long ago was she diagnosed? If she had this disorder all along, why wasn't it brought up at the original trial? If this was an ongoing problem, did she disclose it when she became a poll worker? Or was she diagnosed recently and did someone help her go shrink shopping to make sure she got the 'right' diagnosis she needed to her get out of jail free card?

And by the way, as a convicted felon, were her voting rights restored? I wouldn't be at all surprised.

Aside from any grace and favor she might have gotten from the president and/or the Justice Department, one reason she was probably kicked loose so easily is because of the overcrowding in prisons and the need for accommodations for new 'guests.'

But I have a feeling that if she was a Tea Party activist jailed under the exact same circumstances, space would have somehow been found to keep her locked up.

Just sayin'.

Will Democrats Lose The Senate? What The Analysts Forget To Figure In

 http://l3.yimg.com/bt/api/res/1.2/fzQNe2LXrln8WToqjnHViw--/YXBwaWQ9eW5ld3M7cT04NTt3PTYzMA--/http://media.zenfs.com/en/blogs/sptusfantasyexperts/thecountisgreat.jpg

Sean Trende is the senior elections analyst for the popular site RealClearPolitics, and a fairly smart guy when it comes to forecasting and analyzing elections and things political.

He has an interesting piece up that caught my eye today entitled,How Likely Are Democrats to Lose the Senate?

In it, he goes through a meticulous mathematical analysis based generating a large number of random values within prescribed limits in order to the likelihood of a Democrats losing the senate, and it really is an impressive piece of figuring, based on models used by Nate Silver at FiveThirtyEight, another gifted analyst.

His end conclusion? :

With all of that said, this is a very, very challenging map for Democrats. As things presently stand, the map probably makes them underdogs to hold the Senate. Barring some sort of change in the national environment or meltdown in the Republican nominations process -- neither of which is impossible -- Democrats are likely in for a very long night on Nov. 4.

However, there is another factor that he and most other political analysts ignore that makes this kind of speculation pretty moot. He doesn't mention that In two straight elections, (2010 and 2012) President Obama was able to get away with massive voter fraud, which included using the Justice Department to suppress the active duty military vote. Here are a few factoids from 2012 alone to ponder:

*In 59 voting districts in the Philadelphia region, Obama received 100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for Romney. That's a mathematical and statistical impossibility.

Barack Obama defeated Mitt Romney by 166,214 votes in Ohio in 2012, out of 5,489,028 votes cast. So Obama’s victory margin was just 3 percent, 50 to 47 over Romney. In Ohio, an estimated 1 in 5 'voters' shouldn't be on the rolls at all, because they're deceased, felons or have multiple registered in other states (an estimated 1.8 million dead people and nearly 3 million who have registered to vote in multiple states). When Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted sought permission from U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to clean up the rolls in a Feb. 10th letter, Holder never even bothered to reply after multiple attempts.

Not surprisingly, voter fraud in Ohio is already known to have occurred in 2008 and 2012, and at least 3 Cincinnati poll workers have already been convicted of voter fraud in the 2012 elections.

In North Carolina, the Obama Campaign was directly implicated in major voter fraud.

Similar story in Philadelphia, where again President Obama got a suspiciously high turnout and vote tally in many locations.

It's also a matter of record that President Obama won in every state that did not require a Photo ID to vote and lost in all but four state that did, and three of them (Michigan, New Hampshire, and Hawaii) were fairly Blue states anyway, and in the other, Florida, there were also reports of voter fraud that are difficult to assess because the Justice Department refused to investigate a single case of voter fraud nation wide. The DOJ is now attacking the voter ID laws in at least 4 Red states I can think of offhand, including Texas.

And if you think voter fraud doesn't affect senate elections, ask Senator Franken.

While President Obama is not running in 2014, it's a reasonable assumption that he will intervene again to the degree possible to ensure the continuation of his agenda and to fend off the very real threat of impeachment.

Also, it's worth noting that Washington, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Illinois, Maryland,, DC, Connecticut, ,Vermont and Puerto Rico have all passed laws allowing illegal aliens driver's licenses, which means they also automatically get voter registration documents. Such laws are pending in Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Indiana, Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey. Voter fraud in California and in Colorado involving illegal aliens and absentee ballots is already a documented fact.

In some of these states, especially places like California where there is also no voter ID requirement and the existing Democrat state government winks at voter fraud that favors Democrats, you are unlikely to see a Republican senator elected.

Does this mean that the Democrats will hold on to the Senate? Not necessarily. But it certainly means that any analysis that doesn't figure democrat voter fraud in is inherently flawed, unfortunately.

No Such Thing As Voter Fraud? Guess Again

This NBC report from Florida shows that illegal aliens and others not eligible to vote nevertheless filled out voter registration forms and voted in Florida's elections. There's no telling how widespread the problem is because the Obama Department of Justice consistently blocks the State of Florida and others from purging voter registration rolls of deceased persons, convicted felons, and others who were able to register thanks to legislation like President Clinton's so-called 'Motor-Voter' bill that automatically allows people to register to vote when they register a car at the Department of Motor vehicles or when they apply for public benefits.

Without voter ID requirements, it's a Democrat's dream come true when it comes to voter fraud.

And it's definitely a partisan issue. Just look here, here, here, and here.

Voter fraud...the Left can't win without it.

Texas: SCOTUS Voting Rights Decision Clears The Way For Implementing Voter ID Law

As you might know, the Supreme Court recently struck down  Section 4 of the Voting Rights Act that dated from 1965, almost half a century ago. The section that they removed dealt with the necessity of sovereign states in the South  needing to seek federal approval before making any changes to their voting laws.

Aside from being unconstitutional, these provision were antiquated a long time ago. But they were still used as a political tool by the Democrats until now, a massive irony considering who actually was the party of Jim Crow.

One thing the new decision did was to allow Texas to implement a law requiring voter IDs that the state legislature passed overwhelmingly in 2011/. The law was identical to one implemented in Indiana, but Texas was prevented from implementing their law by President Obama's justice department. So the courts did their work and that obstacle to equality under th elaw has now been removed.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott had this to say:

“This is a huge win for the Constitution and for equality in this country,” Abbott said. “Before today, different states were treated differently under the Constitution. The Voting Rights Act is the only law that was used to impose disparate or different kind of treatment. Specifically, Texas was called out and treated differently than other states.”

Abbott noted that Indiana approved a voter ID law a few years ago and had that law upheld by the Supreme Court. But when Texas passed a nearly identical law in 2011, the Obama administration used the Voting Rights Act to block it.

“That just showed that they were using the Voting Rights Act law to treat Texas different from Indiana, and that was part of the backdrop behind today’s decision,” Abbott said. The court ruled today that that law was being used “unfairly, illegally, inappropriately, therefore it was unconstitutional,” Abbott said.

Now that this tool for voter fraud has been rendered inoperable, we may see far different results in Texas elections. Unfortunately too late fop rth e2012 elections, but still welcome.

Marco Rubio: Senate Doesn't Have The Votes To Pass Amnesty Bill

Awww. So sad.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) doesn’t believe the Gang of Eight immigration bill – which he authored — has enough votes to break a possible filibuster on the Senate floor. When asked on “Fox and Friends” Tuesday whether the bill has 60 “yes” votes, Rubio replied: “No, and I think even the Democrats would concede that.”

“There’s a few reasons for it, but one of the things we’ve learned over the last few weeks through the open process that happened through the committee process and all the public input that we’ve gotten is how little confidence people have that the federal government will enforce the law,” Rubio continued.[...]

“We don’t want to be back here in two years, in five years, 10 years dealing with another 5 or 10 million illegal immigrants,” Rubio said. “And so that’s the key. And people don’t trust the Department of Homeland Security to do this job or to come up with a plan that will do the job.”

No, really? And the junior senator from Florida is just finding this out?

Marco Rubio is an intelligent and well spoken politician, and there's a great deal to admire about him...but his behavior on this issue definitely isn't one of them. In fact, by touting this he pretty much has forfeited a great deal of credibility and unfortunately, proven that he's unable to deal with the duplicity and dishonesty of experienced Democrat operatives like NY Senator Chuck Schumer, who has played him like a violin throughout this entire regrettable process.

There's simply too much evidence of how the Democrat Left views enforcing our laws and
protecting our borders to push what amounts to amnesty through...not with midterms looming next year.

Here's a prediction for you - when this goes down in flames, watch how quickly President Obama rushes to implement amnesty via executive order.

It's about been about importing a large group of reliable and easily led Democrat voters rather than the good of the country, and it always has been, ever since the original amnesty back in 1986.

Voter Fraud A Myth? An Estimated 20% Of Ohio's 'Voters' Are Bogus

 http://www.anexcellentspirit.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/cartoon-acron-voter-fraud.png

You all may remember Mellowese Richardson, a Democrat activist and poll worker in Ohio's Hamilton County who was recently convicted of voter fraud.

Two others including a nun have already been convicted of voter fraud in Hamilton County, Ohio this year. And a number of other Obama activists around the country are being tried as I write this.

It's a strange thing about Ohio. Mitt Romney lost to President Obama by 166,214 votes in Ohio in 2012 out of 5,489,028 votes cast, a 3% margin.Yet, according to this story in the Columbus Dispatch, as amny as one in five registered Ohio 'voters' is probably ineligible:
In two counties, the number of registered voters actually exceeds the voting-age population: Northwestern Ohio’s Wood County shows 109 registered voters for every 100 eligible, while in Lawrence County along the Ohio River it’s a mere 104 registered per 100 eligible.

Another 31 counties show registrations at more than 90 percent of those eligible, a rate regarded as unrealistic by most voting experts. The national average is a little more than 70 percent.

Now, Ohio's Secretary of State Jon Husted who presides over elections sent a number of requests to our Attorney General Eric Holder requesting permission to clean up the rolls.

In a Feb. 10 letter, he asked U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder for a personal meeting to discuss how to balance seemingly conflicting federal laws so he could pare Ohio’s dirty voter list without removing truly eligible voters.

“Common sense says that the odds of voter fraud increase the longer these ineligible voters are allowed to populate our rolls,” Husted said. “I simply cannot accept that.”

Holder’s office has never replied.

Ohio's voter rolls contain, among other things, an estimated 1.8 million dead people and nearly 3 million who have registered to vote in multiple states. And that's not counting felons who have had their right to vote taken away.

In fact, there were a fair number of voter fraud cases after the election in Georgia, in Mississippi, in Indiana, in Colorado, in Missouri and other states as well as Ohio.Oddly enough, there were none in Democrat ruled states like California, Massachusetts and New York.

In view of this and a number of other questionable occurrences,  like numerous urban precincts in Philadelphia that recorded a 110% + turnout without a single Republican vote and same day registration in states like Wisconsin, perhaps Mitt Romney conceded just a little too early.

Oh, but voter fraud's a myth, right?

Right??

Dirty Little Secret - Applying For ObamaCare Includes Voter Registration

By any means necessary...

The new ObamaCare application has a hidden bonus for Democrats.

The 61-page application asks all sorts of personal questions about the applicant's identity and qualification for Obamacare. And on page 59, it asks the applicant to check a box to register to vote.

The placement of the question could lead some to believe they have to register to vote to get health care.

In the introduction of the document, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services declare: "This document-the 'questionnaire'-represents each possible item that may need to be asked for successful eligibility determinations."

After the box is checked, the helpful government functionary can hand them over to the equally helpful Organizing For America rep to make sure they register for the right party.I've even heard of cases where a registrar for ACORN, Organizing For America or similar groups told these low information, non-English speaking applicant that registering as a Democrat means you can only vote for Democrats.

Que lastima!

Considering that the Democrats want to extend ObamaCare to illegal aliens and that the amnesty the Administration wants obviously include them, the implications are pretty clear. Like the Clinton motor voter registration bill, this is a clear encouragement to voter fraud.

Aside from the other implications, access to this goldmine of personal data makes it dead easy for Democrat activists to target anyone who's applied for ObamaCare for Get Out The Vote efforts.

So, you ask yourselves...what does health and Human Services have to do with voter registration?

That's exactly what Rep. Charles Boustany Jr., chair of the House Ways and Means Oversight subcommittee
wanted to know, So he wrote a letter to HHS honcho Kathleen Sebelius:

"The draft documents wander into areas outside the department's purview and links applications for health insurance subsidies to voter registration," he wrote in the letter provided to Secrets. "The position of the question could lead some to think voter registration is somehow tied to subsidy eligibility," he added.

Boustany, a Louisiana Republican, said the application raises two alarming issues: What does HHS plan to do with all the information it collects on each applicant and will pro-Obama groups like AARP and Families USA that might be tapped as "navigators" to sign people up to Obamacare, steer them to register as Democrats. Others have indicated that groups like Planned Parenthood and ACORN could also act as a navigator.

In his letter, Boustany demands from HHS guidance for the navigator program, especially whether they will be encouraged to ask applicants about their voting status. He set an April 8 deadline for HHS' response.

He added that the Affordable Care Act does not let HHS probe into an applicant's choice to vote. What's more, he said the Paperwork Reduction Act requires that federal agencies seek only information needed to do their job.

"While the health care law requires that government agencies collect vast information about Americans' personal lives, it does not give your department an interest in whether individual Americans choose to vote," wrote Boustany.

Of course, Sebelius isn't going to reply. Or if she does, it will be along the lines of 'so what? what are you going to do about it?'

There's actually plenty Congress could do about it, if they wanted to. The House holds the purse strings, and they could stop ObamaCare dead in its tracks by simply not funding it.There's nothing in the U.S. Constitution that says they can't.

No matter how abusive, expensive and ill-planned ObamaCare is, the odds of the House doing so are slim and none.

I actually respect the Democrats more in this area. When it comes to obstructing cabinet or judicial nominations, appointments, laws, funding and procedures that disagree with their agenda, they're willing to go to the wall.

They could care less about appearing 'reasonable' or 'bi-partisan'. Because they're about winning.

Obama Campaign Implicated in Major NC Voter Registration Fraud

 http://www.jeffcoteaparty.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/zombie-voter.jpg

Yes, that 'mythical' voter fraud surfaced again. It wasn't just individual Obama worshipers like Mellowese Richardson who, in the immortal words of Democrat icon Boss Tweed, saw their opportunities and took 'em to cast multiple ballots for the object of their adoration.

No, this appears to be something directly organized by the Obama campaign, who worked with Obama friendly people in the North Carolina State Board of Elections to register over 11,000 people (and still counting)  illegally, as well as paying a private company to dig up names on a per signature basis...which is very much a clear violation of federal law:

North Carolina's Civitas Institute has revealed that the NC State Board of Elections and the Obama campaign conspired to register at least 11,000 people via the internet in violation of state law.

This has been confirmed through records requests filed with all of North Carolina's 100 counties. The counting is not yet complete.

North Carolina does not allow online voting, but according to Civitas, SBE staff authorized an Obama campaign website, Gottaregister.com, to use a web-based registration program.

The SBE's chief lawyer responded to the charge with a plainly disingenuous 1984-newspeak answer: Wright repeatedly denied that the SBE allowed online voter registration, insisting that it was “web-based voter registration” instead, as if there could be a “web-based” process that wasn’t online.

The technology from Allpoint Voter Services uses remote-control pens to transmit “signatures” over the Internet, according to techpresident.com. After entering voter information in an online form, the citizen “signs” it with a stylus or a finger. The Allpoint technology records the signature and then transmits it to one of two autopens – one in California, the other in Nevada. One of the pens transcribes the signature on to a paper voter registration form...

To say this is not “online” registration but “web-based” is like saying a certain vehicle is not a car, it’s an automobile.

The point of having a “wet signature” – one in ink – is to provide a universally accepted way proving that a prospective voter is affirming in person all the facts on the form. To have an auto pen inserted at one point in this long computerized process is a far different thing.

North Carolina, of course, has no voter ID laws. That makes the state a prime target for the Democrat Party's favorite election season sport, voter fraud.

As a matter of fact, it turns out that there are - wait for it - over 30,000 dead people still on the rolls to legally vote in North Carolina.

You might call this a target rich environment to create Democrats-in-perpetuity.

Keep in mind that this happened in North Carolina, which is still a relatively Red State that Mitt Romney carried last election. Can you imagine what goes on in California, New York or Illinois? In Philadelphia? In Chicago or Detroit?

(A major h/t here to Reaganite Republican)

'Voter Fraud Is A Myth' - That Keeps On Happening

Mellowese Richardson is a poll worker, a Democrat activist and an Obama worshiper of whom the president would be proud. She also admitted on camera voting more than once in Ohio in 2012, registering what appear to be a number of other fraudulant 'voters', as well as filling out ballots for other 'voters' for Obama, a collection of several federal felonies under 42 U.S.C. § 1973i. And she is planning on fighting any charges "Absolutely. For Mr. Obama and Mr. Obama's right to sit as president of the United States" .

  J. Christian Adams is a former Justice Department election lawyer who served in the Voting Rights Section at the U.S. Department of Justice and has written extensively on aiding and abetting of voter fraud, particularly under the Obama Administration...and he's wondering where Eric Holder and the Justice Department are:

   Where is U.S. Attorney Carter Stewart?  Has he sent FBI agents yet to Meloweese Richardson’s house to get a statement?  42 U.S.C. § 1973i(e) makes it a felony punishable by a fine of $10,000 or five years in prison for anyone to vote twice in a federal election.   Richardson admits on camera she violated this law, multiple times – all for President Obama.  Will her political loyalty mean that Carter Stewart doesn’t send the FBI so quickly, and waits until the state proceedings play out? {...}

This is the same sort of behavior which occurred in Noxubee County Mississippi in the case of United States v. Ike Brown  that I discuss in detail in my book Injustice – double voting, poll worker collusion, absentee fraud, false voting at the polls.  Her double voting sounds like Carrie Kate Windham’s behavior in Mississippi. Windham was a Democrat Party official that cast votes illegally for other people.  In that case, many in the Justice Department didn’t want to do anything about it either.  They were willing to give Brown a pass because of who he was and who the victims were.  Meanwhile, the sanctity of our elections corrode. It seems to keep on going, and a whole bunch of “experts” on elections write books and blogs minimizing the criminal behavior. Could it be because they and Richardson are allied politically? Whatever the reason, the vote fraud deniers do a disservice to the Rule of Law they profess to support.  We’ll see how seriously Eric Holder deals with admitted voter fraud by an Obama activist.  Will she be charged in federal court?

Don't hold your breath. But again, here are some questions to ponder. How many Mellowese Richardsons are there out there, to whom the end justifies the means? Considering that there were whole precincts in places like Cleavland and Philadelphia where turnout was 100-120% of the registered voters and not a single ballot was cast for Romney, I'd say more than a few.

Is there a connection  with Democrats being so vociferous that voter fraud doesn't exist,. fighting against voter ID laws and championing obvious fraudulent mechanisms like same day registration  and the fact that  the vast majority of voter fraud benefits them directly?

You be the judge.

President Obama's Next Push - Amnesty And Fast Track Citizenship For Illegal Aliens

President Barack Obama has advanced plans to push another part of his agenda in the coming months - what amounts to amnesty and citizenship for the estimated 11 million illegal aliens now residing here in America:

Mr. Obama and Senate Democrats will propose the changes in one comprehensive bill, the officials said, resisting efforts by some Republicans to break the overhaul into smaller pieces — separately addressing young illegal immigrants, migrant farmworkers or highly skilled foreigners — which might be easier for reluctant members of their party to accept.

The president and Democrats will also oppose measures that do not allow immigrants who gain legal status to become American citizens one day, the officials said.

Even while Mr. Obama has been focused on fiscal negotiations and gun control, overhauling immigration remains a priority for him this year, White House officials said. Top officials there have been quietly working on a broad proposal. Mr. Obama and lawmakers from both parties believe that the early months of his second term offer the best prospects for passing substantial legislation on the issue.

Mr. Obama is expected to lay out his plan in the coming weeks, perhaps in his State of the Union address early next month, administration officials said.

I assume this amnesty will include the 6-700,000 illegal aliens who already have deportation orders whom ICE is either unable or unwilling to find.

First of all, while this is labeled as 'comprehensive' it really isn't. It is aimed strictly at Latinos who will be reliable Democrat voters. That's why there's the insistence of a path to citizenship, to be implemented as rapidly as possible. There are people from Europe and Asia and the Caribbean who have paid immigration lawyers thousands of dollars and waited years to become citizens, and this proposed legislation simply labels them suckers for obeying the law.Ditto for anyone who fell in love with a foreign national, married them and attempted to get them into America. To such people, the rhetoric from the usual suspects about 'fairness' and 'compassion' rings maddeningly hollow.

Second, this kind of amnesty legislation is, frankly, racist. It de facto favors one kind of demographic over all others, strictly for political reasons. It does not address the nation's needs, which is what immigration is supposed to be about, but merely the ethnicity of the favored group and their proximity to being able to walk across the border.

And third, unless this 'comprehensive' proposal involves securing our borders, future enforcement and the deportation of those who break our immigration laws (and I can almost guarantee you it won't), it isn't comprehensive at all. Just like the amnesty President Reagan okayed a generation and a half ago at the urging of Teddy Kennedy, it will merely open the floodgates for subsequent waves of illegal immigration and the establishment of a permanent underclass, bidding down the price of labor.

Even worse, President Obama's plan reportedly includes a provision for a federally funded Guest Worker program. Is there any reason whatsoever that such a program can't be implemented now, using the carrots of legalized status of a sort, humane wages and protection and the stick of immediate deportation without appeal for failing to register? Of course there is. The Democrats want these people voting. And soon,if they're not voting already.

The usual rhetoric from Democrats about how this isn't amnesty because legalizing the status of illegal aliens will include measures like fines, the payment of back taxes and other, unnamed conditions is sheer hot air. Paying a fine was proposed before and both illegal aliens and their lobbying groups rejected it outright, because the mindset at work here is that immigration is a right for them, not a privilege extended by a sovereign nation. Who pays a fine for exercising what they've been told is their rights? Nor are many of them going to admit to income from the cash economy or wages that were paid under the table that can be taxed retroactively.Would you?

What would a practical and compassionate plan for dealing with the wholesale illegal migration of the last few decades look like?

The first step has to be enforcement, both of our border and of our current immigration laws. Border enforcement is a national security issue, not an immigration issue. And rigidly enforcing our existing immigration laws that three presidents in a row have essentially ignored is essential to ensure that new immigrants are treated fairly and don't have to engage in a race to the bottom on wages and working conditions competing with the next waves of illegal migrants.

The next step is to recognize some basic truths. While many of the illegal migrants are exactly the sort of hard working, decent people we should welcome into our American family, some are not. While most of them came here for the economic opportunity and liberty unavailable at home, others came here to take advantage of our social welfare infrastructure, to commit crimes, or simply as a convenient place to earn money to send out of America.

Before we talk about legalizing anyone's status, We need to do what every civilized western country except America has done - to eliminate country quotas and clumsy diversity and 'lottery' visas and instead create a 'points' system applying equally to all foreign nations based on the country's needs and other criteria to determine how many of the estimated 11 million illegal migrants we can absorb, and how many we can not.

Every illegal migrant should then be given 60 days to register with ICE, after which they would receive a temporary ID that gives them status to stay in America while their ultimate status is being determined. It would also allow them to have taxes withheld and to receive the protection of existing minimum wage laws and OSHA regulations. The ID should be something that has to be renewed every 60 days, and failing to do so, or failing to register in the first place would be grounds for immediate deportation without appeal. Anyone employing an illegal migrant without this ID would be punished with a fine of at least $10,000 for the first violation and increasing increments for subsequent ones.

The points system would feature criteria like existing skills or education, employment status, criminal record, health status, at least some basic knowledge of English and whether there were family members or employers willing to sign on as guarantors to ensure that the new migrant did not become a public charge for a period of time to be determined.

That last detail would allow family members or friends to assist a new migrant in staying in America, something I think most familia would eagerly embrace, as would employers with a valued and trusted employee. If not, it would be a useful thing to consider when listening to some of the rhetoric put out by the president and the pro-Amnesty lobby.

You'll notice I did not include time spent as a resident in America as a criterion. That's because it's difficult to actually prove how long many illegal migrants have actually been residents, paperwork and affidavits are easily forged or fraudulently obtained and because it actually should have no bearing on whether someone is allowed legal status. There's already an existing program to bestow U.S. citizenship on a non-citizen who has served or wants to serve in our military. And someone who was brought here as a child and who has lived in America since childhood, is attending a university or has lived and worked in America for a number of years has an existing record that can be assessed and should have made progress on most or at least some of the other criteria.

Sorting out who's here, determining their status and decided who stays and who has to go is going to be a huge and difficult job, but it's a consequence of the avoidance of tackling that task earlier when it should have been a priority. The alternatives, both undesirable, involve blanket amnesty ala' President Obama or the rejection and deportation of all illegal migrants, a destructive and harmful process.

To those who claim it is inhumane to deport anyone who came here illegally, I'll merely repeat an obvious truth, one that ought to be evident to anyone observing the financial crisis going on in Europe right now: you can either have an immigration society or a welfare state, but not both. America's last surge of immigration (almost entirely legal and thoroughly vetted, by the way) took place when there was very little of the welfare state that emerged with the New Deal and the Great Society. Things are different today.

As for penalties, fines and back taxes, there really should only be one, and Senator Marco Rubio, the child of Cuban immigrants himself includes it as part of his own plan on immigration. Those who came here illegally and are allowed to stay should be sent to the back of the line behind all legal immigrants to apply to become permanent residents, without any special, fast tracked path to citizenship.

I can hear President Obama and his minions screaming like wounded peahens from here.

Aside from the issue of fairness to those who played by the rules and went through the ordeal and expense of immigrating legally, this also has another benefit. It allows the now legal migrants additional and needed time to assimilate into America's society and culture.

We have done precious little to address this, largely because certain politicians and activists like the idea of a balkanized, disenfranchised group of voters who can be manipulated based on appeals to ethnic solidarity and the fact they have limited knowledge of English rather than their actual best interests.

A comprehensive new program of civics courses, ESL programs and tutoring in American history and our Constitution directed at immigrants would work wonders in solving this problem, increasing the ties of the new immigrants to their new native land, allowing them to improve their personal circumstances and turning a significant portion of what President Obama and the Democrats see as a captive potential voting bloc into an informed electorate that understands why they and so many others came here to embrace the American Dream in the first place.

The Latest from Rep. Allen West On The Continuing Recount Saga

The no doubt that Rep.Allen West was targeted by Democrats, both as an outspoken and unintimidated conservative and as an uppity black man who refused to stay on the Democrat plantation. The race ended up being one of the most expensive House contests in the country.

Here, West gets interviewed by FOX's Sean Hannity and gives us the latest on what appears to be extremely suspicious circumstances behind that race and why he's demanding a full recount.

You don't suddenly just 'find' 4,000 Democrat votes at 1 AM in the morning unless something fishy's going on..

Scenes From An Election - Dems Already Working On Voter Fraud In PA

A big story this morning concerns court appointed Republican poll watchers being evicted from polling places in Philadelphia by Democrat operatives..in some cases, forcibly with statements being made that “No Republicans will be allowed in the polling place.”

Needless to say, this is occurring in heavily black urban wards, and the New Black Panthers are again on the loose 'guarding' som eof these polling places. The idea, of course, is to stuff the ballot boxes with Obama votes when no one's watching. That's how some of these wards achieved 99-100% turnout in past elections.

The state GOP to court and obtained an order from a judge at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas requiring the Republicans to be admitted to the polls and seated. However, there is no telling what kind of voter fraud the Democrats committed in the meantime, when no one was looking.

In another wonderful tale from the City of Brotherly Love, a far left 'activist ' group called The Community Voters Project ( CVP) is supposedly a non-partisan group who registers people to vote ala' ACORN.

They're a fairly large group with offices in 10 states and registered around 300,000 voters in 2008.

Except this time, their Philadelphia office was caught shredding the registration forms of everyone who signed one with them who wanted to register Republican.A lot of these people are going to go to the polls to vote, thinking they registered when their applications were actually tossed in the dumpster.

Yes, the time honored democrat sport of voter fraud. Without it, they don't win.

Federal Judge Orders Ohio's Law Against Early Voting Struck Down; Appeal Pending

U.S. District Court Senior Judge Peter C. Economus ( a Democrat and Clinton appointee, of course, confirmed by a Democrat senate in 1995) sided with the Obama Administration in its lawsuit Obama for America v. Husted and ordered the state of Ohio to allow early voting on the three days prior to the Nov. 6 election to all voters.

Then new law that was passed restricted the early voting to active duty military and was designed to combat voter fraud and to allow time county officials said they needed to get their poll lists updated and purge the rolls of deceased voters, people no longer Ohio residents and felons.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine has already announced that he will appeal to the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in an effort to get th einjunction dismissed.

Stay tuned.

California Ready To Give Illegal Aliens Driver's Licenses

The Democrat dominated state of California is ready to take advantage of President Obama's executive order on amnesty for younger illegal aliens to allow hundreds of thousands of them to obtain driver's licenses:

California is on the verge of allowing hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants to receive driver's licenses for the first time in nearly two decades.

The key question is how to do it.

The issue of granting driver's licenses to undocumented immigrants has raged in the Legislature for much of the past decade, without resolution, but fighting is largely moot now due to a new federal policy.

President Barack Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals gives a select group of undocumented immigrants the right to live and work in the United States for two years without fear of deportation.

California is laying the groundwork for extending the privilege to driving, too, for an estimated 400,000 immigrants.

"It appears that young people who receive federal deferrals will be eligible for California driver's licenses," the Department of Motor Vehicles said in a written statement Tuesday.

"But it remains uncertain whether clarifying legislation or regulations will be necessary," the DMV statement said. [...]

The glitch is that state regulations allow only certain types of federal immigration documents to support the issuance of a driver's license.

If President Obama's Deferred Action program provides participants with "new or different immigration documents," then legislation or regulatory clarification may be needed, the DMV said.

Unless Brown takes a stand against issuing driver's licenses, passage of such legislation appears a sure thing in a Democratic-controlled Legislature that has consistently supported driver's licenses for undocumented immigrants in years past.

President Obama's Deferred Action executive order covers illegal aliens between the ages of 15 and 31, who were brought to America before the age of 16 and have no criminal record. Participants also must be either high school students or graduates who have lived in the United States continuously for five years.

In many Blue states with substantial illegal alien populations like California, the order is being interpreted as applying to people who have merely attended high school at some point, and most crimes except violent felonies are being ignored.

The idea,of course, is not driver safety or forcing illegal aliens to obtain auto insurance. Let alone illegal aliens, there are a significant amount of legal residents of California who drive without licenses, auto insurance or both simply because they have no major assets and nothing to lose if they get into an accident. That's why every auto insurance policy in California includes a surcharge to cover damage to the insured caused by uninsured motorists.

No, the real deal is to turn illegal aliens into voters. Everyone applying for a driver's license is given voter registration papers, thanks to President Clinton's 1993 National Voter Registration Act, usually referred to as the 'motor-voter law', one of the best facilitators of voter fraud ever devised.

If California's Democrats get their way, the illegal aliens covered by the Deferred Action order will have driver's licenses indistinguishable from those of legal residents, there's absolutely nothing to stop them from registering to vote and being added to the rolls.

It's notable that there's nothing in the Deferred Action order that specifies that illegal aliens covered are to get driver's licenses. It merely exempts them from any fear of deportation proceedings for two years. In Arizona, California's next door neighbor, Governor Jan Brewer has already signed an executive order this month directing Arizona's Department of Motor Vehicles not to issue driver's licenses to Deferred Action participants.

In California, by contrast, Democrats see this as an avenue to add thousands of new voters to the rolls, and long time advocates for these policies like Los Angeles Democrat Assemblyman Gil Cedillo see this as an opening for the future amnesty and voter registration of all illegal aliens, openly admitting that granting driver's license rights to a select group now could pave the way for "expanding such opportunities for more undocumented immigrants in years to come."

In other words, a built in majority that will keep people like Mr. Cedillo in power for years to come.

And of course, that's the whole point. At least, until the entire rotten structure collapses.
