Judge Sets Leaders of New Mexico Terrorist Training Camp Free

A radical Judge has set the leaders of a violent New Mexico terrorist training camp free.

Judge Sarah Bacus ruled that five Islamic radicals in charge of what amounted to a jihadist terrorist training camp on a $20,000 “signature bond,” which requires no payment.

She did this in spite of police warnings that children being trained and indoctrinated in the camp were being trained with guns to carry out school attacks. According to the Albuquerque Journal Judge Sarah Backus concluded that the radical Islamists aren’t “a danger to the community,”



Thank you, infidel!

Here's what local law enforcement had discovered.

Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, 39, Lucas Morton, 40, Jany Leveille, 35, Hujrah Wahhaj, 38, and Subhanah Wahhaj, 35, operated what amounted to a terrorist training camp, where they trained 11 children to use firearms and to attack schools. The compound had been under surveillance for awhile but police only launched a raid when one of the children texted that they were all in need of food and water.

The police found found rifles, handguns ammo and a shooting range, as well a various signs with Islamist slogans posted around the camp. In a tunnel outside the compound they found the remains of a boy later identified as Abdul-Ghani Wahhaj. According to his mother, he took medicine for seizures but the Islamic radicals thought he was possessed by evil spirits.

They also found 11 malnourished children. and Prosecutors also alleged that the suspects planned to commit violent acts and that Siraj Wahhaj had trained at least one child at the compound to use firearms to conduct school shootings.

Siraj Wahhaj has a interesting jihadist background. His father is none other than Siraj Wajjai, an unindicted co-conspirator in the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993 who got off due to a technicality. The Imam, a former CAIR advisor, offered prayer at a Democratic National Convention event in 2012. The elder Wahhaj is also close to Linda Sarsour, an anti-semite, Democrat darling and frequent speaker who encourages Muslims to radicalize.

With all that evidence, the prosecutors only charged the five defendants with child abuse. And Judge Backus simply let them go free, without even posting bail.

From the Grant County Beat:

"Judge Sarah Backus made the determination the suspects weren't a danger to the community following several hours of testimony and evidence being presented by prosecutors…State prosecutors outlined evidence suggesting that at least some of the suspects could have been planning some sort of attack…Various weapons and ammo were found during the raid on August 3, and several more firearms were discovered in subsequent searches. The children were allegedly taught how to load and fire assault rifles…In addition, prosecutors described a letter sent to Siraj Wahhaj from his brother allegedly inviting him to come to New Mexico and die as a martyr." (KOB, 8/13/18)

"These suspects face serious charges that they intended to inflict mass violence, possibly through school shootings," added Rep. Bill Rehm (R-Alb), a retired law enforcement officer. "This, combined with the discovery of the remains of a young child, is strong evidence that they pose a high risk of violence and should be behind bars. People who are suspected of killing children and orchestrating mass shootings should not be allowed to walk out of the courthouse and back into their communities with almost zero guarantee that they will ever show up to trial. Regardless of political party, New Mexicans can recognize the danger of the judge's ruling and the risk it poses to public safety. This is Exhibit A as to why we need to pass a new constitutional amendment that would require judges to keep dangerous criminals like these in jail pending trial."

So why would any judge do something like this? These people are a definite flight risk and will likely never show up for trial.

A look at the judge's background sheds some light. She's essentially a San Francisco Bay area transplant. She's a graduate of the University of California Hastings College at UC San Francisco and served as a deputy public defender and deputy attorney general in San Francisco.

As such, it's safe to assume that Judge Backus's ideas and priorities are warped in that direction, and a look at other cases she's handled also give a good indication of that.

Letting a bunch of jihadis go free on their own recognizance is far far, more important than public safety to her.

Oddly enough, she was appointed to fill a judicial vacancy by none other than New Mexico's Republican governor, Susan Martinez, after which Judge Backus ran for the office and won as a Democrat. Needless to say, Governor Martinez is desperately trying to distance herself:

"Unfortunately, it (the verdict) highlights how extreme the New Mexico Supreme Court has been in dictating pretrial release for all kinds of dangerous criminals."

And you're going to do what about this, Governor? Do tell.

The Las Vegas Strip Attack - If It Smells Like Jihad, It Usually Is

On December 20th, Lakeisha Holloway drove a car onto a crowded sidewalk on the Las Vegas Strip in front of the Paris Hotel & Casino, and Planet Hollywood. She killed a mother of three while injuring many others, some critically.

The Vegas police had no difficulty in saying that the attack was deliberate and charging her with a number of felony offenses, including the murder of Jessica Valenzuela, 32, of Buckeye, Arizona, who was visiting Vegas with her husband,child abuse or neglect (her three year old was in the back seat) and failure to stop at the scene of an accident.

Her tires were flattened in the assault and she was apprehended by the police not to far from the crime scene.

This so closely resembled the attacks using cars going on in Jerusalem that my first thought immediately was that this was a jihadi strike, probably by someone indoctrinated at a radical mosque.

But what really had the alarm bells ringing for me was when the police described her demeanor as 'stoic' and said she had given them a reason for the assault. But Las Vegas Sheriff Joe Lomabardo refused to disclose to the media what that reason was when asked about a motive, saying "She did (offer and explanation for the attacks) and I’m not comfortable disclosing that at this point because it is an ongoing investigation. I can’t go any further into that comment."

After what happened in San Bernardino, the only rational explanation for his reluctance to disclose what the killer had told him was if Islam was involved and he got a call from upstairs somewhere to keep his mouth shut about it. The police did the exact same thing in San Bernardino, refusing to reveal the killer's names until bloggers and reporters heard them mentioned on the police scanner and outed them.

The same thing just happened. Various eyewitnesses are saying now that the car windows were open and Lakeisha Holloway was screaming 'Allahu Akbar!' as she mowed down pedestrians:

The witness went on to say "As this unfolded, the only thing I recall as this happened is the insane sound of her car accelerating and the voice from the car was screaming "Allah Akbar!" I've heard the sound enough times on the news that I was waiting for a bomb to blow up or guns to start firing. "


I have a feeling that after Christmas as more and more on this comes out the authorities are going to have to admit what happened. I have a distinct feeling that my first gut feeling, that this was a jihad attack is going to be proven correct. I hope I'm wrong.

The Heart Of The Matter

A great deal has been written and said about the attacks in San Bernardino, President Obama's unserious, know nothing speech in response and subjects like ISIS, Muslim 'radicalization', Islam and immigration.

Much of it has been pretty good, some of it has been insightful and a lot of it has been deliberately misleading. For a good sample of the latter read Obama bootlicker Dan Balz's piece in the Washington Post essentially calling Donald Trump the equivalent of Adolf Hitler for merely proposing the entirely reasonable suggestion that we put a temporary moratorium on migrations from certain Muslim countries until we have the ability to vet them better. At one point,Balz even equates The Donald with - wait for it- anti-Semites like Father Coughlin in the 1930's. You can't make this stuff up.

Like Obama spokesmouth Josh Earnest, it's ironic that these two minions both have surnames that are the exact opposites of their actual characters.

Another thing that's funny is that that the same people, both Republicans and Democrats whom whine constantly about our 'broken immigration system' are absolutely horrified at the idea of stopping migration to America  from an increasingly dangerous part of the world until it's fixed.And that, of course, includes our president.

You might almost think they're Up To Something...and of course they are.

Have you ever wondered how things got to this state, when the most powerful military and the huge intrusive security apparatus that was assembled after 9/11 is so ineffectual that this war still goes on 14 years after 9/11 and a couple of ISIS groupies could assemble explosive devices and acquire AK 47's and thousands of rounds of ammo with their own little jihadi cell in a place like San Bernardino, plan an attack and carry it off so easily? Have you ever wondered why so many Muslims, especially younger ones become jihadis and why the problem keeps increasing?

Part of it, of course is the actual nature of Islam, much of which is fascist, cruel, misogynist and violent. Most Muslims aren't, not by any means. But it is the Islamic fascism brand name that is increasingly being imported into America and elsewhere in the Western world, and as that continues, more and more Muslims, especially younger ones are going to identify with it, because it appears to be winning.

The same thing occurred in Nazi Germany. I call it my 20-60-20 formula. Any political movement or ideology, which is exactly what Islamic fascism is, will start with a hardened core of True Believers willing to go to any lengths to win. As they get more notoriety and become more established, there will be a roughly equal amount of people who are horrified by them and who rigidly, sometimes vociferously oppose them.And then there's the 60% in the middle, some of whom may lean one way or the other but essentially are more interested in just day to day life. But as one side or the other appears to be winning, more and more of the 60% start drifting more and more to what looks the winning side. That's exactly what we're seeing now. Why has this happened?

The fact is that the last two presidents (and Mrs. Clinton) were essentially bought and sold by the Saudis, Qatar and the Emirates, along with a lot of other politicians, diplomats,and other government functionaries.

Their reward for faithful service once they left office was the funding of presidential libraries, six figure speaking fees, honorariums and 'consulting' fees, lucrative business opportunities (just research how Bill Clinton became a multi-millionaire) and generous gifts to presidential 'foundations' like the Clinton Foundation. All one needs to do is to follow the money and watch where it leads.

What the Arabs bought with their money was the US military to use as needed for their personal mercenaries, a guaranteed market for their oil while we sold our domestic oil elsewhere, immunity from any prosecution for their support for terrorism, policy influence...and oh yes, a free hand to do aggressive dawa and indoctrination for their extremely fundamentalist version of Islam via the Muslim Brotherhood front organizations who took over something like 80% of America's mosques via the North American Islamic Trust - and replaced the imams with their own radical choices.

Add appeasement of Iran and a clueless president to the mix and you have our present situation in a nutshell.

This is why whenever a jihadi attack occurs on American soil, the perpetrators can almost always be traced to attendance at a Muslim Brotherhood owned mosque with a radical imam in charge and lots of 'educational materials' promoting jihad, Islamist doctrine and martyrdom. President George W. Bush actually spoke at one of these mosques, the Saudi funded Washington Islamic Center.

The Saudis and the others were particularly willing to fund this effort not only to spread Wahhabi Islam but  to get the Muslim Brotherhood firebrands out of their countries, where they posed a risk to the House of Saud and other autocratically ruled kingdoms. And they continue to fund it today, with increasing success because of the increase in Muslim migration to America, aided and abetted by the last three administrations. President Barack Hussein Obama alone has brought almost one million Muslims into America and many of them are bringing certain attitudes with them that do not mix at all well with Western culture.

Our current president is a True Believer who welcomes the alliance between prog-fascists and Islamists. And he has a number of Islamists and their sympathizers in low profile but influential positions, even in Homeland Security. If you look at his domestic and foreign policy, one common thread in both is to protect and empower Islamist and the Muslim Brotherhood, whether it's keeping them out of jail for aiding and abetting terrorism, getting into an illegal war in Libya to empower them, siccing his Department of Justice on anyone whom opposes them in the least , liberating dangerous jihadis from Guantanamo or doing his best to allow them to take over Egypt.

And that of course is the heart of the matter. Most average people in the Western World have finally gotten beyond the media fog and the absurd rhetoric of many of their so called leaders and elites to realize what many of us figured out a long time ago, that we're in a war with at least a significant portion of Islam, with what I prefer to call Islamist fascism. That's at least a start, to actually realize that we're fighting an ideology rather than 'terrorists' or 'terrorism'. And there are any number of good ideas on how to fight that war and win.

We defeated the Nazis and the Japanese in 3 and half years, starting out with a much weaker military than we have now, and they were far stronger than our present adversaries.

But the biggest problem we have, and the one that could defeat us is leadership. It is lack of it that got us to this point and a continued lack of it that will cost us even more dearly than it has already.

Hearing Barack Obama refer to himself as 'commander in chief' in his absurd 13-minute speech the other night brings the problem home. Any military leader with his record would have been relieved of command long ago.

A different Congress would have impeached Barack Obama long ago for this and many other reasons, but that's unfortunately not likely. Elections have consequences, and so does passively tolerating the results and not insisting that our representatives fulfill their oats and take action.

No progress is going to occur on winning this war until Barack Obama and his sordid gang are out of office, because winning this war is the last thing they want, believe it or not. They'd prefer to maintain their relationships with our enemies, 'manage' this and run out the clock, because while they mouth platitudes about how they're serving the country, their own personal interests take precedence over that. And that includes political interests as well as financial ones. Can anyone imagine Hillary Clinton making demands or taking the fight to some of the biggest donors to her 'charitable foundation?'

For all the bold words out there about taking out ISIS and 'fighting terrorism', it's leadership we need to focus on most of all right now. We've already seen in the last 23 years what happens without it.
And there are signs that the leadership we need is developing as the West awakens from its long, enforced slumber and realizes that the knife is at its throat.

In the meantime, we can work to install that leadership and insist that the entire baggage of political correctness and appeasement of Islamic fascism our elites have fostered is ridiculed, shamed, opposed and shouted down for the lethal poison it is. If we don't it will kill us.

The Roots Of The Jihad In Tennesee

 

Many people are wondering about  the jihad attack that took the life of four Marines in Chattanooga yesterday. After all, if trained Marines aren't safe, who is?

People wondered the same thing when the Tsaernov brothers struck at the Boston Marathon. How could this have happened?

The root causes of attacks like these are exactly the same...a jihad friendly mosque,usually owned and financed by a Muslim Brotherhood front group like the North American Islamic Trust, a radical imam, and unrestricted Muslim immigration with little or no vetting.

Breitbart has an interesting story on the immigration angle today that sheds light on that part of the story, and why we can expect a lot more of these attacks. I particularly want Marco Rubio fans to pay attention:

According to U.S. Census Data, the United States admits roughly 100,000 Muslim immigrants legally each year, representing the fastest growing block of immigration into the United States. Tennessee, in fact, is home to one of the fastest growing immigrant populations in the country, causing the President to give a recent speech there in favor of expansive immigration. The Mayor of Nashville has launched a New American Advisory Council to help facilitate the legally-sanctioned transition from the previous inhabitants of Nashville to the new ones.

Both of Tennessee’s Senators, Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN)and Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN)helped pass the Senate’s Gang of Eight bill which would have tripled the number of green cards issued over the next ten years (remember Marco Rubio's part in that as well).

Unlike illegal immigrants, legal immigrants invited into the United States with green cards are granted automatic work permits, welfare access, and the ability to become voting citizens.

Pew Research has estimated that immigration will cause the population of U.S. Muslims to more than double over the next two decades—from 2.6 million in 2010 to 6.2 million in 2030. This demographic change is entirely the product of legal admissions–that is, it is a formal policy of the federal government adopted by Congress.

Another major source of Middle Eastern immigration into the United States is done through our nation’s refugee program. Every year the United Stated admits 70,000 asylees and refugees. Arabic is the most common language spoken by refugees, and 91.4 percent of refugees from the Middle East are on food stamps.

The importation of Middle Eastern immigrants through the nation’s refugee program has led to the development of pockets of radicalized communities throughout the United States.

Minnesota, for instance, which has the largest Somali population in the country, has struggled to stem terror recruiting. The Minneapolis Star Tribune recently reported that six men from Minnesota were arrested and charged attempting to fight alongside ISIS. During the last two years alone, more than 20 Somali-Americans from Minnesota have left the U.S. to fight alongside terrorists under the banner of ISIL.

Similarly, as National Review has reported, “Dearborn, Michigan is home to just under 100,000 people, about 40 percent of whom are Muslim. In 2013, a leaked government document revealed that more people from Dearborn were on the federal terrorist watch list than from any other city except New York.”

The head of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Union, Kenneth Palinkas, recently warned about this very issue: “It is also essential to warn the public about the threat that ISIS will exploit our loose and lax visa policies to gain entry to the United States. Indeed, as we know from the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, from the 9/11 terrorist attacks, from the Boston Bombing, from the recent plot to bomb a school and courthouse in Connecticut, and many other lesser-known terror incidents, we are letting terrorists into the United States right through our front door.”

He listed a number of terror attacks in which the attackers were immigrants voluntarily imported into the United States, including the Boston Marathon Bombing. None of these attacks would have occurred but for immigration sanctioned by the federal government.

On the heels of these developments, two Republican Senators–Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA)
and Dan Coats (R-IN)–have announced plans to substantially increase immigration from countries with large Muslim populations as a condition of a new highway bill. They are proposing to attach “highly-skilled” immigration bills from last Congress, which would expand the number of STEM workers (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)–large numbers of whom come from countries with large Muslim populations like Pakistan, India and Saudi Arabia. The Tennessee killer was himself an engineering student.

Similarly, presidential contender Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL)has also introduced immigration legislation that would substantially increase opportunities for Muslim immigration by creating an uncapped green card program for foreign students specializing in STEM fields while tripling the number of H-1B visas. One of the fastest growing groups of foreign students are from Saudi Arabia, helping propel the foreign student population to an all-time high.

Senator Rubio’s statement on the terrorist attack in Tennessee did not mention anything about Islam.

Why, of course it didn't. This is nothing to do with Islam, right? Of course not!

Or does it?

There are between 2.5 and 3 million Muslims here in America.I can testify personally that many of them are decent folks. But what about the others? And what about those whom bring certain attitudes from their home countries that are simply incompatible with a free society? And unfortunately, there are more of them then we're being led to believe:



So 29% of Muslims polled here in America agree that violence against those whom insult Mohammed or Islam or whatever-it-is-this -week is 'sometimes acceptable?'

And 25% of them agree that attacks on Americans as part of the global jihad are justified, while 51% of them want to be governed according to sharia law?

Let's bend over backwards and slash ten percent off these numbers, just for giggles. Given the amount of people we're talking about in a relatively open society, can you see the nature of the problem in even 15% of these people believe jihad attacks against non-believers is just what Allah ordered? Or if half of them believe in following sharia, given what it mandates for women, for homosexuals, for nonbelievers? For people whom decide they no longer want to be Muslims?

Rest assured that if this trend continues, you're going to see a lot more attacks like Chattanooga, Fort Hood and Boston. You will see more honor killings. You will see Jews increasingly attacked on the streets of America, and Jewish synagogues, schools, community centers and markets or restaurants where they might congregate  under increased attacks, as they are in France and much of Western Europe. You will see 'no go' areas in American cities, and Muslims pushing for sharia law to be instituted for them, or else.

And of course, none of this will have anything to do with Islam!

Jihad In Tennessee - Four Marines Murdered

Four US Marines were murdered and a police officer wounded when a gunman drove up to two military facilities and opened fire on them. Thanks to a Clinton era policy, no arms were permitted inside and the Marines were sitting ducks.

The killer was  Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez, a Kuwaiti who is a naturalized U.S. citizen..you know, diversity. He was shot and killed in the interchange by a police officer.



 

The two military facilities Abdulazeez hit are around eight miles apart.First, he did a drive by shooting at an Armyy recruiting building on Amnicola Highway, and then drove to The Navy Operational Support Center and Marine Corps Reserve Center on Old Lee Highway, which sits near Tennessee River Park, near the Tennessee River and just northeast of downtown Chattanooga. That's where the four Marines were murdered.

Believe it or not, the usual suspects are doing whatever they can to label this simply a violent assault rather than a terrorist attack, just like Fort Hood.

You might want to ask yourself just why Twitter allows itself to be used for messages like this, but certainly no one else is.

I can pretty much tell you how this went down. When they finally piece this together, they will find a radical Imam at a local mosque where Abdulazeez worshiped and was encouraged to wage jihad on the infidels right in the middle of it. And just by coincidence, it's the last day of Ramadan.

Deep In The Heart Of Texas - Jihad As A Brand Name (UPDATED)

 

By now, many of you know about a terrorist attack that took place in Garland, Texas during the Mohammed Art Exhibit and Contest. A law enforcement officer was shot and two jihadis killed.

The exhibit and contest itself involved speakers and drawings of Mohammed competing for a $10,000 prize.

What basically happened is that two jihadis - Ellis Simpson and Nadir Soofi - attacked the community center with AR-15s to try and kill off as many attendees as possible, after sending a tweet announcing "“The bro with me and myself have given bay’ah to Amirul Mu’mineen. May Allah accept us as mujahideen, make dua,”

This was essentially a pledge of allegiance (bay'ah) to 'Amirul Mu'mineen' the 'prince of believers' which is another name for Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi the head of Islamic State. Then they went off to kill some infidels for Allah.

They managed to shoot and wound one policeman, but both of them took the dirt nap thanks to an off duty cop working security. From what I heard a number of attendees also were strapped and prepared for action....silly jihadis,this is Garland, Texas,not San Francisco or DC!

The event itself was put together by Pam Geller and her American Freedom Defense Initiative to reportedly make a stand for free speech following violence over Muhammad drawings like the Charlie Hebdo attack.

As some of you may recall, I don't support this kind of activity for some very practical reasons, among them that there are far better uses of resources. But if Pam Geller wants to sponsor a 'draw Mohammed' cartoon contest that's her right and her prerogative.

What I'm far more concerned about is what this reveals about our country's continued tolerance for jihadis and Islamist radicalism. This pair were known jihadis whom had been on the FBI's radar for years, yet they were able to operate freely and even purchase weapons:

Ellis Simpson was born in Illinois and converted to Islam at a young age, court documents show. The government began investigating him in 2006, recording conversations between him and a paid informant.

In May 2009, according a federal court document, Simpson told an FBI informant: “It’s time to go to Somalia, brother.” He added: “It’s time. I’m tellin’ you man. We gonna make it to the battlefield…it’s time to roll.”

Simpson was arrested by the FBI in January 2010 after a lengthy investigation (4 years? WTF?). He was charged with lying to agents in connection with terrorism. Authorities suspected he was trying to fly to Somalia, but Simpson claimed at the time he had intended to travel to South Africa to go to school and study Islam there.

They had him on tape telling an FBI informant the real story. And he was facing up to eight years in prison. But then guess what happened? One of those wonderful Obama appointees stepped in:

 

Following a bench trial, a judge dropped the terrorism enhancement, citing insufficient evidence. The judge, Mary H. Murguia, said in March 2011 that the government had failed to prove that Simpson intended to wage violent jihad in Somalia. Murguia reduced the charge to making a false statement to federal officials and sentenced Simpson to three years of probation. Authorities also returned his passport, which they had confiscated after his arrest.

Yes, even though the FBI had Simpson on tape with an informant talking about how he was going to Somalia to fight the jihad, this clueless Obama appointed judge let him off the hook. And nicely gave him his passport, so he could sneak overseas for jihadi training if he wanted.

Simpson then moved to Phoenix and found himself a nice radical mosque to hang out at. That's where he met up with Nadir Soofi, whose story is similar. They became roomates, spending their days fantasizing about fighting for Islam and killing infidels. Yesterday, they put their plans into action.

And that to me is the real story here.

We are allowing jihad to get a major foothold here in America, especially since Barack Hussein Obama and his team took over. We have allowed over 600,000 Muslim immigrants to come to America since 2009, many of them without adequate vetting and more on the way. That's especially true of those coming from Somalia or Syria claiming refugee status.

We aren't monitoring Muslim Brotherhood front groups adequately, let alone prosecuting them even when we have open and shut cases regarding material support for Islamist terrorism.

 

With a few exceptions, we aren't blocking Islamist propaganda and websites from overseas. We aren't monitoring mosques or the imams running them. We aren't vetting the imams trolling for converts in our prisons, which is probably where Ellis Simpson, pictured above was recruited.

We aren't even vetting our police or military for jihadis, which is why Major Nidal Hasan was able to murder so many at Fort Hood. And we certainly aren't securing our borders.

In fact, trying to do anything but the politically correct cha cha in these areas in a sure way to end your career in law enforcement, the military or the government these days.

Thanks to our failure to confront it and combat it actively, Jihad has become a brand name here in America, our government is aiding and abetting it and even worse, we're allowing it.

Is it any wonder we have these so-called 'lone wolf' attacks?

Expect more of these. This one turned out well thanks to an off duty traffic cop with steel nerves, a firearm and excellent aim. We might not be that lucky in the future.

I notice Texas isn't on the list of states...who says these people are incapable of learning?

Actually, there's something to that. When we start treating these people like the mortal enemies they are instead of tip-toeing around the fact that there's a mainstream reading of Islam and the Qu'ran that condones this behavior - in other words, when we start dealing with reality and refuse to tolerate any manifestation of that reading and that behavior - we will begin to deal with this threat as it should have been dealt with from the very beginning.

There are aspects of Islam that are simply not compatible with a free society, although there are Muslims who certainly are. It's high time we stopped appeasing the others at every turn, but that won't happen until President Barack Hussein Obama is out of the White House.

And yes, I know exactly what that statement implies.

AG Holder To Prohibit Federal Agents From Considering Religion, National Origin, Immigration Status In Investigations

 

Our attorney general is in the process of issuing new 'guidelines' that will make it a lot harder for federal agents to catch Islamist terrorists, illegal aliens and probably foreign espionage agents.

The Justice Department will significantly expand its definition of racial profiling to prohibit federal agents from considering religion, national origin, gender and sexual orientation in their investigations, a government official said Wednesday.

The move addresses a decade of criticism from civil rights groups that say federal authorities have in particular singled out Muslims in counterterrorism investigations and Latinos for immigration investigations.[...]

Since taking office, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. has been under pressure from Democrats in Congress to eliminate those provisions. “These exceptions are a license to profile American Muslims and Hispanic-Americans,” Senator Richard J. Durbin, Democrat of Illinois, said in 2012.…

“Putting an end to this practice not only comports with the Constitution, it would put real teeth to the F.B.I.’s claims that it wants better relationships with religious minorities,” said Hina Shamsi, a national security lawyer with the American Civil Liberties Union.

“Adding religion and national origin is huge,” said Linda Sarsour, advocacy director for the National Network for Arab American Communities. “But if they don’t close the national security loophole, then it’s really irrelevant.”

Ms. Sarsour said she also hoped that Mr. Holder would declare that surveillance, not just traffic stops and arrests, was prohibited based on religion.

It is huge, and I'll just bet she hopes that all surveillance on jihadi mosques here in America ends. So do a great many Islamists with terrorist attacks or illegal fund raising in mind.

Remember just what a great idea it is when the next Boston Marathon-style bombing takes place. Elections have consequences.

Wichita, Kansas: Another Day, Another Violent Muslim Terrorist

 

Today the feds filed charges of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction, one count of attempting to damage property by means of an explosive and one count of attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization against a 58-year-old airport worker with allegedly planning a suicide bombing at a passenger terminal at the Wichita Mid-Continent Airport in Kansas.

The worker in question, one Terry Lee Loewen, is an avionics technician who lives in Wichita. He was arrested earlier in the day as he attempted to use his security pass to drive a vehicle that he thought contained explosives onto the tarmac at the airport. The car contained only dummy explosives supplied to him by the Feds.

Notice how NBC is happy to reveal the race of this perpetrator when they never mention it otherwise:

U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said Loewen spent months developing a plan to drive a carload of explosives to the airport terminal and that he was determined to trigger the bomb himself and die in the blast.

Loewen, who is white, became radicalized after reading extremist Islamic material on the Internet, Grissom said.

Apparently the feds found out about Loewen when he had an exchange online with someone he thought was a fellow jihadi, but turned out to be an FBI employee.

And I also wouldn't be surprised if there was a Muslim who heard or saw something and informed the FBI in the picture as well.

Two Very Telling Scenes From America's Cities

The Islamic Society of Boston has an interesting history.

It runs the mosque of choice of, among others convicted jihadis Tarek Mehanna and Aafia Siddiqui  as well as the Tsarnaev brothers of Boston Marathon fame. The mosque itself is very much Muslim Brotherhood oriented, and claims the Muslim Brotherhood's spiritual leader Sheik Yusef al-Qaradawi as it's major influence and spiritual guide. Qaradawi openly advocates a world-wide Islamist caliphate under sharia law, including the beating of 'disobediant' women, female genital mutilation , death for homosexuals and apostates and a second Holocaust against Jews.


The Society used Qaradiwi's name in their fundraising, and are suspected of receiving Muslim Brotherhood funds to help build the mosque. He is actually listed as an honorary member of the board.

And it isn't just Qaradawi.One of the Islamic Society of Boston's eight founding members was Abdurahman Alamoudi, who was jailed for 23 years in 2004 for material support of Islamist terrorism and money laundering.

And speaking of back door deals, the mosque itself was built on publicly owned land belonging to the City of Boston worth $1.2 million that was mysteriously gifted to the Islamic Society of Boston free of charge by Boston's Mayor, Democrat Tom Menino.

You might think that  with this kind of history and the Boston Marathon bombing still fresh in people's minds, you might think local politicians would call for an investigation of this mosque and what's being taught there.You might think that at the very least, they would distance themselves a little.

Guess again, infidel!



Yes, that's Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, who worked directly with the Islamic Society of Boston to produce the state's first ever Eid ul-Adha greetings, less than a year after the Boston attack.

But let's move on to another American city that you'd think might be a little wary of associating too closely with the Brotherhood and jihadis...New York City.

 
 The Big Apple is electing a new mayor, and the man most likely to win is Democrat Bill de Blasio. He's an interesting fellow, who describes himself as a 'democratic Socialist'. That's not surprising, seeing as back in the 1990's he was a major activist for the Sadinistas, Nicaragua's hard line Marxist dictators. He's said publicly on more than one occasion that he remains proud of his association with them.

That might perhaps give thought to some of New York City's Jews, given that the Sadinistas were vociferously anti-Semitic, seizing the main synagogue in Managua, and transforming it into a Sandinista youth center decorated with Anti-Zionist posters.  They forced the president of the synagogue to humiliate himself by publicly sweeping the streets.  The Jewish community of Nicaragua, most of whom had their property 'liberated' by the regime fled to fled to Miami, Israel and Costa Rica.


But what might make New York city's population uneasy in general is his stand on terrorism.

New York City has been the site of a lot of terrorist attacks, and even more that have been foiled due to an active counter-intelligence program originally started by former mayor Rudy Giuliani.

For instance, back in 2009, four Muslims were arrested by the FBI and charged with, among other things, plotting to blow up local buildings associated with New York's Jewish community. Their planned targets included the Riverdale Jewish Comunity Center and the Riverdale Temple.

In 2011, two Muslim men were also arrested by the NYPD for plotting to do the same thing, and they reportedly already had the explosives to do it.

What stopped these and other attacks on New Yorkers was the NYPD's counter intelligence operation, using active surveillance and confidential informants willing to work with the police to bust jihadis.

If Bill de Blasio has his way, that will no longer be something that the NYPD will be able to do. He is promising New York's Muslims that he will end the program.

Democratic mayoral candidate Bill de Blasio told a group of Muslim supporters Wednesday that they won’t have to live in fear of being under constant surveillance if he’s elected mayor.

As WCBS 880′s Jim Smith reported, de Blasio, the front-runner in the Nov. 5 general election, said that, on his watch, NYPD surveillance tactics would only be authorized to follow up on specific leads and that the police force would be under the supervision of a new inspector general.

“The efforts of surveillance have to be based on specifically specific information, and obviously you need to go through a careful vetting process,” de Blasio said during a rally at Columbus Park in Downtown Brooklyn.

Actually, for the most part the NYPD has concentrated on individuals, and on infiltrating certain mosques and Muslim groups where they're quite aware of what's being preached and taught...often after tips by confidential informants on the inside.

Like Stop and Frisk, another program de Blasio says he'll eliminate, this is an example of proactive policing that has been credited with lowering New York City's crime rate.

Equally interesting is the woman de Blasio is pictured cuddling up to above, Linda Sarsour. She's the head of the Muslim Democratic Club in New York City and the director of the Arab American Association of New York , and a well connected and frequent visitor to the Obama White House.

She has referred to Zionism as racism repeatedly,is a prominent anti-Israel activist in the city, is on record as a frequent defender of Muslim terrorism suspects, frequently advances the viewpoint that America 'is at war with Islam' and is also known for peddling conspiracy theories, like claiming that the Underwear Bomber was a CIA agent. I've also heard but not confirmed independently that she's a 9/11 truther.

And she's a major supporter of de Blasio, who is wooing her support with pledges to radically change how the NYPD protest the city.

What do these two scenarios have in common? Here we have two American cities, both victimized by Islamist terrorism, whom you would think would have learned something from the experience and would be a lot more careful about whom they elected to be in charge.

And in both cases, it appears that the electorate, rather than screaming bloody murder is opting for leadership with the same head in the sand attitude that caused so much grief, pain and destruction before. We never seem to learn.

School Field Trip To Mosque Features Islamic Readings, Qu'rans For Students

Tennessee is one of the main areas targeted by Islamists for penetration. A number of foreign funded mega Mosques have been built that are far larger than needed to serve the existing Muslim population, and the Obama Department of Justice has been especially aggressive in threatening citizen's groups and local municipalities when they attempt to exercise their existing zoning laws to try and prevent it.

As reported by FOX News Radio’s Todd Starnes, Hendersonville High School recently sent its students of a field trip to a mosque as part of a three-week course on world religions. The students got a fairly slated representation of the Religion of Peace. They were given punch and cookies at the mosque and listened to readings from the Qur'an. They were also offered copies of the Qur'an to take home – which some took and others declined.

Islam defines this as dawa...a part of jihad that involves propagandizing for Islam among the infidels to make political inroads in non-Muslim countries.

While a trip was also taken to a Hindu Temple, no trips were offered to Christian churches, Buddhist temples or Jewish synagogues.

Parents were particularly outraged at this, asking why the school would tour only a mosque but not any of the other religions.

“If you can’t go to all five, why are you going to any?” parent Mike Conner inquired. “We sent the principal an email and voiced our concerns. She sent back a reply and told us they could not afford to go to all five.”

The reason the mosque got the nod becomes obvious as you find out that students who chose not to participate in the field trip were instructed to write a paper comparing and contrasting the Christian, Hindu and Islamic faiths.

The assignment included a worksheet that was visibly biased towards Islam, stating that Muslims treated their conquered people better than the United States treated minorities.

“If we were to compare the attitude of the Muslim rulers towards the minorities living under their rule during the nineteenth century – with the attitude of the Europeans and the Americans towards their minorities, I dare to say that the record of the Muslims would be better,” the author wrote.

I guess the author never talked to any Armenians, Jews, Greeks or Balkan peoples.

The worksheet further stated that the “Prophet of Islam was prepared to live in peace with the followers of other monotheistic religions,” and also said “Muslims in the Middle East and Asian conquered lands of other peoples but they did not impose their religion over them.”

Conner told Fox News his daughter declined to complete what she considered to be an unfair and unbalanced assignment.

“Because of a surplus in information on Muhammed, and a lack of complete and thorough information on Mahatma Gandhi and Jesus Christ, there is not enough true facts to properly complete a comparison and contrasting paper,” Jessica wrote on her paper.

Her parents warned her that she might be punished by her teachers for standing up for her beliefs – and she was. Jessica received a ‘zero’ for the assignment.

Conner and his wife met with school officials who refused to change their daughter’s grade or give her an assignment that was more balanced.

“They told us we were being hostile towards Islam,” Conner said. “It was a very confrontational meeting. Their attitude was, ‘I can’t believe you would question our motives with your children.’”

Conner said he hopes the school board will take action against the teachers.

“Someone needs to be held accountable,” he said. “They are our children – not theirs.”

The Sumner County School District, once this little exercise in dawa was outed has said that the district schools will no longer include visits to religious venues. But the teachers involved in this and the school principal will remain in place.

If this is what's going on in a relatively conservative area like Tennessee, can you imagine what's going on in places like California, Massachusetts and Connecticut?

President Obama Sends Support Message To Radical Muslim Brotherhood Front Group

The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) is a Muslim Brotherhood front group with an interesting history.It was started by, among others, Sami al-Arian, Islamic Jihad's own man in America who was convicted of laundering money and lending material support to terrorist groups. Another prominent Brotherhood jihadist, Adurahman Alamoudi worked closely with ISNA for years. He’s currently in a federal prison for funding al Qaeda and Hamas.

ISNA was an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial. Like CAIR, they had been raising money for Hamas, some of which was used to murder American citizens. Many of their top executives were scheduled to be convicted and sent to prison in what would have been an open and shut second trial which might even have resulted in the groups being outlawed - until Eric Holder and the Obama Department of Justice filed 'decline To prosecute' motions on all of the players back in 2011.

Since then, like CAIR, ITNA, The Muslim Public Affairs Council(MPAC) and The North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), ISNA has been a real favorite of the president. One of the president's close advisers is Mohamed Magid, the president of ISNA, who works directly with White House officials and even sits on a Homeland Security group that deals with ‘extremism’.

Another important Obama adviser with extremely close ties to ISNA and CAIR is none other than Dalia Mogahed, President Obama's personal pick to be his adviser on the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, a group most Americans have never heard of both which has real access to the president's ear.Like Magid, she was also a significant contributor to the Homeland Security Advisory Council's Countering Violent Extremism Working Group.It was Mogahed who reportedly helped write President Obama's apologetic speech in Cairo.

Magid and ISNA also participated in a 2012 review of FBI counter-terrorism training documents that ended in the bureau agreeing to purge any training materials documents that ISNA and other Muslim Brotherhood groups found offensive or “Islamophobic.” In fact, they even lobbied, along with other Muslim Brotherhood fronts to get the FBI's role in investigating Islamist terrorism in America reduced significantly, if not entirely.

They did exactly the same thing to the Department of Homeland Security in May of this year, vetting the training materials of anything remotely concerning Islamists, the Brotherhood or "Islamophobia"..with the full support of the president and members of his administration charged with what passes for security.

Mogahed and Magid are by no means unique in terms of being people with extremely close ties to the Ikhwan serving in the Obama Administration.

Again, the question comes up. Why is President Obama so enamored of the Muslim Brotherhood? The message he sent ISNA singles them out as 'White House Partners', a unique honor for a group which was heavily involved in one of the largest money laundering and terrorism trials in U.S. history.

Why has this president consistently intervened on the behalf of the Muslim Brotherhood at home and abroad? What's the benefit to America of supporting and enabling fascists who use a crescent instead of a swastika? Why has no mainstream American journalist ever asked President Obama this question?

The Shame Of The Ft. Hood Killer's Trial Comes To An End

 

The trial of Major Nidal Hassan, who murdered of 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded more than 30 others while they were disarmed at a dispensary inside the military base at Fort Hood has finally come to an end with a guilty verdict. One of them was a pregnant private who lay wounded on the floor and pleaded with Hasan for her baby's life before he finished her off.

 In the next phase of the trial, which will begin Monday, the military officer jurors have to  all agree to give Hasan the death penalty. If they do not agree, the 42-year-old could spend the rest of his life in prison.

I have never been more ashamed of my country.

The entire saga of Nidal Hassan, an Arab American who identified himself as a Palestinian tells much about how deeply our country has been infected by dhimmitude and appeasement - even in our military.

During Major Hassan's entire career, he made no secret of his radical Islamist beliefs and his hatred for America.At a presentation he made at Walter Reed Hospital in 2009 entitled "The Quranic World View As It Relates to Muslims in the U.S. Military" Hassan gave his views that the Qu'ran condones fighting to establish an Islamic state, that Muslim soldiers were prohibited from engaging in any actions that might result in the death of Muslims, and that all Muslims in the military should be released as conscientious objectors.

Retired Colonel Terry Lee, who worked with Hasan, surfaced after the Fort Hood shootings to say that Hasan had made remarks approving of the actions of the Muslim murderers who shot down two U.S. soldiers in Little Rock, Arkansas He told FOX News that that Hasan made "outlandish" statements against our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, among other things saying that "the Muslims should stand up and fight against the aggressor", referring to the United States.

He carried a business card that identified him as a 'soldier of Allah', carried on an open and extensive correspondence with al-Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, and made numerous comments espousing jihad against the United States he had sworn an oath to protect and defend.

Yet he was promoted through the ranks and received excellent fitness reports.Not one of his commanding officers or fellow soldiers were willing to go out on a limb and out him as the jihadist he was because they were afraid it would mark them as 'Islamophobes' and ruin their careers, something they'd seen happen to others.

At least six months before the Ft. Hood murders, Hasan had come to the attention of federal authorities because of internet postings he made discussing suicide bombings and jihad. The postings, made in the name "NidalHasan", compared a suicide bomber to a soldier who dies to save others and sacrifices his life for a "more noble cause." Again, in spite of this blazing red flag, no official investigation was opened. No one wanted to risk harming their careers by pushing the issue. Everything was buried.

This man was an open enemy of America and lay coiled like a rattlesnake in the midst of our warriors. Like a rattler, he gave off an open warning of his presence, but he remained protected by the willingness of our government to appease Islamist fascism.

So when Hasan brought two handguns into the dispensary at Fort Hood and started murdering his fellow soldiers while screaming Allahu Akbar, it should have surprised no one.

Horrible as that was,  worse was yet to come.

The Obama Administration refused to label what happened at Fort Hood a terrorist attack, instead dubbing it 'workplace violence.' This had the effect of denying combat medals and the accompanying increased survivor benefits to the families of the murder victims as well as the wounded. And incidentally, lessening the exposure of the Army to civil suits.

Our Dear Leader as commander in chief could easily have designated the Fort Hood attacks as jihadist terrorism at the cost to the government of a fraction of what's been spent on one of his luxury vacations or perhaps canceling a couple of his White House parties. He didn't.

Weeks went by as Major Hasan toyed with the military court about representing himself and even shaving or not shaving his beard as per military regulations because yes, he remains a U.S. soldier with full pay and benefits to this day. Rather than simply forcibly shaving him as was done with Saddam Hussein, the judge, Colonel Tara Osborn allowed him to keep his facial foliage.

Major Hasan finally won the right to represent himself, with a couple of lawyers from the judge advocate's corps as advisers. He made no pretense of denying that he was the killer, admitting to the murders in his opening statement.

In an absolutely outrageous ruling that underlined our government's attitude towards Islamist fascism as well as those who volunteer to fight it, Colonel Osborn disallowed any evidence that pointed towards jihad or Islamism as Major Hasan's motive for the murders, a decision deliberately calculated to sharply reduce the awards in a number of civil suits that have been filed by the victim's families by making sure the farcical designation of 'workplace violence' remains rather than calling this what it is, or , heaven forbid , casting any aspersions on the Religion of Peace.

At one point, Judge Osborn actually tried to help Hasan,  suggesting that the murders were the result of a sudden spontaneous flash of rage,,,which would have meant murder two instead of murder one and probably life imprisonment instead of the death penalty.

Hasan would have no part of that. He wants his martyrdom as a soldier of Allah.  "It wasn't done under the heat of sudden passion," Hasan said before jurors began deliberating. "There was adequate provocation — that these were deploying soldiers that were going to engage in an illegal war."

Not only that, but the evidence clearly showed that Hasan made thorough preparations for the killings, even going to the extent of  putting  paper towels in the pockets of his cargo pants to muffle the rattling of the extra ammo he was carrying to  avoid arousing suspicion.

Major Hasan's defense, if it can be called that,  consisted of examining just 3 of the 89 witnesses to establish that he was indeed the killer.

As a soldier of Allah, he's proud of killing the infidels.After all, doesn't the Qu'ran say they're enemies of Islam who will all burn in hell anyway?

Hasan will be almost certainly convicted of murder. In the military system during sentencing, the defendant can make an unsworn statement, which means he can’t be cross-examined and Hasan will take the opportunity he's been provided with to preach jihad and justify what he did as a holy act.

Unlike his victims, Nidal Hasan will get a painless death by lethal injections, as well as an opportunity to preach a final dawa to the world. He will be looking forward to frolicking with the 72 virgins as a Holy Martyr.The Obama Administration will see to it that he gets a full Islamic funeral just like Osama bin-Laden's, which involves cursing Christians and Jews as part of the rites.

Real justice would involve a hanging with a piece of pork stuffed into Hasan's mouth and then simply tossing his body into the sea. Then it might actually serve as something of a deterrent instead of an encouragement to future jihadis seeking martyrdom. Instead, Hasan will be seen and lionized as a role model and hero by our enemies.

The Obama Administration and the Army establishment will be able to sweep this under the rug as workplace violence thanks to the compliant Major Osborn, rather than admitting that this was a terrorist attack by an Islamist fascist. Not one military officer who saw what was going on with Major Hasan and failed to speak out will be punished or demoted in any way. Major Osborn will undoubtedly receive a promotion. And  the Obama Administration, the Army establishment and most of all Major Hasan, who will have achieved what he undoubtedly feels is the perfect jihad,  will all end up getting what they wanted.

The ones who will pay the price are the victims dead and living, their families, and the military rank and file. They will be left with the knowledge that their pain and the deaths of their loved ones count for nothing, and that the nation they selflessly volunteered to risk their lives to protect will simply go along with this obscenity rather than exploding in outrage.

Major Hasan was an honest rattlesnake, who made no attempt to hide whom he was.

It is America that bears the guilt and the shame. I wonder how we can stand it.

Another ObamaLie Falls Apart - Ft. Hood Jihadi Claims He Acted in “Defense of Islamic Leadership”

 

The Obama Administration has always claimed that the 2009 murders committed at Fort Hood by jihadi Major Nidal Hasan were 'workplace violence' rather than a terrorist attack, thus denying the victims and their families the benefits they were entitled to.

Major Hassan,who unlike the fellow soldiers he murdered is still being paid by the US Army has fired his lawyers and is now petitioning the court to conduct his own defense.

Today, Major Hasan asked for a three month delay to prepare his defense, and told Judge Colonel Tara Osborn that his defense would be that he acted "to protect Islamic leadership."

At a hearing Tuesday, Osborn asked what evidence he had to support his defense. He said Taliban leader Mullah Omar and "leadership of the Taliban in general" were in immediate danger from American troops on the Texas Army post, because "the U.S. has attacked and continued to attack the Taliban."

Osborn quickly interrupted Hasan, a day after telling him that he could not make speeches or try to testify when questioning witnesses.

Military law experts not involved in the case said they believe the judge won't allow Hasan to present that defense.

"A 'defense of others' strategy is not going to work when you're at war and the 'others' are enemies of the U.S.," said Jeff Addicott, director of the Center for Terrorism Law at St. Mary's University in San Antonio. "And what makes it more egregious is that he targeted medical personnel whose primary purpose was to heal, not to kill."

In other words, Hasan just admitted he committed an act of terrorism in support of the Taliban and al-Qaeda-Qaeda.

And yet another ObamaLie falls apart.

US Muslim Leaders Lobbying To Get The FBI Role In Combating Islamist Terrorism Reduced

 

A number of very well connected and politically active Muslims are pushing for a vastly reduced FBI role when it comes to investigating and preventing Islamist terrorism in America. The plan they're lobbying heavily for is to get the imams involved in doing it themselves through Obama's Department of Homeland Security.

The White House’s “Countering Violent Extremism” program “did not produce the results a lot of us were hopeful … [and] kind of collapsed towards the end of last year,” complained Mohamed Elibiary, a Texas-based advocate who was appointed to the Homeland Security Advisory Council.[...]

Elibiary’s new call for reduced policing of Islamic communities, such as Boston’s immigrant Muslims, was echoed by other speakers at the panel, which was hosted by the progressive New American Foundation in Washington D.C.

“Imams and counselors need to be given some leeway” by police, said Suhaib Webb, Imam of the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center.

The activists have a problem with the FBI, who they claim have continued what they referred to as atraditional policy of investigating jihadis for obsolete things like arrests, trials and convictions.

You know, we just can't have that.

They like the DHS CVE program much better. Funny thing, the DHS program has attracted a lot of criticism because it relies on using Muslim Brotherhood front groups like the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) as their exclusive intermediaries with American Muslims.

You might remember that the MPAC ran a major campaign telling Muslims not to cooperate with the FBI in terrorism investigations, just like CAIR and the other Muslim Brotherhood front groups:

 




And let's take a closer look at some of these 'activists'. I've already had something to say about the Islamic Society of Boston Mosque and cultural Center, an Islamist mosque with murkey funding and beginnings where Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of the Boston Marathon Bombers liked to go for his dose of Islamist rhetoric.Funny how 'imam involvement' didn't work so well there.

And then there's Mohamed Elibiary..I know I've heard his name somewhere...of course! Elibiary is a very influential  part of the Obama Administration, who was named to President Obama's Homeland Security Advisory Council in 2010.

While he's been there, he reportedly had a big role in successfully lobbying AG Eric Holder into not prosecuting the senior executives of CAIR, The Islamic Society of North America, the North American Islamic Trust and a number of other Muslim Brotherhood front groups who were caught red handed money laundering and providing material aid to terrorism in the Holy Land Foundation trial.Although I somehow doubt Elibiary had to work all that hard, given what we know about Eric Holder.

Among other things, Elibiary is a big fan of  Iran's Ayatollah Khomeni and his Islamist style villayat-e-fiqh style of theocratic government. When Dallas Morning News reporter Rod Dreher wrote about Elibiary's laudatory remarks on Khomeni and Islamist government at a December 2004 conference in Dallas, titled “A Tribute to the Great Islamic Visionary,” Elibiary threatened him with violence.

But wait, there's more.

 October 2011  Elibiary was given access to the highly  classified  DPS database (the Homeland Security State and Local Intelligence Community of Interest, or HS SLIC) containing hundreds of thousands of intelligence reports that were supposed to be used solely to aid law-enforcement agencies. In fact, Elibiary was the only Homeland Security Advisory Council member member (out of 26) who got access to the HS SLIC.

Elibiary used this  to put together a number of classified documents that he felt promoted “Islamophobia,” and tried to leak the classified files  to a far Left  media outlet, who refused to do the story because they felt the files failed to show any real  DHS bias against Muslims.

In early November 2011, Elibiary’s access to the HS SLIC database was revoked...but he's still on the DHS Advisory Council. Of course.

No wonder he and his Islamist friends want the FBI out of the picture so that  they'll be the main channel of information.

Ft. Hood Killer Nidal Hasan Will Be Allowed To Represent Himself At His trial

 

Nidal Hasan, the Palestinian former Army major who murdered his comrades at Fort Hood while screaming 'Allahu Akbar' continues to get away with murder.

He has announced that he is claiming his rights to fire his Army provided attorneys and represent himself,.  Given the provisions of the UCMJ the judge involved, Colonel Tara Osborn has no real choice but to comply, although she is likely to appoint lawyers to assist him.

What Hasan is going to do, of course, is to (a) claim 'Islamophobia' and (b) use the trial as a showcase for jihadist rhetoric.

Hasan already said that he was willing to plead guilty provided the prosecution agreed to waive the death penalty, but under the UCMJ Hasan cannot plead guilty to a capital crime, so the prosecution was unable to make that deal. Instead, we're in for a long, drawn out attention fix for a murderous jihadi.The trial is scheduled to start July 1.

And Hasan will go on trial sporting his full beard.The proceedings were drawn out for months because of the issue of Hasan failing to shave his jihad-compliant beard to conform with military standards, but after some pressure from the White House, Colonel Osborn agreed to waive that issue.

Workplace violence, you know..not a terrorist attack according to our president.

DHS Is Training Law Enforcement To Give Muslim Brotherhood, Radical Islamists A Pass

 

This is dhimmitude on steroids.

In an official training manuals given to national and local law enforcement, the Department of Homeland Security is still emphasizing 'Right Wing extremists' but gives the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamists a pass, advising law enforcement to defer to them.

In contrast to that famous 2009 report talking about the dangers of veterans, pro-life advocates, critics of same-sex marriage, 2nd Amendment advocates and Evangelicals, the training manuals on Islamists cautions law enforcement, “Don’t use training that equates radical thought, religious expression, freedom to protest, or other constitutionally-protected activity, including disliking the U.S. government without being violent” when it comes to Islamists.

The manual, which was produced by an inter-agency working group from DHS and the National Counterterrorism Center, advises, “Trainers who equate the desire for Sharia law with criminal activity violate basic tenets of the First Amendment.”

This would be a hoot if the DHS wasn't deadly serious - Sharia law violates the First Amendment and most of the rest of the Bill of Rights explicitly!

The checklist also advised against using Muslim “trainers who are self-professed ‘Muslim reformers’” - i.e, non-jihadi moderates - because they “may further an interest group agenda instead of delivering generally accepted, unbiased information.”

I don't know which is worse...what the DHS is saying about itself or what it's saying about Muslims, that they're naturally radical and only generally accept the Islamist and Muslim Brotherhood point of view.

The manual also tells law enforcement not to rely on “unsubstantiated theories” and “conspiracies,” that say that “many mainstream Muslim organizations have terrorist ties” or are “fronts for Islamic political organizations whose true desire is to establish Sharia law in America.”

And this manual advises advises trainees not to assume Muslim groups are “using democratic processes, like litigation and free speech, to subvert democracy and install Sharia law.”

Never mind that our own Justice Department proved just that in Federal Court in the Holy Land Foundation trail, and that U.S. District Court Judge Jorge Solis said as much in his 2010 ruling, writing, “The government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR [Council on American-Islamic Relations], ISNA [Islamic Society of North America], NAIT [North American Islamic Trust], with the Islamic Association for Palestine, and with Hamas.”

As a matter of fact, most of the senior executives of these Muslim Brotherhood fronts would be sitting in jail for money laundering and material aid to terrorism if Attorney General Eric Holder and the Obama Justice Department hadn't filed declinations to prosecute motions on all of the individuals and groups cited as unindicted co-conspirators. That ended what would have been the second Holy Land Foundation trial, an open and shut case because the groups appealed the first one, leading to Judge Solis' ruling. Obama's Justice Department essentially let CAIR, ISNA, and NAIT off the hook, as well as the executives involved.

Instead, we now have people in influential positions in the Obama Administration with strong Muslim Brotherhood ties and an official 'training manual' for law enforcement that could have been put out by the Brotherhood itself.Aside from the chilling effect this will have on law enforcement actually working to prevent jihad in America, it will also have the effect and stigmatizing American Muslims whom choose not to toe the Islamist line.

In later years - perhaps, unfortunately after we have a few more incidents that end up with more dead Americans - it will come out that the Obama Administration was just as thoroughly penetrated by the Ikhwan, the Muslim Brotherhood as the Truman Administration was penetrated by Soviet spies and sympathizers.

And it will have cost us dearly in the meantime.

CAIR Director 'Radical Islam Is Not Primary Driver of Terrorism In the World '

Interesting, to see how Bill O'Reilly deals with the typical Muslim Brotherhood spin about 'perverting Islam'.

Especially coming from Niwad Awad, who would almost certainly be sitting in jail for material support for terrorism in the Holy Land Foundation Trial if Attorney General Eric Holder hadn't filed disinclination to prosecute briefs on President Obama's orders to let him and a number of other Islamists off the hook.

He was one of CAIR's kingpins caught on FBI wiretaps attending a 1993 meeting of Hamas leaders in Philadelphia conspiring on how to raise and launder money for them.

Of course, if O'Reilly was more knowledgeable he would have asked Awad about that.

And the inevitable followup if I were sitting in O'Reilly's chair would have been to ask Awad this one - if, as he says, he condemns terrorism, does he unequivocally condemn Hamas as a genocidal terrorist group?

Pulling aside the curtain to reveal how different CAIR's definition of terrorism is than ours is a lot more instructive than shouting at somebody.

Secretary Napolitano Caught Lying To Congress about Saudi Implicated In Boston Bombing

 

The coverup continues on the Saudi 'person of interest' implicated in the Boston Marathon bombings,Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, a Saudi national with major connections to al-Qaeda.

Today, during a hearing on immigration policy, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee and caught some questions from Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa, asking about the fact that Alharbi was on the terrorist watch list.

“Before the [Tsarnaev] brothers became the focus of the investigation, authorities questioned a Saudi student who reportedly was on a terror watchlist,” said Grassley, “…if so, how did he obtain a student visa?”

Her answer is absolutely astounding:

“He was not on a watchlist. What happened is — this student was, really when you back it out, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was never a subject. He was never even really a person of interest. Because he was being interviewed, he was at that point put on a watchlist, and then when it was quickly determined he had nothing to do with the bombing, the watch listing status was removed.”

Aside from contradicting herself in the above paragraph - was he on a watch list or was he not? -  the Secretary is also not being entirely truthful about Alharbi's status

Alharbi's visa stated that he was a student at a college in Ohio he never attended, while in fact he was living in an apartment in Revere, a suburb of Boston. And there's evidence that someone attempted to delete the report on him, (known as an incident report ).

How Jihad Incubates - The Boston Bomber's Mosque

 

One thing I've consistently said whenever we've experienced terrorism on our soil since 9/11; you'll almost always find a Saudi-funded mosque and a radical imam in the mix.These things don't come out of thin air.

In taking a look at the Boston Marathon bombers, one thing the media is attempting to gloss over is the connections between the brothers and radical Islamism.It turns out that Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the now deceased older brother who appears to have led the bombers was a member of the Islamic Society of Boston.

A story that's being pushed in the media, when the ISB is mentioned at all is how  Tamerlan Tsarnaev was reputedly 'kicked out of the mosque' for an angry tirade against the Imam for preaching a sermon telling his congregants to emulate Martin Luther King Jr.

The 'source' for this Arabian Nights tale is an anonymous Muslim worshiper in the mosque who would only give his name as 'Muhammed.'

The story goes on to mention in passing that Tamerlan was readmitted to Friday prayer services.

As we'll see, it's highly unlikely that a sermon would be preached in this particular mosque using Dr. King as a role model.

The Islamic Society of Boston is a place I know of by repute.

The mosque is very much Muslim Brotherhood oriented, and claims the Muslim Brotherhood's spiritual leader imam Yusef al-Qaradawi as it's major influence and spiritual guide. One of its eight founding members was Abdurahman Alamoudi, who was jailed for 23 years in 2004 for material support of Islamist terrorism and money laundering.

You've heard me mention al-Qaradawi before. He has some interesting views.

He favors a world-wide Islamist caliphate under sharia law, including the beating of 'disobediant' women, female genital mutilation , and death for homosexuals and apostates, just as it says in the Qu'ran.

He's also called for a second Holocaust against Jews, saying, "Throughout history, Allah has imposed upon the [Jews] people who would punish them for their corruption. The last punishment was carried out by Hitler. G-d willing, this time it will be the believers."

And while the ISB has made a few statements publicly distancing themselves from Qaradawi,  they have never distanced themselves from his theology. In fact, the Society used Qaradiwi's name in their fundraising and had al-Qaradawi as an honorary member of the board. Literature found in the mosque, speakers who've been invited guests , writings and speeches of people intimately associated with the mosque and transcripts of a number of sermons preached there confirm that the Islamic Society of Boston remains very much a Muslim Brotherhood hardline mosque.

The ISB has been noted in the past for nuisance lawsuits designed to silence anyone who pointed out the mosque's ties to the Brotherhood, the establishment of the mosque with Musim Brotherhood and Saudi funds, and the mosque's fund raising for 'charities' like the Holy Land Foundation and the Benevolence International Foundation, both of which were essentially money laundering outfits for the benefit of groups like Hamas and al-Qaeda, and both of whom were subsequently shut down by the feds.

Among others, the ISB sued terrorism expert Stephen Emerson, The Boston Herald, Charles Jacobs, co-founder of the David Project and the American Anti-Slavery Group, and the local FOX news channel. The ISB claimed it was libeled.

Unfortunately for the ISB,the lawsuits proceeded to the discovery phase and bank records and other documents showed that not only had the mosque acted as a fundraiser for the Holy Land Foundation and the Benevolence International Fund, but that the mosque was funded almost entirely by Saudi and Brotherhood funds to the tune of over $7 million.

Another thing that surfaced in discovery was the interesting  way the ISB obtained the land to build its mosque.

The ISB was built on land owned by the City of Boston that was valued at $1.5 million at the time. It was gifted to them in a murky process by Mayor Menino, who spoke at the ribbon cutting ceremony. The deputy director of the Boston city agency that 'negotiated' the land giveaway not only was a member of the Boston Islamic Society whom it paid to raise money in the Middle East, but also secretly advised the group about obtaining the land cheaply. Essentially, the ISB was 'negotiating' with itself. Aside from being an illegal conflict of interest, this was a clear violation of the establishment clause of the First Amendment, using public funds to favor one religion over all others...at the expense of the City of Boston's taxpayers.

Discovery also revealed that the ISB had attempted to delete all e-mails and documents relating to the land deal.

While we're trying to digest how home grown jihad happens, we'd do well to take a much clearer look at the places it incubates.
