In Black And White - The Latest On The Michael Brown Shooting

Some new information has surfaced on the Michael Brown shooting by a police officer that has led to several days of looting and rioting, and of course, the descent of Al Sharpton and the rest of the OBGI (Official Black Grievance Industry).

The pictures above are screen caps from a CCTV video located in a convenience store that appears to be the Ferguson Market & Liquor store on West Florissant Avenue. According to Dorian Johnson, Michael Brown's friend who was accompanying him, the two stepped into the market, Brown picked up a box of Swisher Sweets cigars (valued at $48.99), refused to pay for them and when the lone employee of the store tried to stop him from leaving, Brown physically assaulted him.

As you can see, Brown, at 6' 4" and 292 pounds towers over the much smaller clerk, who appears to be Asian. The video reportedly shows Brown grabbing the store employee by his shirt, throwing him into a display case and turning to glare and intimidate the clerk before stomping off with his friend.Johnson has admitted that Brown took the cigars.

The store employee called in the robbery and police were dispatched.

This, by the way is not mere shoplifting. It is classified as theft and assault, a strong arm robbery and a felony bust. It is also worth reflecting that this kind of behavior doesn't come out of a vacuum, but is typical of a certain mentality, someone who has done this sort of thing before, someone used to using his size and bulk to intimidate others and get what he wants.

This is a very different person than Al Sharpton's characterization of Brown as a 'gentle giant'.

According to the police report and numerous eyewitnesses including Dorian Johnson, Brown and Johnson were walking down the middle of the street obstructing traffic which is why they were stopped by Officer Darren Wilson. An altercation occurred and apparently Brown pushed Officer Wilson back into his squad car, where the two had a struggle for the policeman's weapon, and a shot was fired inside the police car.. The altercation apparently involved Brown striking Wilson, because according to the police Wilson sustained facial injuries.

Let's stop the narrative here for a moment. Here we have a very large and aggressive young man who has committed a strong arm robbery, slapped the clerk around and shoved him into a display case,is walking down the middle of a moderately crowded street and disrupting traffic rather than on the sidewalk, and then engages in cop fighting.

If this is accurate, (and it seems to be so far)That kind of behavior suggests something to me...a person who was impaired by drugs and/or alcohol. These are not the kind of actions taken by someone in full control of himself.

A toxicology report is being done on Michael Brown, and we'll know the results in a few weeks..maybe. A similar report was done on Trayvon Martin in the famous Florida case. It was never overly publicized, but it showed significant amounts of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana in his blood and urine. Pot, especially when combined with other substances can definitely make a person overly aggressive and confident and affect judgment. The autopsy report also revealed moderate beginning signs of brain damage and mild liver damage associated with prolonged use of DXM. DXM, known as 'lean' among other street names is a very potent mixture of cough syrup, juice or soda, and candy (Watermelon Juice, Skittles, and Robitussin for example).

We'll find out if Michael Brown was similarly impaired, but here's a another clue as to what might have happened. Here's a video taken minutes after Brown was shot that was designed to be supportive of the narrative that Brown was shot for no reason...but if you look at the witness conversation that appears to be inadvertently recorded at about 6:28 - 6:29 of the video, the witness states that Brown turned around and charged the officer rather than putting his hands up in surrender(warning, NSFW language).

And if you look at the direction Michael Brown's body is laying pointing towards the police SUV rather than away from it, it makes sense. Here's a transcript

@6:28/6:29 of video
#1 How’d he get from there to there?
#2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck
{crosstalk}
#2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him
{crosstalk}
#2 Then the next thing I know he doubled back toward him cus - the police had his gun drawn already on him –
#1. Oh, the police got his gun
#2 The police kept dumpin on him, and I’m thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him
{crosstalk}
#2 Police fired shots – the next thing I know – the police was missing
#1 The Police?
#2 The Police shot him
#1 Police?
#2 The next thing I know … I’m thinking … the dude started running … (garbled something about “he took it from him”)

There's another snippet of background conversation from a witness starting around 8:41 or so that also says "he ran back towards him".

Finally, look again at Brown's behavior in the convenience store. He does something similar there turning back towards the clerk and advancing towards him to intimidate him. Will any witnesses 'from the community' whom saw what happened testify that Brown charged the officer if that's what happened? I'm not at all sure of that, but ballistics and forensic evidence may tell us the truth.

Meanwhile in Ferguson the rioting and looting continues. And so does the agitating, courtesy of Al Sharpton and the New Black Panther Party.Governor Jay Nixon (D) attempted to calm things down by essentially ordering the County police and the Ferguson police to stand down and putting the highway patrol in charge of security, with Capt. Ronald Johnson, a black man who lives in the neighborhood in command. He also called for a midnight to 5 AM curfew.

The reaction to the curfew was, essentially, this:

Captain Johnson, who made a point of mingling with the crowd and dissing the local cops has apparently changed his tune, calling the police response “proper” and saying he was “disappointed” in the actions of the 'demonstrators'.

As always with these things, it's always the people with a stake in the community - a job, a business, a home - who do the least rioting and who suffer them most:

Natasha Cornell, 42, who lives two blocks from the scene, said she is furious.

“Half of these protestors are not even from this area,” she said. “We don’t have too many stores to go to anymore because they burned it all up. My 20-year-old son ran all the way home from work. He was terrified. It’s not a race issue at this point, people just want to vent and loot.”

Exactly.

Two things I wan to mention in passing. A lot of people on the Left of the spectrum, especially certain black commentators have mentioned a lot about the 'militarization of the police' and how awful it is. Not one of them have dared to mention that it was President Obama that was responsible for this. It was President Obama who called for a 'domestic security force., just as well trained, just as well funded, just well armed as our military. Remember that?

And it is the Obama Administration that has sold these local police departments military gear, MRAPs and combat arms by the boatload, as well as establishing SWAT combat teams for over 70 federal agencies. This is what the people on the Left who are squawking about 'militarized police' voted for twice. It's too much to expect I know, but it would be nice if they admitted what a horrific mistake they made.

The second thing is President Obama and the Justice Department's involvement from day one. The president has weighed in several times on this, saying what a tragedy Michael Brown's death was, the Justice Department started out by monitoring the investigation by local and state law enforcement and are now conducting their own investigation, trolling for a civil rights violation. Attorney General Holder has even asked for the feds to conduct their own independent autopsy, the third one.

Now, just the day before Michael Brown was killed, Rabbi Yosef Raksin(HY"D) of Crown Heights was murdered Shabbat morning (13th of Av) on his way to the Beis Menachem Chabad Shul of North Miami Beach for services. This was in an area that has had Jewish synagogues and property vandalized in a racist manner, the description from witnesses identified the killers as two black males, and Rabbi Raksin was dressed in a manner that obviously identified him as a Jew. Yet the local authorities are refusing to call this a hate crime, even though the Rabbi was obviously targeted because he was a Jew.

The president has not deemed this worthy of comment, let alone our attorney general and the media has not mentioned it at all.

I wonder...would this change if Jews began rioting, burning and looting, and if loud mouth agitators like Al Sharpton were leading Jews in chants of 'no justice,no peace'? Would Rabbi Raksin's murder become newsworthy?

Or is race a factor? It seems like it, when a white police officer being accused with very little evidence of murdering a black man on the one hand merits presidential comment, federal attention,FBI investigation and massive media coverage while a murdered Jew apparently killed by two black males is simply no big deal.

Welcome to the new America. It seems that while there's lip service being paid to all animals being supposedly equal, some animals are obviously more equal than others.

Group Who Raised Funds To Buy George Zimmerman A Gun Hit With Massive DNS Attack

The Buckeye Firearms Association was an Ohio group raised funds to buy George Zimmerman a gun to protect himself with after Eric Holder and the Department of Justice placed a hold on Zimmerman receiving his gun back, which had been held as evidence during the trial.

Since Zimmerman, his attorneys and his family have been subject to numerous death threats and his personal information including his home address was broadcast 'accidentally' by CNN, denying him the protection of a firearm essentially turned him into a sitting duck.

Yesterday, the Buckeye Firearms Association's website was hit with a massive denial of service (DNS) attack that took out took out both Buckeye Firearms Association and Buckeye Firearms Foundation’s websites:

“Our IT guy says it’s a ‘denial of service’ or DoS attack. This is not the ordinary ‘hack’ attack that we’ve experienced many times in the past,” Rieck said. ”A DoS attack involves using significant resources to bombard a server to temporarily or permanently disrupt service.”

According to Rieck, the damage was so extensive, it cut off cell phone service and shut down the company hosting the association’s website.

“Our email communication services also went down. Leaders are located all over the state of Ohio, so we’ve had to set up a temporary alternate email list to stay in touch as we work through this issue,” Rieck said. “This attack was so overwhelming, it took down the entire company that hosts our website. Thousands of IP addresses have been caught up in the digital bloodshed. Shortly after all the company servers went down, their power went down. And our IT guy says his cell phone service vanished.”

In a Facebook post, the association also said the attack shut down power in the building.

A Denial of Service attack is usually an artificial call for content resulting in an overwhelming amount of server requests. It is designed to disable the targeted servers or cripple the servers so that content is delivered so slowly it makes the website unusable.

An attack that massive that could take down internet, power, AND cell service at the same time is is far beyond the resources of a hacker, because these are 3 separate networks.

A year ago, I would have said that anyone saying this was venturing into tin foil hat country, but after the IRS scandal, the NSA scandal and the AP scandal, I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out that this was done by the Obama Administration to send a message. I wouldn't be surprised top see more of this happening.

Zimmerman, by the way has already received a check from the association to buy a new firearm.

The Great Divider

President Obama had a few things to say last Friday about the Zimmerman trial, about Trayvon Martin, and of course about race.

It amazes me that the full import of his remarks will pass unnoticed by the legacy press and indeed by most of America. Because what the president had to say was nothing less than astounding coming from a sitting presodent of the United States.

It's necessary to translate his remarks. As the president said, context is important.

President Obama started out after the pro forma remarks by upping the ante. Now, it's not just that if he had a son he would have looked like Trayvon, but that 35 years ago he was Trayvon:

But I did want to just talk a little bit about context and how people have responded to it and how people are feeling. You know, when Trayvon Martin was first shot, I said that this could have been my son. Another way of saying that is Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago. And when you think about why, in the African- American community at least, there’s a lot of pain around what happened here, I think it’s important to recognize that the African- American community is looking at this issue through a set of experiences and a history that -- that doesn’t go away.

The president said this while violent protests that amounted to riots were going on in many locales and random whites were being assaulted by blacks using 'justice for Trayvon' as their excuse.

This is quite similar to the logic terrorism groupies try to foist on the unwary to justify terrorist activities; 'well you know I certainly don't condone violence but you have to understand their rage.' Needless to say, that never works the other way around when objects of terrorism like the Israelis defend themselves. Any response is deemed 'disproportionate'. And make no mistake. President Obama's excusing the Trayvon riots on the basis of experiences and history is yet another important message, given that all important context. When he says "this experience and history doesn't go away" he is not only justifying that violence but letting America know that no matter what, our country is guilty and no matter how much money or good will we expend, it will never be enough. It will never end.

Which means of course that according to President Obama, blacks of necessity have to nourish grievance for eternity and are not responsible for their own actions, no matter what.

That was President Obama's central message. As I pointed out earlier, President Obama's entire stance on this is political in nature . Trayvon Martin was a  useful  smokescreen to divert attention from his own failures, the scandals permeating his administration and a tool  to get black voters to the polls in record numbers in 2014 to support his agenda. It's worth remembering that it was Obama's Department of Justice that actually played a significant part in orchestrating, funding and organizing the violent protests that made the Trayvon Martin shooting a national issue. Because there's money and power to be had by nourishing that black sense of grievance.

Roll that over in your mind a moment. Here we have a president whose Department of Justice deliberately assisted in fanning the flames that turned an obscure local incident into a national racial firestorm led, coordinated  and abetted by President Obama's intimate associate Al Sharpton. We havethe president's own willingness  to exacerbate things  further by making a national statement inserting himself  into the matter and by.putting political pressure on local authorities to prosecute someone who had already been cleared of any wrongdoing after a through investigation by police with a case so shoddily put together that the special prosecutor had to bypass the grand jury mechanism standard in such cases to even have George Zimmerman charged and brought to trial.

Yes, President Obama's quite right that the sense of racial grievance doesn't go away. Especially when you deliberately pour gasoline on it .

The president's attempt to embellish this message by whining about the indignities he supposedly suffered as a young black male..being watched when he went shopping in a store, walking across the street and hearing door locks on cars click, having women in an elevator clutch their purses tighter..' was even more ridiculous coming from someone who has lived a life of privilege and ease his entire life and has known nothing but the best America has to offer.

Here's Barack Hussein Obama, 35 years ago, in the inner city halls of Punahou Prep School in Hawaii.

Yes, this picture of the racist hell the president endured 35 years ago while going to the ultra elite Punahou Prep School in Hawaii tells it all, doesn't it?

I suppose Jesse Jackson was racist too when he said "There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery. Then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved." Talk about profiling!

African Americans are 12.5% of the U.S. population but are overwhelmingly represented when it comes to to perpetrating crimes, and the first people that will admit it are blacks themselves who comprise the majority of victims. Blacks commit almost half of the homicides, and according to the 2010 census comprise 40.2 percent of all prison inmates. According to the FBI's own statistics, blacks are 39% more likely to commit interracial crime than to be victims of it.Yet even with those numbers,  this president and his Department of Justice have never once seen fit to intervene or publicly insert themselves in any matter where a white person was the victim. In fact, if we believe J. Christian Adams who used to work there, this is a deliberate policy, especially in the DOJ's civil rights division.

While President Obama briefly acknowledged the dysfunction in much of black American culture, that was, of course, someone else's fault. He blamed the violence that occurs in poor black neighborhoods around the country on 'a very violent past in this country' and the poverty and social disorder on 'a very difficult history'.

This is merely a sophisticated version of the nonsense peddled by race pimps like the president's pal Al Sharpton, shaking down the rubes for another donation.

I'm tired of hearing it, frankly

Lots of people have come to America from many different backgrounds and races, in many cases not by choice but because it was one of the few place that would let them in or that they could scrape up the funds to get to. The Irish, the Italians, the Poles, the Jews, the Armenians, the Chinese, the Japanese, the Cubans, the Vietnamese, blacks from the Caribbean and many others all came here in impoverished circumstances. Many of them arrived with literally nothing, did not speak English and faced severe prejudice from the Americans already established here. Some of them had faced horrors in their home countries that make the black experience in America look tame by comparison.

Yet they persevered and prospered. They worked at whatever menial jobs were available, educated themselves and their children, and sometimes they managed to scrimp and save a little and risked their scanty capital on small businesses where they often worked long hours just to survive and prosper. They acknowledged the bigotry they were confronted with but they largely ignored it - because this was America, where they could see with their own eyes that with hard work and a little luck anything was possible, if not for themselves, then for their children. If they were barred from the elite schools, employment in certain fields and from other institutions by bigotry and quotas, they found another way. They refused to embrace the politics of grievance, because they instinctively realized innately how degrading it was to the freedom they came to America to find and to their own human dignity, even if they might not have phrased it quite that way themselves.

They 're living proof that anyone who lets racism or anti-semitism or bigotry keep him or her from achieving to the limits of their ability is a moral coward looking for an alibi. This is as true as it ever was, it has no color line and in spite of President Obama's best efforts to spin this basic truth, people of all races and backgrounds still prove it every day.

You know what the real tragedy is? As America's first black president Barack Obama was in a unique position to build bridges and heal much of what remained of America's racial divide. He enjoyed popularity and trust from both whites and blacks, and had actually led the American people to believe that we were on the way to realizing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's dream of judging people by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin. Had he made that his criteria, had he kept the promise he made in 2008 to be the president of all the people, things would be very different now.

Instead, he cynically chose to widen those divides and nourish the industry of grievance for his own political purposes. He chose to become the Great Divider. And that will ultimately be his legacy, and ultimately his shame. No justice, no peace indeed.

Evil Racist White Hispanic Rescues Family From Overturned Truck

Yes, that would be George Zimmerman, who emerged from hiding to rescue a family trapped in an overturned truck:

George Zimmerman, who has been in hiding since he was acquitted of murder in the death of Trayvon Martin, emerged to help rescue someone who was trapped in an overturned truck, police said today.

Sanford Police Department Capt. Jim McAuliffe told ABC News that Zimmerman "pulled an individual from a truck that had rolled over" at the intersection of a Florida highway last week.

The crash occurred at the intersection of I-4 and route 417, police said. The crash site is less than a mile from where he shot Martin.

It's the first known sighting of Zimmerman since he left the courtroom following his acquittal last week on murder charges for the death of Martin. Zimmerman, 29, shot and killed Martin, 17, in Sanford, Fla., on Feb. 26, 2012. The jury determined that Zimmerman shot Martin in self-defense.

The Seminole County Sheriff's Office said that there were four occupants inside -- two parents and two children.

The responding deputy, Jim McAuliffe said that when he arrived, two men -- one of whom was Zimmerman -- had already gotten the family out of the overturned vehicle.

“George Zimmerman pulled me out,” firefighters were told by the unidentified driver, according to McAuliffe.

This took a lot more courage on Zimmerman's part than it appears. Thanks to CNN, every hater seeking 'justice for Trayvon' has all his personal data including his social and his home address. Death threats against Zimmerman, his wife, his parents and his attorneys  have been numerous, his parents are still not able to return to their home and Zimmerman himself has been wearing a bullet-proof vest according to his lawyer. It would not have been out of the realm of possibility that members of the Zimmerman lynch mob were staking the house out just waiting for a chance to get a shot at him. He could just as easily have phoned it in for someone else to handle.

Instead, he saw someone in trouble and decided to help anyway.

DOJ Refuses To Allow Return Of Zimmerman's Gun-Seizing All Trial Evidence

Attorney General Eric Holder told NAACP convention-goers that the DOJ still has an open civil rights investigation in Zimmerman, despite his acquittal in Florida

Yesterday, Attorney General Eric Holder signaled to the NAACP when speaking at their convention that he and the Department of Justice were seeking to file civil rights charges against George Zimmerman, in spite of his acquittal. Holder let his audience know that that the Justice Department investigation they opened around the same time the White House helped organize and finance the protests that led to Zimmerman's indictment is still open.

'I am concerned about this case,' Holder told the crowd, 'and as we confirmed last spring, the Justice Department has an open investigation into it.'

'While that inquiry is ongoing, I can promise that the Department of Justice will consider all available information before determining what action to take.'

Today, the action started.

Under Florida Law, George Zimmerman is entitled to have all property of his that was held as evidence during his trial returned to him...including his gun.

The Department of Justice has instructed the Sanford police department to hold all evidence from the trial prior to it being sent to the Department of Justice for examination. That includes George Zimmerman's gun.

Remember that Zimmerman is the recipient of numerous death threats, and unable to afford private security. It's now open season on him.

This is an obvious sign that Zimmerman will be prosecuted by the Department of Justice for violating Trayvon Martin's civil rights.

The fact that months of FBI investigation turned up no sign of racist behavior by George Zimmerman and the fact that his claim of self defense was validated by a jury means nothing.

As I explained to you before, this is all about race as politics and politics as race. Zimmerman will be prosecuted at the taxpayer's expense regardless of the merits of the case Holder and the DOJ can put together. He's officially an Enemy of The People.

There have been a number of allegations that the Department of Justice, especially the Civil Rights division is permeated with racism. I'll let you do your own research on that, but ask yourself this question - have you ever seen them intervene once or prosecute anyone when the victim was white?

Trayvon Riots Hit Hollywood

Random groups of 'protesters' hit Hollywood last night, engaging in what the L.A. Weekly characterized as 'a rampage' of thefts and assaults:

On the fourth night of protests over the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin murder case bands of teenagers descended on Hollywood Boulevard, grabbed items from stores, snatched iPhones from tourists and even punched victims, according to police and witnesses.

It wasn't clear if the packs of young people 20-or-more strong were related to the kind of Trayvon-related unrest that hit the Crenshaw District Monday night, but at least one shopkeeper believed it was:

"I think this was related to the George Zimmerman thing," he said.

That son of a store owner, who, like other witnesses we talked to, did not want to be identified for of retribution, said a group of of more than 30 came to the front of his t-shirt shop and grabbed all the merchandise they could get their hands on and ran off to hit other nearby shops.

Four mannequins were toppled at the shop and postcards were also taken, the son said.

When he gave chase and tried to grab some shirts back from a teenager, he was pummeled by that suspect, he said. "I tried to defend myself," he shrugged.

The young people focused their actions around Hollywood Boulevard and Cherokee Avenue and moved east from there, according to police and witnesses.

"They seemed organized," the shopkeeper said.

A personal note - I spoke to at least two people who were there who told me that the flash mobs used the phrase 'justice for Trayvon' a number of times, and the chant 'no justice no peace' at least once, near Hollywood and Cahuenga.

According to the L.A. Times, The LAPD told The Times it appears the youths were betting on the increased police presence in Crenshaw to leave Hollywood vulnerable. Some in the group said they wanted to “riot” in Hollywood.

These might not have been what the media dubs as serious 'protesters' but like a lot of others out on the streets, they were certainly down for the agenda.

Trayvon Riots - Grandmother Attacked Trying to Get Her Sick Grandchild To The Hospital

protester grandma

Yes..um...'justice'.

Via Click2Houston:

Hundreds of people marched in protest to the George Zimmerman verdict on Monday.

“No justice, no peace,” they yelled as they walked from the Byrd Funeral Home in the 2500 block of Wheeler to the Southmore Street overpass bridge near Highway 288.

Just after 7p.m. Monday, the demonstrators spilled out onto the road and blocked traffic for about 15 minutes.

“I looked up and I see all the protesters, they’re everywhere,” said Georgia, who asked that her last name not be used. “So, we got into the traffic and they’re stopping us and not letting us go.”

Georgia was on her way to Texas Children’s Hospital in the Medical Center because her 7-year-old granddaughter was having an allergic reaction to some medication.

Georgia’s daughter was driving and tried to go around the demonstrators by driving on the grassy shoulder.

“One of them was hitting the windshield and I was just screaming, ‘We’ve got to get to the hospital,’ and they were screaming and chanting,” she said. “All I could think of was, I got to get my granddaughter to the hospital.”

“My mom rolled down the window,” said Georgia’s daughter. “She said, ‘We’re trying to get my granddaughter to the hospital,’ and a guy just started hitting her.”

Race As Politics And Politics As Race - The Slave Mentality Revisited

 http://www.politifake.org/image/political/small/1108/obama-lincoln-comparison-obama-lincoln-slavery-politics-1313363899.jpg

In the aftermath of the Zimmerman trial, amid all the posturing, there's something that's being studiously ignored...why it happened in the first place. Oh, not the incident itself, but the ginned up outrage, the trial by media even to the point of falsifying images and recordings of 911 calls, and the political posturings that went all the way up to that White House and the Oval Office.

Take all that away and the Trayvon Martin case is just another unfortunate urban altercation. Hispanics have shot blacks before, and black have killed Hispanics. So why did this become a cause célèbre and attract such attention?

The answer's pretty simple if you think about it. The Trayvon Martin shooting became notorious because it was deliberately designed to, and if it hadn't occurred, something else would have had to be invented.

If we look at the 2012 election, several things become apparent. It was a low turnout election with blacks voting in record numbers for Democrats and President Obama and whites sitting things out in equally record numbers. The Obama campaign, especially when talking to blacks heavily defined the election in racial terms. Voter fraud was fairly widespread in some areas - there were urban precincts in Philadelphia, Ohio and elsewhere with turnouts in excess of 100% without a single vote for Mitt Romney, a statistical impossibility.

A brief look at a map of that election shows that aside from a few upscale enclaves in places like the San Francisco Bay area or Manhattan, a lot of Democrat strength is concentrated in small, densely populated urban pockets that are vital to them winning elections. To put it in a simpler way, in order to carry Pennsylvania, the Democrats need to get a high enough turnout in the urban wards of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to offset the votes in the rest of the state. An important key to that margin is a near monolithic black vote.

And a key to getting out that monolithic black vote in high enough numbers is periodic episodes that can be exploited - like the Trayvon Martin shooting.

Barack Obama, of course, is by far not the only Democrat politico that realizes this and is willing to use it.

But he's unique in not only being willing to use it but being willing to create and then exacerbate it.

We now know that it was Obama's Department of Justice that actually played a significant part in orchestrating, funding and organizing the violent protests that led to Zimmerman being charged in the first place, as well as pressuring the State of Florida to name a special prosecutor, which they eventually did, who then bypassed the usual grand jury process to come up with murder two charges on her own.

President Obama's remarks inserting himself into a pending legal matter were just the icing on the cake.

. In fact, as I revealed over a year ago, the DOJ started working feverishly to put together  a civil rights case against George Zimmerman the minute the protests started  as a backup in case the state of Florida refused to comply with the pressure to come up with an indictment and an arrest..

That  DOJ case is almost certainly ready to go now, and regardless of its merits I wouldn't be at all surprised to see AG Eric Holder  use taxpayer dollars to bring it to court. It's not justice of course, but  politics.

We have something unique in our history to contend with here, something very different.  President Obama is  is not just making use of such useful crises when then come up but actually taking an active hand in creating them and then making them worse, for his own political purposes.

One you realize that, a lot of other things fall into place...George Zimmerman's trial by media, especially on Obama's pet network of MSNBC,  the use of White House intimate Al Sharpton to gin things up (and remember, the odious Rev Al doesn't attend these things for free), and incendiary columns and broadcasts by a lot of the usual suspects, all invoked to make George Zimmerman the focus of the Two Minute Hate.

Not only does it harness the power of government to the old race pimp's trick of creating  monsters to scare credulous marks into donating and preserving the luxurious  lifestyle of people like Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the NAACP's Benjamin Jealous, it serves another useful purpose as well..it distracts people, it sucks all the oxygen out of the room.

Seen  much in the news lately about Fast and Furious?  The IRS Scandal? Benghazi? The NSA spying scandal? ObamaCare falling apart? The AP scandal? Of course you haven't. And that's exactly what was intended.

And it will continue to be milked as long as possible. Aside from the usual ObamaMedia and White House friendly reporters and columnists, you'll see a lot of action among Democrat politician and 'activists'. Al Sharpton, among others is planning a 100 city tour. I'm sure the NAACP's Benjamin Jealous already has his fundraiser in the mail,in people's inboxes and via robocalls. it would not surprise me if the White House was actually funding and helping to organize some of this effort.

A number of black supporters of this president in particular are being played for fools. Instead of focusing on how black unemployment is going to be severely worsened by the amnesty President Obama wants to shove through or what it's going to do to the price of housing, they're angsting on ridiculous topics about it being  legal now to kill black children in America.

Instead of thinking clearly about how ObamaCare is going to destroy their healthcare plans and turn full time workers in part time ones, or thinking too much  about how President Obama's energy plans are increasing the price of gas, food, goods and energy for working families, they're howling about  the 'white Hispanic'...
whose being victimized by the same Ruling class who are cynically victimizing them, if they just threw off the race based blinders long enough  to see things as they truly are.

Instead of looking honestly at the dysfunctional parts of black American culture  that produces functional illiterates like Rachel Jeantel and  49% of American homicides out of only 12.5% of America's population with over 9,000 black Americans murdered annually and 93% of those murders attributed to  black on black crime, they're content to be lured like lemmings going over a cliff screaming 'ra-aa-aacism' while continuing to insist that Massa Obama has their back and cares about them, as opposed to just wanting to use them for his own purposes. This is the slave mentality brought into the 21st century.

Another Trayvon Riot In Process In Downtown Los Angeles

According to my sources, there are a number of what the City of Los Angeles genteelly refers to as 'non-permitted demonstrations now going on in the midst of the city downtown over the Zimmerman verdict, and city employees and other government workers have been warned about heavy police deployment, violence and traffic blockages in an e-mailed Level 1 alert.

The demonstrations have been timed for the rush hour commute and one of the major players is the communist/anarchist group ANSWER who are acting out right now in front of City Hall at the corner of Spring and First street. As you know, they're not exactly know known as peaceful players.

BREAKING: Trayvon Riots Hit Los Angeles

According to the Twitter feed from the local 911 operator:

These areas are all in south Los Angeles. There has been little or no coverage except to report that certain areas of the freeways are closed down 'due to police activity'.

This is surprising..Los Angeles is governed by a very left wing mayor and city council  whom are instinctively not fans of  aggressive law enforcement. The LAPD is notoriously coy when it comes to taking these kinds of measures to curb civil unrest, so it must have really been getting out of hand.

It will be interesting to see whether this continues into Monday morning. On the plus side, at least the local media aren't stoking the fires by baying about how this 'a party' and 'the police are not in evidence' as they did during the last riot.

More as it comes in.(h/t Weaselzippers)

UPDATE
: Apparently the usual suspects are also rioting in New York, Oakland and Chicago.

Racism? A Flashback In The Trayvon Case No One Mentions

With all the talk about the so-called 'racism' in the Zimmerman verdict, it's worth revisiting a flashback from the days when the unrest ginned up by the Department of Justice and Al Sharpton was at its height, when the State of Florida had caved to political pressure and had appointed Angela Corey as a special prosecutor and bypassed the normal grand jury mechanism used in these kinds of cases.

It's a video of President Obama's faves the New Black Panther Party, calling George Zimmerman a 'no good Jew' and offering a $10,000 bounty for his death.

That, by the way, is known as an incitement to murder for hire and is a felony. None of these people were even arrested, let alone charged. And the media? Forget about it.

Orwell said it best - all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.

Robert Zimmerman Absolutely Destroys Piers Morgan In Interview

Robert Zimmerman, George Zimmerman's very articulate brother takes on the odious Piers Morgan on CNN and makes him look like the idiot he is....well worth watching.

Celebrity Tweets On The Zimmerman Verdict - Unbelievable

The New York Post has a collection of celebrity tweets on the Zimmerman verdict that have to be seen to be believed. Here's a sample:

Had a gun-toting Trayvon Martin stalked an unarmed George Zimmerman, and then shot him to death... DO I EVEN NEED TO COMPLETE THIS SENTENCE?

The Trayvon Martin verdict doesn't surprise me. Stanford, FL never wanted Zimmerman arrested. Now he's free to kill another child.
I give Zimmerman a week

It could have been me. It could have been my son. We've got to protect them from the #Zimmermans of the world and their helpers.#Trayvon

Zimmerman: Not Guilty!!

The George Zimmerman Trial was nothing less than a lynching, where the power of the state was co-opted by a president. the Department of Justice and an openly biased media to subvert justice on the basis of race.

Ultimately, justice triumphed, at least for now.

Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges by the six member jury, or as the AP hastened to tell us, "an all white jury except for one person."

Even a last minute ruling by Judge Nelson made after the defense rested to allow the jury to convict Zimmerman of manslaughter instead of second degree murder failed. And in that, Judge Davis is fortunate because of any number of examples of bias and reversible errors on her part that would have surfaced in an appeal.

To convict Zimmerman of manslaughter, the jurors would have had to believe that he "intentionally committed an act or acts that caused the death of Trayvon Martin."

For second-degree murder, the jurors would have had to believe that Martin's killing was "done from ill will, hatred, spite or an evil intent" and would be "of such a nature that the act itself indicates an indifference to human life."

Ultimately, they believed neither, because the prosecution had no case and was reduced in final arguments to cynically playing the race card. And the jury ruled according to the evidence, that clearly indicated that Zimmerman was acting in self defense and in fear of his life. So they acquitted him, in spite of what must have been enormous pressure.

As you can imagine, the usual suspects weighed in.

I still can't help chuckling, just a little bit, when I hear a creature like Rev Al referring to anyone else as a racist and a liar.

The aptly monikered Benjamin Jealous of the NAACP hit a lot of the same notes, urging Eric Holder and the Department of Justice to charge Zimmerman with violated Trayvon Martin's civil rights. In fact, as I revealed over a year ago, the DOJ started working diligently to put together such a case. These efforts were pursued as a backup probably from the moment the DOJ began orchestrating the 'justice for Trayvon' protests and pressuring the State of Florida to name a special prosecutor. That case is almost certainly ready to go now, and regardless of its merits I'm sure AG Eric Holder will use taxpayer dollars to bring it to court.

There's been some noise about a civil trial, but Zimmerman lacks the assets that would make it worthwhile for legal pirañas like Benjamin Crump.

Death threats were alive and well on Twitter, even, apparently, from an NFL player.

The 'kill George Zimmerman' movement is pretty out in the open, and it has been since his mother, who kicked him out of her house two weeks before the shooting trademarked his name and started marketing tee shirts, hoodies and other accessories.

A demonstrator wears a shirt with a picture of George Zimmerman as a target during a protest in front of the Seminole County Criminal Justice Center where a jury is deliberating in Zimmerman's trial on July 13 in Sanford, Florida.

Does anyone still doubt this was an attempted lynching?

This was and continues to be an attempt to pervert justice on racial grounds using the full power of government. If George Zimmerman was black and Trayvon Martin was Hispanic or white and every other detail was exactly the same, this case would never have even come to trial, let alone received the biased media attention it did.

And it isn't over yet.

George Zimmerman may have avoided a murder conviction, but in the famous words of Barney Greenspan to Lieutenant Maryk in Herman Wouk's The Caine Mutiny , Zimmerman is only half acquitted.

He walks out of the courtroom bankrupt, jobless and with all of his personal details, even his home address and Social Security number leaked to the world on live TV thanks to CNN.

Filmmaker Spike Lee attempted to tweet Zimmerman's home address during the DOJ assisted protests before Zimmerman was indicted in an attempt to facilitate some 'street justice', but got the wrong address and ended up having to pay some money to the terrified retired couple who were menaced by a number of thugs as a consequence. Thanks to CNN, Zimmerman and his wife are essentially homeless now. And vulnerable, since he lacks the funds to pay for private security.

Where he's going to get money to defend himself against the civil rights case that will almost certainly be announced shortly by the Obama Department of Justice is an open question. Needless to say, no one at the Department of Justice is concerned one iota over the serial violations of George Zimmerman's civil rights.

One person suggested to me after his acquittal was announced that Zimmerman's best bet would be for he and his wife to leave the country immediately. The only problem there is that he'd have to find one that lacks an extradition treaty with America, and few of those countries if any are willing to accept a penniless refugee.

Yes, we're seriously discussing someone having to flee the U.S. after being acquitted of any wrongdoing.

That's how it gets when you take a turn in the media spotlight as the Enemy Of The People. Your life and your dreams end up being destroyed, unless you're very lucky or crafty and savvy enough to figure out how to fight back effectively.

Ann Coulter On The Zimmerman Trial:'This Year's Duke Lacrosse Case'

A real gem from La Coulter...here's a slice:

This week, instead of attacking a Hispanic senator, Marco Rubio, I will defend a Hispanic citizen, George Zimmerman, on trial for the murder of Trayvon Martin. (Zimmerman would make a better senator.)

It's becoming painfully obvious why no charges were brought against Zimmerman in this case -- until Al Sharpton got involved. All the eyewitness accounts, testimony, ballistics and forensics keep backing up Zimmerman. We should send a big, fat bill for the whole thing to Sharpton, courtesy of MSNBC.

With the prosecution's witnesses making the defense's case, the inquisitors' last stand is to claim that, if the races were reversed, the black guy would have been instantly charged with murder. As explained in The New York Times:

"Had Mr. Martin shot and killed Mr. Zimmerman under similar circumstances, black leaders say, the case would have barreled down a different path: Mr. Martin would have been quickly arrested by the Sanford Police Department and charged in the killing, without the benefit of the doubt." (Also, CNN could have dropped the "white" and referred to Zimmerman exclusively as "Hispanic.")

The people who say this are counting on the rest of us being too polite to mention that it is nearly impossible to imagine such a case in a world where half of all murders and a majority of robberies are committed by blacks. To reverse the races with the same set of facts, first, we're going to need a gated, mixed-race community, similar to the Retreat at Twin Lakes, that has recently experienced a rash of robberies by white guys. The only way to do that is to enter "The Twilight Zone."

There were at least eight burglaries in the 14 months before Zimmerman's encounter with Martin. Numerous media accounts admit that "most" of these were committed by black males. I'm waiting to hear about a single crime at Twin Lakes that was not committed by a black male.

Just six months before Zimmerman's encounter with Martin, two men had broken into the home of a neighbor, Olivia Bertalan, while she was alone with her infant son. She had just enough time to call 911 before running upstairs and locking herself in a room. The burglars knew she was home, but proceeded to rob the place anyway, even trying to enter the locked room where she held her crying child.

Bertalan had seen the burglars just before they broke into her house -- one at the front door and one at the back. They were young black males. They lived in the Retreat by Twin Lakes.

In another case, a black teenager strode up to Zimmerman's house and, in broad daylight, stole a bicycle off the front porch. The bike was never recovered.

Weeks before Zimmerman saw Martin, he witnessed another young black male peering into the window of a neighbor's house. He called the cops, but by the time they arrived, the suspect was gone.

A few days later, another house was burglarized. The thieves made off with jewelry and a new laptop. Roofers working across the street had seen two black teenagers near the house at the time of the robbery. When they spotted one of the teens the next day, they called the police.

This time, the roofers followed the suspect so he wouldn't get away. The cops arrived and found the stolen laptop in his backpack. This was the same black teenager Zimmerman had seen looking in a neighbor's window.

The only reason it's hard to imagine the Zimmerman case with the races reversed is that it's hard to imagine a white teenager living in a mixed-race, middle-class community, mugging a black homeowner. This is not a problem of society's reactions, but of the facts.

There is, however, at least one case of a black homeowner fatally shooting a white troublemaker. He was not charged with murder.

Zimmerman Lynch - Judge Gives Jury Option To Convict On Different Charge- After Defense Rests!

George Zimmerman with Don West stating no more witnesses

Both the prosecution and the defense in the trial of George Zimmerman for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin have rested. The Defense's closing arguments stressed the obvious - that the prosecution has provided no evidence whatsoever to prove the second degree murder Zimmerman was charged with, that the evidence points to Trayvon being the aggressor, that the injuries Zimmerman suffered and the forensic evidence all backs up Zimmerman's story.

The prosecution's argument was very different. They apparently took the advice of the lunatics on MSNBC and played the race card for all it was worth.

When it came to perjured witness Rachel Jeantel, prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda lectured the jury that if they didn't believe every word she said, they were, you know, racists:

“I had a dream that today a witness would be judged not on the color of her personality but the content of her testimony,” de la Rionda said.

On the other hand, according to the prosecution, George Zimmerman is a liar and a racist and nothing he said should be believed.

At least the prosecution has finally acknowledged what this case was about from day one - not the evidence, not justice but race, pure and simple.

Nor is that all. The prosecution also petitioned Judge Nelson to allow the jury to consider a charge of third degree murder on the grounds that Zimmerman's shooting of Martin constituted - wait for it- child abuse.

Yes, even though Martin was straddling George Zimmerman and pounding his head into the pavement, the prosecution would have it that it was Zimmerman who was abusing Trayvon Martin.

While the judge wouldn't go quite that far, her instructions to the jury were clearly biased towards the prosecution. In her instructions to the jury she allowed them to consider finding Zimmerman guilty of a lesser charge of manslaughter, in effect doing the prosecution's work for them. This is particularly egregious because the judge ruled in favor of the prosecution after the defense had already rested. They never had a chance to prepare or defend their client against a a charge of manslaughter, which has a much lower standard. In second degree murder, the prosecution would have had to prove Zimmerman showed ill will, hatred or spite and deliberately set out to kill Trayvon Martin. To get a manslaughter conviction, prosecutors only have to show that Zimmerman killed without lawful justification.

Zimmerman's attorney Don West was outraged:

“The state has charged him with second degree murder. They should be required to prove it,” West said. “If they had wanted to charge him with manslaughter … they could do that.”

I can just imagine the backstage conversations on this, with the prosecution talking to the judge, saying "look, we're having problems with murder two, but we can't just let him walk. There'll be riots all over the place! We have to have a chance to get him on something...can you help us out here?"

By the way, Florida law requires mandatory minimum sentences with additional years added on for crimes committed with a firearm. If convicted of second-degree murder, Zimmerman would be sentenced to at least 25 years in prison. With a manslaughter conviction, he would face up to 30 years.

Actually, given the way the racial politics of this case have been ginned up, Zimmerman would be lucky to survive any jail time without being murdered.

MSNBC's Advice To Zimmerman Prosecution - 'Play The Race Card' !!

Toure, Lisa Bloom and the usual MSNBC crowd really, really want their lynching, and the evidence be damned. Their advice to the prosecution? Play the raced card - hard.

They all but accuse that mean ol' racist George Zimmerman of deliberately profiling Trayvon Martin and going out to shoot him a black man, just for kicks. It's as if NBC shamefacedly admitting they deliberately edited the tape of Zimmerman's 911 call to make him look like a racist never happened

Lisa Bloom obviously is looking to earn that MSNBC paycheck:

“You know, this case, from the beginning, got a groundswell of public support because of the racial angle, and yet we have heard relatively little about it in the courtroom,” she observed. “What we have heard is that — 100 percent of the time — that George Zimmerman called police about a suspicious person in the neighborhood, it was because of an African-American male.”

She added that one defense witness testified that there had been one burglary in Zimmerman’s neighborhood and the perpetrator was a black male.

“Does that give George Zimmerman the right to call the police anytime someone’s walking while black in the neighborhood?” Bloom asked. “I don’t think so.”

So now it's down to 'walking while black'? Some people simply have no shame.

That said, I wouldn't be at all surprised if the prosecution behaved exactly as she suggests. They real haven't anything else.

If Zimmerman is acquitted, look for the racists at MSNBC to be cheer leading for riots.Because, of course, 'you have to understand their rage.'

Breaking: Dept Of Justice Helped Organize 'Justice For Trayvon' Protests

The Daily Caller has discovered documents that reveal that the Obama Department of Justice helped organize, pay for, provide security and facilitate the 'Justice for Trayvon' protests in Florida that led to the farcical Zimmerman trial:

The Community Relations Service (CRS), a unit of DOJ, reported expenses related to its deployment in Sanford to help manage protests between March and April 2012, according to documents obtained by the watchdog group Judicial Watch.

CRS spent $674.14 between March 25-27 related to having been “deployed to Sanford, FL, to work marches, demonstrations, and rallies related to the shooting and death of an African-American teen by a neighborhood watch captain.” CRS spent another $1,142.84 for the same purpose between March 25-28.

CRS spent $892.55 “to provide support for protest deployment in Florida” between March 30-April 1, and $751.60 “to provide technical assistance to the City of Sanford, event organizers, and law enforcement agencies for the march and rally on March 31.” {...}

CRS expenditures related to the anti-Zimmerman protests continued through mid-April. Between April 11 and April 12, CRS spent $552.35 “to provide technical assistance for the preparation of possible marches and rallies related to the fatal shooting of a 17 year old African American male.”

Local government officials noticed the Department of Justice’s efforts in building “bridges of understanding” in Sanford.

“Congratulations to our partners, Thomas Battles, Regional Director, and Mildred De Robles, Miami-Dade Coordinator and their co-workers at the U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service for their outstanding and ongoing efforts to reduce tensions and build bridges of understanding and respect in Sanford, Florida,” wrote Amy Carswell, Miami-Dade County Community Relations Board Program Officer, in an April 16 email.

“Thank you Partner. You did lots of stuff behind the scene to make Miami a success. We will continue to work together,” DOJ official Thomas Battles wrote in reply to Carswell.

If the DOJ was willing to do this much, what else did they do we don't know about yet? And what kind of pressure was put on Broward County to prosecute Zimmerman? And did the protesters get any of that 'Obama money' to scream, yell, carry signs and act out?

Obama intimate, Racist and anti-semite Al Sharpton played a prominent role in ginning up the protests. Rev Al doesn't do these things for free. Where did the money to attract him, pay him to speak and put him up in the kind of five star hotels he favors come from, and how much was it?

What we have here is gross White House interference at the taxpayer's expense in local legal matters, based strictly on race. Like the president's remarks on the matter, it is unethical and unjust at its very core.

You see, President Obama told yet another whopper when he claimed he was going to be the president of all the people, back when he was inaugurated in 2009.

Expert Witness: Trayvon Was on Top Of Zimmerman

Today the defense called Dr. Vincent Di Maio, a nationally known forensic pathologist. His testimony was, as they say, of interest.

Taking the stand for the defense, Dr. Vincent Di Maio, a forensic pathologist, said that Martin's gunshot wound was consistent with the gun's muzzle being against his clothing, which would have been two to four inches away from his body when he was shot.

"If you lean over someone, you notice the clothing tends to fall away from the chest," Di Maio said. "If instead you're lying on your back and someone shoots you, the clothing is going to be against your chest."

He also testified about George Zimmerman's injuries:

Zimmerman's injuries were consistent with having his head hit against concrete more than once, Di Maio said. The former neighborhood watch captain said the teen smashed his head into a sidewalk several times before he claimed he acted in self-defense.

The testimony was a contrast to another medical examiner, Dr. Valerie Rao, who testified for prosecutors that Zimmerman had "insignificant" injuries that didn't appear to result from multiple impacts against concrete.

Pointing to photos of Zimmerman's injures, Di Maio also said Zimmerman's nose may have been fractured, an injury he said was consistent with being punched in the nose, as Zimmerman said Martin did.

Di Maio also said it's possible to receive trauma without visible wounds. "You can get severe trauma to the head without external injuries, actually," Di Maio said.

So far, it seems we know that Trayvon was on top and had inflicted injuries on Zimmerman consistent with what Zimmerman told police from Day One. We know that the lead detective, who was initially hostile to Zimmerman changed his opinion after he attempted to game Zimmerman by telling him that the whole altercation had been captured on video and Zimmerman responded "Thank G-d".

We know that the screams for help were almost certainly from Zimmerman, because Trayvon Martin would have no reason to be yelling for help since he was on top and and in the process of making Zimmerman's head part of the concrete.

And we also know that Trayvon Martin was in an altered state of mind, having consumed a decent amount of marijuana at the time of the shooting.

Anything's possible, but I can't see how any reasonable jury convicts George Zimmerman with it being thrown out on appeal.

Judge Rules Marijuana In Trayvon's System Inadmissable As Prosecution Rests

Judge Debra Nelson

In yet another example of how the Zimmerman trial has descended into an attempted lynching,Judge Debra Nelson ruled that the testimony of Associate Medical Examiner Shiping Bao that Trayvon Martin had a substantial amount of marijuana in his system could not be introduced in court.

With the jurors out of the courtroom, Bao said he had changed his opinion from last year, admitting under defense questioning that he felt the marijuana could have affected Martin physically or mentally.

Judge Nelson had previously ruled that Martin's prior drug use was inadmissible, and she extended it to his use on the night of the shooting, thereby preventing the jury from including in its deliberations how it just might have affected Trayvon Martin's state of mind!

I have a feeling that Judge Nelson would definitely have wanted the jury to know if it could be proven that George Zimmerman had a beer or two with his dinner before making his neighborhood watch rounds.

The prosecution finally rested its case, after Trayvon Martin's mother (who had booted Martin out of her home only days before he was shot by Zimmerman) and his half brother testified that it was definitely Trayvon Martin screaming for help in the background of that 911 call. Of course, this contradicts what Trayvon's half brother and his father told police at the time when the tapes were played for them, but the prosecution hasn't got much else.

Gladys Zimmerman took a turn on the stand as well, claiming that it was definitely her son screaming for help, something that would seem to be logical given Zimmerman's injuries and the account of the only eyewitness who testified that he saw Martin on top of Zimmerman punching him out and trying make George Zimmerman's head part of the pavement.

But in all honesty, none of it matters. Judge Nelson had already disallowed testimony before the jury on IDing voices on the 911 tapes because the defense effectively provided expert witnesses including a top rated FBI analyst that there was no way even an expert could determine whose voice was yelling for help on the tape. The jury was not allowed to hear any of that testimony, as the matter was dealt with prior to them being seated. It's shocking and disturbing that Judge Davis would allow people with no expertise in voice identification and obvious emotional bias to testify 'identifying' who was screaming for help in front of the jury.

The prosecution has rested his case, and Judge Nelson rejected a defense request to acquit Zimmerman on the second-degree murder charge.

Defense attorney Mark O'Mara argued that the prosecution had failed to prove its case.

He said an "enormous" amount of evidence showed that Zimmerman acted in self-defense, and he argued that Zimmerman had reasonable grounds to believe he was in danger, and acted without the "ill will, hatred and spite" necessary to prove second-degree murder.

Prosecutor Richard Mantei countered: "There are two people involved here. One of them is dead, and one of them is a liar."

Mantei told the judge that Zimmerman had changed his story, that his account of how he shot Martin was "a physical impossibility," and that his wounds were not life threatening.

Judge Nelson refused to throw out the murder charge, saying the prosecution had presented enough evidence for the case to go on.Of course. What that evidence might be was not mentioned.

Judge Nelson has pretty much done what she could to beef up an extraordinarily weak prosecution case. There have already been credible threats of violence and riots if Zimmerman is acquitted, and it's obvious that the county wants Zimmerman found guilty no matter what.

Remember that the defense doesn't have to prove George Zimmerman innocent. It just has to show reasonable doubt...which the ironically, the prosecution witnesses have already done for them.

Not only that, but based on the way this trial was conducted, the defense would have ample grounds to have a guilty verdict tossed out on appeal.

The defense now has the chance to make its case. Stay tuned.
