The Real Story On The 'Palestinian Refugees' - An Interview With Joan Peters

I have a wonderful treat in store for the members of Joshua's Army today...a six part interview with Joan Peters.

One of the very best books ever written about the Arab-Israeli conflict and the Palestinian refugee situation is From Time Immemorial by prize winning author Peters, who made her bones as a reporter going undercover against the Klu Klux Klan . Written in 1984, it came about when Harper's commissioned her to write a book about the plight of the Palestinian refugees. Instead, after doing research which involved going back to the original Ottoman and British sources, she produced a seminal work for understanding the background of the Arab-Israeli conflict and how the 'Palestinians' came to be.

As the book became a bestseller, pro-Arab sources and anti-Israel Leftards like Noam Chomsky and Norman Finklestein mounted a major disinformation campaign to destroy the book and the author's credibility, but have never quite managed to destroy it...because the truth does out, most of the time.

In this interview, she relates how she came to write the book, and gives us perspective on the Arab-Israeli conflict in the twenty five years since it was written...in particular, the propaganda war waged against Israel on America's campuses. Fascinating, even with a less than stellar interviewer who has the saving grace of letting this brave reporter tell her story...a must-see.
