U.S. wire payments to Iran Prove Obama Lied About Money Laundering

US President Barack Obama speaks to the media in Arlington, Virginia, on August 4, 2016. (Mark Wilson/Getty Images/AFP)

It's been proven that the United States made at least two separate payments to the Iranian government via wire transfer within the last 14 months, a Treasury Department spokesman admitted Saturday. So President Barack Obama was not telling the truth when he said that such payments were impossible.

This proves that the president knowingly lied, that the payments in cash were open appeasement to Iran as well as ransom for hostages, and constituted outright felony money laundering.

Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.) discovered the two wire transfer payments during briefings with Obama administration officials.

At an August 4, 2016 press conference about a $400 million payment delivered in cash to the Iranian government that coincided exactly with the release of hostages Iran was holding, Obama said, “The reason that we had to give them cash is precisely because we are so strict in maintaining sanctions and we do not have a banking relationship with Iran that we couldn't send them a check and we could not wire the money.”

But a Treasury Department spokesman has now revealed that on at least two occasions, the U.S. did make payments to the Iranian government using wire transfers.

In July 2015, the U.S. government paid the Islamic republic $848,000 over a claim over architectural drawings and fossils that are now housed in Iran. Isn't it nice that our president is so scrupulous about paying Iranian claims when he won't allow U.S. citizens to sue Iran in our courts for damages? The second payment was made in April 2016,when the U.S. wired Iran $9 million to remove 32 metric tons of its heavy water from the Arak heavy water plant which is used to produce plutonium that can be used to make nuclear weapons:

The Treasury Department spokesman explained that the lifting of those sanctions allowed Iran “to gain incremental access to the international financial system, which opened up more options for executing transactions, such as the heavy water transaction” that occurred in April 2016. The spokesman declined to offer an explanation as to why the July 2015 payment was possible despite the full array of sanctions in place at the time.

Actually, both these payments violated sanctions still in place based on Iran's human rights abuses. The July 2015 payment was made while both human rights and nuclear-related sanctions were still in place, while the April 2016 payment was made while the human rights sanctions were in place.

That $400 million cash payment that Obama said could not have been delivered except in cash was part of a larger $1.7 billion settlement with Iran, the remainder of which was also delivered in cash. The president also claimed that the $400 million wasn't a ransom, but was paid to settle a dispute over military equipment ordered by the shah of Iran before the Ayatollahs took over.

That too is a fairy tale by our president, as anyone who knows anything about how arms deals and other large commercial deals are done between countries.

There's no way it was 'their money' we were holding:

The normal procedure is that the contracts are signed and the consignee (the purchasing country) goes to a large bank and obtains a Letter of Credit in the amount required. A Letter of Credit is a guarantee from a bank on behalf of one of its customers (in this case, Iran) to the seller's bank that the seller (in this case, the U.S.) will be paid in full to the amount of the Letter of Credit as long as the contracted goods and services are delivered.

To restate this more simply, the buyer's bank guarantees payment (normally they have the funds on hold) to the seller's bank when the buyer receive what they ordered.

Since, as President Obama told us, the arms were never shipped to the Ayatollahs, the money was never released to America by Iran's bank either.

So yes, that $400,000,000, was ransom money. And our president lied once again, without being challenged by a servile press.

http://i.iheart.com/v3/url/aHR0cDovL2NvbnRlbnQuY2xlYXJjaGFubmVsLmNvbS9jYy1jb21tb24vbWxpYi82MTMvMjAxNi8wOC8yMTB4MjEwL2V1cm9zXzBfMTQ3MDI0ODQzMC5qcGc=?ops=

And the reason it was released in cash? Simple...the Ayatollahs wanted a huge, physical amount of cash to photograph and humiliate America for propaganda purposes. Also, cash is fungible and easier to use without a paper trail to trace it. This was money laundering, plain and simple. And that is a felony.

So Obama lied about that too. End of story.

Israelis Capture Leader Of Hamas Cell That Kidnapped 3 Israeli Teens

The three kidnapped Israeli teens, from L-R: Eyal Yifrach, 19, Naftali Fraenkel, 16, and Gil-ad Shaar, 16. (photo credit: courtesy)

The Jerusalem Post, The Canadian Broadcastin gCompany and other sources have reported that the  Israelis took Hussam al-Qawasmi into custody a few weeks ago and have arraigned him for trial.. Al-Qawasmi was the leader of the Hamas cell in the Hebron area responsible for the kidnapping and murder of three Israeli teens, Eyal Yifrah, 19, and Naftali Fraenkel and Gil-Ad Shaar, both 16. They were kidnapped and murdered on June 12th. Al-Qawasmi was arrested while trying to escape into Jordan with forged documents.

Two other members of the Hamas cell that carried out the 'operation' , (left to right) Marwan al-Qawasmi and Amar Abu Eisha are still at large.

Wanted for kidnapping: (left to right) Marwan Quasma and Amar Abu Eisha

According to the state prosecutors and the court documents, Al-Qawasmi has already confessed to receiving funds from Hamas to carry out the kidnapping, planning the operation, collecting the weapons used and helping Marwan al-Qawasmi bury the bodies in a small plot of land he purchased with Hamas funds a few months before the kidnapping and murders took place. The original plan was to get an Israeli hostage into the tunnels and into Gaza to be swapped for the release of convicted terrorist killers now in Israeli jails, patterned after the Gilad Shalit deal. The trio murdered the teens shortly after they kidnapped them because they were uncertain about their ability to bring 3 victims to the tunnels and because  they felt that Israeli Authorities were in close pursuit.

Al-Qawasmi's Hamas boss is Hamas interior minister Fathi Hammad, who has offered a standing $1.4 million bounty to any Arab citizen of Israel who abducts an Israeli and has referred to Jews as 'abhorred and loathed outcasts'. Their conduit for receiving funds and communications was a senior Hamas official now in Ankara, Turkey, Salah al-Arouri.

As an interesting side note, Hammad himself is not above taking aid from those 'loathed outcasts' he wants to murder so badly. When his gravely ill three-year old daughter needed treatment, it was those awful Jews who allowed her through the Erez crossing for medical treatment at - wait for it - Barzilai Hospital in the southern Israeli city of Ashkelon, a favorite Hamas missile target.

There have been a few  stories out there relying on Hamas or Hamas friendly sources alleging that 'Hamas didn't kidnap the teens.'  This should put that nonsense to rest, although when it comes to victims of Israel Derangement Syndrome no amount of evidence ever does. The Evil Jews enjoy permanent, rent free space on their warped, distorted psyches.

Palestinians Send A Message-Ambulance Carrying Bodies of Murdered Boys Attacked, Stoned

Israel's 'peace partners' attacked the ambulance bringing the three murdered boys home for burial with stones and paint.

The Muqata blog posted an image of the damaged vehicle on Facebook writing, “8:44pm IDF Ambulance humvee transporting the bodies of the boys attacked by arabs….windows smashed.”

And yes, they're celebrating, as they have since the three boys were kidnapped:

 http://cdn29.elitedaily.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/10444784_670560513020853_4505377907445298983_n1.jpg

http://www.theblaze.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Temple-Mount-3-Finger-Woman-620x338.jpg

The meaning of the three fingers salute is obvious.

This is what our government funds, and these are the people the Israelis are being arm-twisted to give land to 'for peace'.

Obama, UK's Cameron Condemn Israeli Teen's Murder - But Will Still Fund Hamas

obama

President Obama finally saw fit to interrupt a golf game and issue a very measured statement regarding the kidnapped Israeli teens, now that their bodies have been found:

"On behalf of the American people I extend my deepest and heartfelt condolences to the families of Eyal Yifrach, Gilad Shaar, and Naftali Fraenkel – who held Israeli and American citizenship," Obama said in a statement Monday. "As a father, I cannot imagine the indescribable pain that the parents of these teenage boys are experiencing."

He urged the Palestinian Authority and the Israelis to work together to find the murderers (as if the PA has ever once arrested a Palestinian for killing Jews) and finished up, of course, by telling Israel that Jewish blood, is after all cheap. "I also urge all parties to refrain from steps that could further destabilize the situation," he said.

This, while Hamas is raining rockets on Israel from Gaza while the West funds them.

British PM David Cameron also weighed in.

"I am deeply saddened by the news that the bodies of the three Israeli boys kidnapped on 12 June have been found this evening," Cameron said in a statement. "This was an appalling and inexcusable act of terror perpetrated against young teenagers. Britain will stand with Israel as it seeks to bring to justice those responsible."

"Tonight my thoughts and prayers are with the families of Gilad, Naftali and Eyal," Cameron added. "No parent should have ever to suffer such heartache or grief."

Compare these statements with that of Ed Royce (R-CA), Chairman of the House Foreign Relations Committee, who said that the perpetrators must be "held accountable" for the act:

"The brutal murder of these boys should leave the Administration with no illusion that a Hamas-backed Palestinian government will be a partner for peace. With these killings, the genocidal intent of Hamas has been laid bare yet again.”

If President Obama or PM Cameron actually felt anything, they'd be giving Mahmoud Abbas an ultimatum: 'give up the unity deal with Hamas or lose our financial support'. I guarantee you they won't do anything of the kind. Instead, they want Israel to 'exercise restraint ' as its children are murdered
and as Hamas fires rockets at its civilians.

Meanwhile, Israel's 'peace partner Mahmoud Abbas is a busy man. As Israeli-Arab reporter Khalid al-Toameh tweeted,Abbas wants the U.S. and the EU to step on Israel to prevent any retaliation for the murders:

President Abbas urges US, EU to stop Israeli retaliation for abduction/murder of 3 teenagers - Palestinian official.

I have absolutely no doubt that they will comply...and keep the jirzyah flowing to their favorite terrorist entity as usual.

Breaking: Bodies Of Kidnapped Israeli Teens Found

http://cdn.timesofisrael.com/uploads/2014/06/kidanppedteens-e1404151944928-305x172.jpg

The bodies of Eyal Yifrach, 19; Gilad Shaar, 16; and Naftali Frenkel, also 16 (Z"l) were found today near the Arab village of Halhul, just north of Hebron. The bodies were in an open field in a shallow grave. One of my sources conformed that the graves appear to have been hurriedly dug. This person also confirmed for me that pathologists on the scene confirmed that the teens were murdered soon after they were abducted, and that the bodies were not in good condition and showed signs of abuse.

The parents were notified last night.

The Israelis have already named two suspects, Amer Abu Aysha (left) and Marwan Kawasme (right) both of whom are Hamas operatives and were freed as part of the ransom for kidnapped Israel soldier Gilad Shalit. Both had told their employers ahead of time that they wouldn’t be at work for a few days and both have been missing from their homes in Hebron’s Hares neighborhood ever since the kidnapping took place on the night of June 12. In addition, one of my sources told me that the Israelis have clear forensic evidence linking these two to the kidnapping, most likely from the abandoned car used in the crime that was set on fire. Rest assured that they will be found, although I'm sure there are others involved as well.

It has been over three weeks since these boys were kidnapped. President Obama has yet to say a word about it, even though one of the boys, Naftali Frankel, was an American citizen.  As for the Arabs whom call themselves Palestinians, I'm sure the usual celebrations will be forthcoming. More on this shortly.

Blessed is the Lord, King of the Universe, the True Judge.

May G-d avenge their innocent  blood.

BREAKING!! Israel Names The Kidnappers

The three kidnapped Israeli teens, from L-R: Eyal Yifrach, 19, Naftali Fraenkel, 16, and Gil-ad Shaar, 16. (photo credit: courtesy)

Israel has named two of the kidnappers responsible for abducting teenagers Naftali Frenkel, Gilad Shaar and Eyal Yifrach.

They are Hamas operatives Marwan Kawasmeh (29) and Amar Abu-Eisha (33), and both were  freed as part of the Shalit deal. Both have been arrested numerous times.

 Marwan Kawasmeh (L), Amar Abu-Eisha

The Shin Bet was originally able to pinpoint them because they have been keeping tabs on the terrorists released in the Shalit deal. They were the only ones unaccounted for

Both had told their employers ahead of time that they wouldn’t be at work for a few days. And both have been missing from their homes in Hebron’s Hares neighborhood ever since the kidnapping took place on the night of June 12. According to one of my sources, there is clear evidence linking these two to the kidnappings, and the Israeli authorities were aware of their involvement for some time.

One possible scenario I'm hearing is that the three  teens were lured into helping push a 'broken' car  by a single Arab driver who had accomplices lying in wait down the road. That would answer a lot of questions if that's how it went down.

I'm guessing it probably came from the burnt abandoned car that was left behind. It was probably set afire in an attempt to destroy any DNA or other evidence, but apparently the attempt failed.

I obviously was not told this in so many words, but if they're revealing their identities it's likely the IDF knows where the boys are being held, have them boxed in  and are trying to get the kidnappers to surrender them alive , perhaps to the Palestinian Authority.I would not be surprised at all if that was being discussed in Ramallah, and as a matter of fact, Israeli PM Netanyahu publicly called on Abbas, Israel's 'peace partner' to prove his bonifides by ditching Hamas and the unity agreement:

 http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/1e/Benjamin_Netanyahu_portrait.jpg

“A short time after the kidnapping, I said that those who perpetrated this activity were terrorists of Hamas,” Netanyahu said at an Israeli Air Force graduation ceremony. “And indeed today the security services of Israel have published the names of two of the perpetrators of this heinous crime.”

The prime minister went on to call on Abbas — who, during a recent meeting in Saudi Arabia with foreign ministers from the Muslim world, spoke out against the kidnapping – to bring the reconciliation process with Hamas to a full halt.

“I now expected President Abbas, who said important things in Saudi Arabia, to stand by those words and to break his pact with the Hamas terrorist organization that kidnaps children and calls for the destruction of Israel,” Netanyahu said.

Abbas can't afford to do that politically because of the popularity of Hamas and because they're the ones he plans to turn over 'Palestine' to once the west has legitimized them and it's time for him and the Fatah Old Guard to use their Jordanian passports and take the money they've stolen over the years from their own people to a comfortable retirement elsewhere. But what Netanyahu said needed saying, if only to point out to the West their hypocrisy in funding a terrorist, genocidal organization like Hamas while they kidnapping Israeli children and lobbing missiles at Israel's civilians from Gaza.

Even the Arabs who identify themselves as Palestinians in Gaza and in the areas of Judea and Samaria occupied by the Palestinian Authority apparently understand this contradiction, even if the EU and the Obama Administration turn a blind eye.

In a new poll conducted throughout the Palestinian territories, reportedly conducted by a leading Palestinian pollster commissioned by the Washington Institute for Near East Policy last week, 60 percent of those polled, including 55 percent in West Bank and 68 percent in Gaza, reject permanent acceptance of Israel's existence.

Two-thirds of those polled are in favor of continued “resistance” against Israel. And those who say they support a two-state solution see it a s a strategic device to "take all of Palestine later.”

The Washington Institute for Near East Policy is not exactly a pro-Israel organization either. It was founded by none other than the poisonous Martin Indyk, the Obama State Department’s special envoy during the last attempt by Secretary of State John Kerry to broker peace talks.

In any event, the kidnapping seems to be proceeding towards a climax. Stay tuned and pray as hard as you can for the safe rescue of those three boys.

Update On The Kidnappings: Hamas Cheers, The IDF Keeps Searching

 http://www.mideastfaces.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/BqCZ8cfCAAASFld1.jpg

The IDF is continuing an exhaustive search of the Hebron area, which, given their normal efficiency and that of the Shin Bet leads me to believe that the three Israeli teens are still being kept somewhere in the vicinity. In fact, one of my Lil' Birdies tells me that the silence and lack of demands could even be a good sign. It may very well mean that the kidnappers have not been able to move the three Israeli boys out of the area to a more secure spot, say, in Gaza. After all,any announcements or attempts at communication could very well lead the IDF to the kidnappers..so the odds are that they're laying low for now.

The IDF are calling the search for the boys Operation Brothers' Keeper, and are also using it as an opportunity to take down the Hamas infrastructure in Judea and Samaria. Over 360 Hamas terrorists have been taken into custody. Yesterday, the IDF's sniffer dogs uncovered an underground Hamas tunnel system in Hebron.

Meanwhile, Hamas Leader Khalid Mesha'al is still denying that the kidnapping was a Hamas operation, but he loves theidea and is more than willing to cheer whoever did it on.

Hamas politburo chief Khaled Mashaal

In an interview today with al Jazeera, Masha'al said "then blessed be the kidnappers, since it is a Palestinian obligation to release prisoners and make the occupation pay the price of the Palestinian suffering."

He also emphasized that the reconciliation agreement between Fatah and Hamas calls for joint action to release all of the convicted terrorists Israel now holds as "a sacred national duty and devotion to using any means to realize this goal."

Mesha'al's interview came just hours after Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh announced that a third intifada against 'the Zionist Enemy' had started.

Considering the fact that Hamas is still launching rockets at Israel from Gaza, I'd say the intifada never stopped.

The Israelis suspect that Salah al-Arudi, a member of Hamas' leadership who lives in Turkey eithe rhas a connection with the kidnappings or helped plan and finance them. He's financed terrorist cells in th epast and  has been urging the kidnapping of Israeli civilians for some time.

3 Israeli Teens Feared Kidnapped By Terrorists

 http://www.mideastfaces.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/BqCZ8cfCAAASFld1.jpg

3 young Israeli teens were reported missing Thursday, and a kidnapping is strongly suspected, especially since their cell phones stopped broadcasting at exactly the same time.

The three boys, who are yeshiva students were on their way home from the Jewish town of Alon Shvut to the Jewish town of Sussya, south of Hebron on Thursday evening when they suddenly disappeared.

Israeli security forces have been searching the Bethlehem and Hebron area today, and have located a burnt car they think was used in the kidnappings.Israeli authorities think that the car, a fairly new one with Israeli plates was used by the suspected kidnappers to lure the victims into a false sense of security as it approached them.

A burnt car which may be connected to the disappearance of three Israeli teenagers in the West Bank is taken away near Hebron, Friday, June 13, 2014. (photo credit: AP/Nasser Shiyoukhi)

Two of the missing boys are reportedly 16 and one is 19.One of them is a US citizen, and U.S> Ambassador Dan Shapiro was notified by the Israeli government.

Brig. Gen. Motti Almoz, the commander of the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, said Friday evening that security forces were doing everything possible to locate the teens and PM Netanyahu has been in touch with their families to assure them that everything possible will be done to find their sons.

Netanyahu also reportedly brought the matter up in a previously scheduled conversation with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, telling him that since the announcement of a unity government between the Fatah-led PLO and Hamas in April, “the situation on the ground has been destructive.”

“This is the result of letting a murderous terrorist organization enter the Palestinian government,” the PM said.

He's quite right about that. Abbas, thanks to the Obama team and the EU now has plausible denial for everything, just like Yasser Arafat. Hamas, Islamic jihad and Abbas' own Fatah thugs can carry out the attacks on Israeli civilians while Abbas issues pro form a condemnations and laughs up his sleeve at the gullible westerners who label him a 'man of peace' and continue funding terrorism.

The Israelis are now operating on a working basis that they're dealing with a hostage situation. Many Palestinian figures, especially from Hamas and Islamic Jihad but also from Fatah have urged the kidnapping of Israelis as a tool to get convicted terrorists in Israeli custody released. The deal for kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit, led to the release of 1,027 terrorists, 470 of whom were considered hard core murderers. The Prime Minister’s Office said Friday that, since the beginning of the year, the Shin Bet has foiled 14 attempts to kidnap Israelis.

Hamas in particular celebrated the kidnappings in several messages, although they didn't formally take responsibility. Hamas spokesman in Gaza Husam Badran said “the Hebron operation is a great success for the [Palestinian] resistance in the West Bank.”

The IDF and Shin Bet will leave no stone unturned to try and find the boys. They may, with G-d's help find them and rescue them.

If not, the next step will occur when the Palestinian kidnappers contact the Israeli government with their demands. That's when the Israeli government and Netanyahu are going to be severely tested'

At around midnight on Friday, hundreds of people gathered at the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem’s Old City to pray for the well-being of the three boys.I invite you to join them.

Their names are Ya'akov Naftali ben Rachel Devorah, Gilad Michael ben Bat Galim, and Eyal Ben Iris Teshura.
