Syria fired on Israeli jets today, claiming they had violated Syrian air space. Actually, it's likely that they did, in order to recon the Syrian missile buildup and prove Syrian air defenses now that the Russians have sold them all that new hardware.
At least the Syrians were smart enough not to scramble any jets to tango with the IDF. They probably remember what happened the last few times they tried it.
