The Obama Administration Picks An Islamist Sympathizer To Investigate Benghazi

That's a fairly accurate way to describe former U.S. Ambassador Thomas Pickering, the Obama Administration's choice to head the official State Department 'investigate' what happened in Benghazi.

Aside from his connections with Muslim Brotherhood front group CAIR, Pickering is also co-chairman of the board of George Soros’ International Crisis Group which has ties to other Islamic organizations as well, including the National Iranian American Council (NIAC) an lobbying group for the Iranian regime.

Pickering also sits on the boards of two pro-Tehran groups, the American Iranian Council and the National Iranian American Council.

He's advocated engagement with the Islamist Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, opening relations with Hamas and taking them off the official list of terrorist groups, peace talks with the Taliban, and talks with the Iranian regime with no preconditions.

And in case you had any other doubts, reporter Matthew Vadum has an account of his performance at an Oct. 23 panel discussion at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. on “what role the faith community can play in fighting Islamophobia.”

Among the other panel members were Arab American Institute president Jim Zogby, who's well known for his apologetics for Muslim terrorism, particularly by Hamas and the Palestinians. And our old friend Imam Rauf and his wife Daisy Khan, the principles behind the Ground Zero Mosque, both of whom have hard core Islamist views and backgrounds that could only be described dangerous.

You can access the details of what was said at the link, but to summarize, Pickering essentially agrees with Rauf and Zogby that Islamophobia is a mental disease that resides in a bunch of tea party rednecks and needs to be criminalized.

The choice of Pickering, a loyal Clintonista tells us that the cover up of what happened in Benghazi is going to be continued on an official level.

It also tells us how thoroughly Islamists and their appeasers have penetrated the Obama Administration.

"...Islamophobia is a mental disease that resides in a bunch of tea party rednecks and needs to be criminalized." This statement pretty much sums up the attitude of the entire US government. The Republican leadership and most elected Republican officials also feel this way. They are just more subtle about it than some of the folks you named but they would be in agreement with that statement nonetheless.

"It also tells us how thoroughly Islamists and thei appeasers have penetrated the Obama administration." It's not just the Obama administration. They own both political parties. Although, again, Republican leaders are a bit more subtle in their pro-Islamist bias but they are controlled by Islamists and their sympathizers as well.

We are constantly told by the news media and top government officials that the real problem is the Jews and Israel. In actuality, the Jews have far less influence over American politics than the Arabs do. Furthermore, the "special relationship" that supposedly exists between America and Israel is and has been from the beginning a net negative for Israel.

I don't know why it is that sionists are so desperate to create some sort of a grand conspiracy world where muslims run the world governments. Maybe you could add some caricatures with crooked noses next.

"caricatures with crooked noses" do not really exist. Very powerful Muslim special interest groups that wield enormous power and do not have America's just interests at heart and are generally contrary to those just interests are very real.

While Islamists and their allies who pose a far greater threat to America than Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan ever did or likely ever could have gain in strength, we are engaged in fighting non existent enemies such as the myth of man caused "climate change" and trying to thwart the "sionists."

As for man caused climate change, America's enemies who supply much of the world oil supply are likely behind the propagation of this myth. As for the "sionists" trying to create a grand conspiracy, the Islamists and their allies who control America's media are largely behind this as well.

They wish to thwart America's attempts to develop more of its own energy sources and they wish to redirect American efforts away from them and toward the Jews who also happen to be their enemy as well!!

Just who would these "sionists" be using to propagate this grand conspiracy that you accuse them of? Given thet the American and world media are largely anti-Israel then we'd have to assume the "sionists" are anti-Israel and are against themselves. Not a likely proposition.

While the Islamist enemy and its allies are a far greater threat to America than Nazi Germany or Imperial Japan ever were or ever could have been, it is not the same enemy nor is America today the same country that it was in the early 1940s. As such, our strategies to defeat this enemy will much likely be very different than the ones we used against our WWII enemies.

No time like the present to get started on this. Ridiculing folks to point out this truth is not going to be helpful.

The Islamists will likely be able to count on the likes of Russia and China to help them in their fight against us. Also, Western European countries and India would like to see us hurt. Its going to take a very strong and concerted effort to defeat this enemy. At this late hour, it is unlikely that we are strong enough to do so. I'd suggest seing Rob's post for his assignment to his readers. Pray specifically for all the things he mentions. With true repentance and a true return to our Judeo-Christian founding principles God may just see fit to grant us mercy.

You really don't know? It's not that hard to figure out. Openly hating black people isn't as cool as it used to be among republicans and now they're looking for another group of brown people to vilify. It's no more complicated than that - run of the mill republican racism. Nothing to see here.
