The Real Banana..Weekend Monkey And I Look At Biden's VP Choices

After a long absence from the political scene, expert political handicapper and 2008 presidential candidate Weekend Monkey* joins me as we look over Joe Biden's Vice Presidential running mate choices.

Rob: Well hello Monkey, it's good to have you back.  What ever happened with that  thing in Brazil, you know where you got drunk and groped the bar maid..?

WM: Thanks, I guess. It's been awhile and I have no intention of discussing that. All they did was throw me out of the country.

Rob: What were you doing there anyway?

WM: Look, I was thinking of running for Presidente for life, OK? Didn't work out.

Rob: It would have been interesting if it had.  So let's get down to biz and look at who Biden's choices might be. Not that he's actually going to make the choice, (chuckle)

WM: You got that right. At this point I think somebody else picks out his socks!

Rob: OK, lets begin. Let's start with Kamala Harris. Monkey?

WM: Well she's a real possibility. Biden promised to pick a woman of color who's hair he liked the smell of, and she might be it. On the plus side, she's Lefty enough to appeal to the extreme Democrat Left, and let's face it, they're running the party now.

Rob: I think she's a good possibility  but she has some problems. For one thing, she's not particularly bright, also she was involved in the criminal justice system as California's AG. She also comes across as rude and even somewhat nasty and then there's how she got into politics in the first place...

WM: Yeah, as Willie Brown's mattress even though he was married. Among Black Christians that would be a no no.  I wonder if she still has that fancy BMW he bought her? I betcha he didn't pay for it!

Rob: Also, let's face it. California is in the bag for the Dems. I used to live there not so long ago and it's voter fraud heaven. She doesn't help the ticket in that respect. Also, let's face it. Biden is a figure head. He's going to do what the puppet masters tell him to do. Kamala seems to want to be a star and might not be so good at following orders. Agreed though, she's a definite possibility.

WM: Yeah, exactly. OK, let's move on. How 'bout Karen Bass?

Rob: Well, if people want to vote for an admitted commie who actually belonged to a Sandinista terrorist group, yeah, maybe. Also, she's not as good a speaker as Kamala. And she's another California Pol. She adds nothing to the ticket in that respect. She also really favors giving people money who were never slaves by taking it from people who never owned any and other radical ideas. Although she would probably be more controlable bythe puppet masters than Kamela.

WM: OK genius, who would you pick?

Rob: I'd say Susan Rice. She'll take orders, knows how to lie and the puppet masters probably see her as reminding people of the good old 'Obama Daze.' And uh, having Gravitas...(laughs out loud)...

WM: (Laughs out loud)....'Gravitas'!!!

Rob: Yeah (chuckles) that's how they'll present it.  But she has some weak points too. For one thing, she openly lied about Benghazi and for another, she was directly involved in  the Obama Administrations attempt to use the FBI and CIA to game the FISA courts so they could spy on the Trump campaign in 2016. She was also involved in them deliberately setting up General Flynn. That will almost certainly come out. Also, I'm not sure she's openly radical enough for the Dem Left, although she certainly does hate Israel and probably Jews to a sufficient degree. I think she's going to be the one, especially because she suddenly sold off all of her Netflix stock, a move she would probably not make unless something was coming her way that required it.

WM: HMMMM.....I hadn't heard that. Yeah, she's a possibility. My money's still on  Kamala. Let's move on....

Rob: Okay, what about your old flame, Fake-a-Hontus?

WM: Lizzy Warren? Ah, those were the days.

Rob: Are you two still friends?

WM: WHAT!! After she dumped me and fired me? Nah. But she might just be the one. She's a real far Lefty and does have a following...but after not even winning the primary in her home state of Massachusetts, I dunno. She's also a good speaker, although she come across as kinda mean. But let's be honest. The fake Native American shtick really hurt her, and besides, she's white, and I don't see her carrying any states for Biden he isn't going to get anyway. I'd say she's a maybe at best.

Rob: OK, although I think the bitter memories of your relationship with her are maybe affecting your judgement?

WM: Maybe.  She broke my monkey heart. if she does get it, I have some pictures I'm going to forward to the press...very interesting pictures....

Rob: What about Tammy Duckworth? I doubt Illinois will be a problem for the Dems as long as they can can mysteriously keep coming up with more Democrat votes to count in Chicago. But  she does have that war veteran thing going for her. Although considering the slovenly  way she ran the VA during the Obama years, that likely won't help with Vets although it's still a selling point to the yokels.

WM: She's a possible, but she has some drawbacks. Like you say, Illinois will probably go Dem for the reasons you mentioned. Also, she's not black, a lot of black voters don't particularly like Asians, and her mom was Thai. But that might also bring  some Asian votes. She also was sued and had to settle a case with employees of the VA when she terminated one employee without cause and threatened and intimidated another for bringing reports of abuse and misconduct of veterans when she was head of the VA. If that comes out and is used, well....who knows.

Rob: Val Demmings?

WM: Well she'd be interesting, except that she was the former chief of police in Orlando, Florida. BLM and Antifa no like.Plus she's not radical enough.  Reeeeal long shot, pal.

Rob: Stacey Abrams? I'd call her a real long shot.

WM: And a real heavy one, ah hah hahahahah! Plus she isn't the kind to take orders. Anybody else?

Rob: What about the Black female mayors?

WM: Keisha Bottoms had a shot but she caught corona virus. As for the others, when people take a look at how places like San Francisco and  Chicago are being run, faggetaboutit

Rob: Okay, no odds but name your top three choices. Mine are Susan Rice, Kamala Harris, and Karen Bass, ot necessarily in that order.

WM: I'd say Kamala, Lizzy, and maybe Susan Rice as a long shot.

Rob: Well Weekend monkey, interesting as always. Are you going to do a prediction of the election?

WM: Yeah, I probably will. See you then.

*Weekend Monkey was a Democratic candidate for president in the 2008 election. He also served as a key aide in Washington DC to Senator Elizabeth Warren, who's campaign he worked on. He is also a well known predictor and handicapper of elections and a commentator to this site and other media outlets. And as it turns out, he was right on this one.

Sessions Confirmed; Nasty Fauxahontas Fails In Bogus Race Card Attempt

Senator Jeff Sessions was confirmed as Attorney General, but not before Fauxahontas, prog-fascist heroine and the senior senator from Massachusetts made a particularly nasty attempt at impugning the reputation of a far more honest and accomplished human being than she'll ever be capable of becoming.

What she attempted to do was to play the race card to brand Senator Sessions as a racist, and then to throw a fit when she was reminded that it was against senate rules:

How charming to quote Senator Ted Kennedy as a moral arbitrator, the man who left a woman die slowly in a car he crashed and then colluded with the authorities, using his name, position and influence to hide his part in it? The man who invented 'Borking,' the sport of demonizing and slandering public officials nominated for public office and up for Senate confirmation? The man who could justifiably have been prosecuted for treason because of his private approach to the Soviet Union offering to help them destroy the Reagan presidency?

And how amusing to hear the senator who was employed by Harvard based on lies about her native American heritage and who actually voted to confirm corrupt racist hacks like Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch talk about racism!

I'm hardly surprised to find that the late Senator Kennedy is Elizabeth Warren's idea of a hero, role model and moral arbiter.

And Coretta Scott King? She had a right to her opinion, although there's zero evidence that the judge who broke the KKK in his home state of Alabama is a racist. The late Mrs. King's heavy involvement with the Democrat Party when she wrote that letter in 1986 might just have had something to do with her sentiments. In any event, this cynical use of that letter without a scrap of proof is a classic example of the sort of McCarthyism happily use whenever they can while squealing like pigs in a slaughterhouse whenever they feel they can get away with accusing others of it.

Of course, someone with more honesty might have chosen to read this letter to the Senate, from someone who actually was directly involved in some of Judge Session's 'racism' Mrs. King mentioned in her letter, someone who had personal reasons to bear a grudge.

But this wasn't about giving Jeff Sessions an honest appraisal.

This was by no means spontaneous. The day after Fauxahontas attacked Jeff Session, her new book came out. And the media had obviously been prepped for the new far Left hotness The Washington Democrat Digest praised this new "battle cry" and the anti-Trump Fake News  political action group CNN hailed the "rallying cry" . And of course,  th efundraising letters went out, with a new slogan and hashtag #She presisted. Take a look at the merchandise they had ready for consumption by the True Believers:

Notice to single young men. Avoid any interaction whatsoever with a female wearing something like this. Consider yourself warned!!!

The unintentionally funny part of this is the 'she persisted' tagline. Fauxahontas didn't persist or accomplish a damned thing. She violated senate rules egregiously to help sell her book and herself as a possible 2020 candidate,  was told by the president of the senate to sit down and keep quiet. She did as she was told. She didn't persist in keeping Jeff Sessions out of the Justice department either.

There is something she did accomplish.

Elizabeth Warren, just like the rest of the senate has worked with Senator Jeff Sessions for years. They knew very well the accusations made were libelous, partisan falsehoods.  they did it anyway, just because. While the Senate was designed by our founders to be the deliberative, more reasoned, more collegial  part of congress. The Democrats, led by Harry Reid have almost destroyed that completely. The crazed opposition to President Trump's appointees on the most far fetched grounds imaginable is unprecedented.

Only one Democrat,Joe Manchin from West Virginia defied the baying jackals and voted to confirm his colleague. Do the Democrats imagine that after this, the Senate Republicans are going to be willing to work with them and pretend what Fauxahontas just did never happened? Do they really think th eAmerican people don't see what they're doing?

You reap what you sow. Chuck Schumer, Elizabeth Warren and their colleagues are in for a hard lesson.

VIDEO: Elizabeth Warren Flees When Student Calls Her Out For Lying About Her Ethnicity

Image result for Elizabeth Warren, fake indian

Ahhh, the perils of Princess Passes Bull!

Elizabeth Warren is something of a villain to a lot of progressives these days and it has nothing to do with her lying about her 'native American' background to get a lucrative position at Harvard.

For all her nonsense about wanting to get Wall Street money out of politics, when it came down to it she endorsed Crooked Hillary, the candidate backed by sleazy Wall Street money instead of her political soulmate, Bernie Sanders. Even worse, after selling herself in hopes of being named Hillary's running mate, Hillary picked Tim Kaine and she's been reduced to shilling for Hillary in hopes of getting some kind of cabinet post.

In that role,Senator Warren appeared for Hillary at Ohio State University. But then (H/T, Legal Insurrection) a pro-Trump student used the opportunity of taking a selfie to ask a few questions and hilarity ensued:

Student:“How does it feel like losing to Trump this year?”

Warren: “We’re not going to lose to trump this year.”

Student: “Oh really!”

Warren: “We’re going to beat that [inaudible]”

Student: “But you lied about your ethnicity, you lied about your ethnicity to get a scholarship.”

Warren: [runs away]

Of course, it was a teaching job (one class, $400,000 per year) that Warren finagled with her misrepresentation of her ethnic background rather than a scholarship, but yeah, that's the truth of the matter.

Elizabeth Warren Gets Taken In By Anti-Israel Fake Holocaust 'Victim'

 http://images.politico.com/global/2012/08/120806_elizabeth_warren_605_ap.jpg

Progressive icon and Leftist demagogue Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) was speaking at Tufts University in Massachusetts when she got played...and big time. At one point, taking questions, she picked Elizabeth Moseley, who threw Israel and Gaza into the mix. Here's a transcript of what went down:

Moseley: “Eva Moseley, I’m not a student, I’m not an alumnae, but was in faculty life. I was also a Holocaust refugee and I’m extremely concerned that Jews don’t do to another people what was done to them.”

Warren: “I think that’s fair.”

Moseley:"You recently said that you believe that Israel has the right to self-defense," the activist continued. "Do you also believe that the Palestinians have a right to self-defense?”

Warren:“Of course. And the answer is yes. The direction we ought to be moving is not toward more war. The direction we need to be moving, as I said, I believe we need to move to a two-state solution where both peoples can be secure and safe within their own borders. So, I’m there.”

At that point, one of Moseley's friends weighed in: “You specifically apologized for Israeli actions attacking schools and hospitals and you’re going on the congressional Israel trip which we all know is like AIPAC alignment, is what that is. So as a progressive, as someone who wanted you to come be a progressive, how can you say what you’re putting forward on Israel is progressive?”

Warren: “You know, look, you can do whatever characterization you want of it, but listen only to my words. I didn’t apologize for anyone. I made clear what my view is. I don’t want to see anyone kill more people.”

Then back to the scripted talking points...“You know, it’s – I think that peace favors both peoples and that’s what we really need,” Warren said, adding, “But I always want to be clear about this. The parties themselves are the ones that will have to negotiate this – it is not up to America to impose it.”

So let's analyze this a bit.

First of all, who's Eva Moseley? She is a retired Harvard clerical worker who is also a prominent BDS supporter and a member of the ultra far Left Cambridge Peace Commission who has made Israel-bashing her vocation. Eva Moseley is who the Commission goes to when they need an Israel basher for one of those 'as-a-Joo' moments.

Nor, by her own admission is she a Holocaust victim. She left Vienna with her parents for America in 1939, and as she said in this fan letter to Holocaust denier and Hezbollah fan Norman Finklestein, "I'm one of the lucky few who escaped and, because I was only six at the time of the Anschluss, escaped virtually all the trauma as well."

In spite of admitting having no connection with Judaism or the local Jewish community, Eva Moseley definitely knows how to use the accident of her birth to slime Israel. As she told her pals on the Peace Commission, "I can do my 'I escaped from Nazi Vienna and am unhappy with what Israel does' schtick, if you think that would help."

Next, let's see what she and her fellow Palestine groupie were able to manipulate Senator Warren into endorsing.

That 'Palestinian right of self defense' is well established code for terrorist attacks against Israel's civilians, part of the 'resistance.' If Senator Warren doesn't know that, she hasn't been paying attention much to the region or the Arab rhetoric on this subject and I would question her fitness to lead.

Second, when the unidentified Pal groupie attacked her for 'apologizing' for Israeli actions, Senator Warren's reaction was to say 'I am too a progressive, I didn't apologize for Israel, you know I just really want peace, kumbayah.'

Senator Warren, like more than a few Democrats is willing appear to be pro-Israel when it suits them for donor money and votes. But she  is also  apparently more than willing to 'triangulate' that support to appeal to her progressive, predominantly  anti-Israel base. Not only that, but the fact that she got so easily manipulated and doesn't appear to actually know much about the region except the talking points she's been fed is a bad combination.

Massachusetts voters who think Israel does have the right to defend itself and to exist should take note.

Uh Oh!! Elizabeth Warren Caught Practicing Law Without A License!

 Elizabeth Warren

Fake-a-hontas may be in heap big trouble.

Professor Bill Jacobsen over at Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion has the scoop. It appears that Princess Dances-With -Socialism was practicing law in Massachusetts without being licensed to do so! Not only did she violate Massachusetts law, but she had the gall to use her taxpayer provided Harvard office as her law office! Here's the statute, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 221, Section 46A: Section 46A. No individual, other than a member, in good standing, of the bar of this commonwealth shall practice law, or, by word, sign, letter, advertisement or otherwise, hold himself out as authorized, entitled, competent, qualified or able to practice law; provided, that a member of the bar, in good standing, of any other state may appear, by permission of the court, as attorney or counselor, in any case pending therein, if such other state grants like privileges to members of the bar, in good standing, of this commonwealth. I won't get into Professor Bill's fine work further, except to say that he has her dead to rights and you should visit the link for the gory details.

Whether the Attorney General  of Massachusetts is going to prosecute a Democrat candidate for senate is of course another question.
GOP incumbent Senator Scott Brown touched on this when he hammered Warren in the latest debate for representing Traveler's Insurance against asbestos victims, something she received a fee of $212,000 for.

:

 Ouch.

Warren attempted to lie her way out of it, but the paper she cites, the Boston Globe, actually backs up Brown's account. And apparently she represented Travelers while not being legally entitled to do so.

This is Massachusetts so anything could happen, but I have a feeling this serial prevaricator is too devious and slimy even for them. We'll see in November

Weekend Monkey's Real Banana - An Exclusive Interview With Elizabeth Warren

Hideyho, primates! I'm here live at the Democrats national convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, and have I got a treat for you...an interview with none other than my old Pal Elizabeth Warren, the next Senator from the state of Massachusetts!

EW
: Hello Monkey! I remember you trolling students for votes at Harvard...and the after party! No primate left behind! We sure drank a lot that night ( giggles).

WM: Yup! The absolute ultimate in diversity, just like I told you then. Great days, great days. So, not only are you running for the Senate in Massachusetts, but you have a star speaking role at this convention.

EW: Uh huh. Wednesday night, prime time.Introducing Bill Clinton.

WM: Ain't gonna miss it, my progressive cupcake. Just be careful never to let Bill Clinton get behind you or get you alone in a room.

EW: He pulls something out of his pants and asks me to kiss it, he's gonna think I'm Jewish instead of Native American, if you get my drift...

WM: Hee hee! That's my lil' class warrior! OK, level with me. You had that great schtick, about how nobody in America got rich by themselves, and then Obama 'borrowed' it, botched it and turned it into a ReThug rallying cry. That has to make you a little bit peeved, right?

EW: Well, no Monkey, to be honest. I mean yeah, he did kind of give the Repubs a feed line instead of being nuanced like I was, but we're both on the same end of the canoe, if you get my meaning. Besides, us Native Americans are used to having stuff stolen from us by the palefaces. I mean, look at the Pilgrims and Orville Redenbacher's popcorn.

WM: Forget about the popcorn, look at Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina and Georgia. That Trail of Tears thing, is it really true one of your ancestors was a part of sending the Cherokees to Oklahoma?

EW: No comment on that Monkey. After all, I can't be expected to account for all my ancestors, can I?

WM: Nah, of course not. But that brings us to another subject, the controversy over your Cherokee heritage that surfaced during the Senate campaign...is it true you were listing yourself as a minority on that university directory of law professors thingy?

EW: Hey, it's just like I said..I just wanted to y'know, meet some nice people, make a few friends, maybe find someone special who, y'know, understands me, somebody to do things with after a week of grinding out Marxist dialectic on campus...nothing more than that. Is that so bad? All the Fake-A-Hontus stuff, it's all nothing but lies, all lies, Monkey! Just designed to try and prop up a corrupt, right winger Republican tool who deserves to have a tommyhawker thingey or whatchamacallit thrown at him.

WM: Actually, as I recall, he's pretty liberal and votes a lot with Democrats...

EW
: NOT Liberal enough for the people of Massachusetts, Monkey..with that stupid pick up truck and those chiseled abs and boyish good looks..just sickening.I'm surprised he hasn't tried to do a strip tease in front of some of those voters!

WM: You could do that, you know.Maybe attract some of those crossover male voters..

EW: Don't think I haven't considered it.I can't believe the polls still show us neck and neck.

WM: But you're gonna win, right?

EW: I can depend on the sound judgment and the common sense of the good people of Massachusetts for that, Monkey. Remember, we're talking about the people who elected Teddy Kennedy, John Kerry and Barney Frank to office and kept them there for years!

WM: Yeah, I think you got a point there sweetums. You can always depend on Massachusetts. Sooooo...what will you say to the American people Wednesday night?

EW: (Giggles) Aw c'mon Monkey. A girl has to have some secrets.

WM: C'mon Babe, just a little preview, for my readers...

EW: OK, OK. It'll just be the usual, y'know. Aside from playing up Bill Clinton, it'll be y'know, Romney is Satan, Paul Ryan is Hitler, how they hate women, minorities, gays, that kind of thing. And maybe I'll try do a little damage control on my theme on how nobody in America got rich by themselves, kind of make up for President Obama's misstep.

WM: I think that's an outstanding idea, and I know you'll do it so well. And I have another idea, one that I think will make it go over even better.

EW: What?

WM: Honor your Native American heritage and spit in the eyes of your unworthy detractors by doing the speech in Indian dress.

EW: You think so Monkey? Really?

WM: Just try stuff this on.

EW: Whaddya think?

WM: I think it's you, Elizabeth. And it brings out those high cheekbones of yours I've always liked. Not to mention those baby blue eyes of yours.

EW: Ooh, Monkey. I always feel so much better after talking to you! Hey you know...after I finish the speech, maybe we could meet up, you know, have a few drinks, talk about old times? I could, I could umm, meet you in the bar over at the Ballantyne Hotel, I'm staying there...

WM: The Ballantyne??? Pretty fancy digs for a class warrior, don't you think?

EW: Hey the DNC is paying, OK? Even the bar tab's on expense account. But anyway, would you come, Monkey? I'd wear the buckskin, the headdress and the feathers for you..

WM: Now your talking my language, sweetcakes. Go out there, knock 'em dead and we'll have our own private powwow at the Ballantyne.

EW: Will do, Monkey!

WM
: Until then my fair Indian maiden...or should I say, Senator! Thanks for dropping by.

EW: Anytime Monkey.

WM: Well there you have it primates! This is Weekend Monkey, signing off until next time..

Soros Funded Group Forces States To Fund Special Voter Registration Drives For Welfare Recipients

The Takers vs. The Makers indeed. It's what this election is all about.

The left is pulling out all the stops to win this one. Their latest gambit is using lawfare to force states to make special and sustained efforts to register welfare recipients...at taxpayer expense.

The key group involved is the ACORN affiliated Demos foundation funded by George Soros. It still lists President Barack Obama on its masthead as part of its founding board of directors.

What they've done is to find a poster child on welfare in various states who claims they were not offered a voter registration form, per Bill Clinton's 'motor-voter' legislation from the 1990's. Then they've sued, and forced state governments to spend taxpayer dollars to go to extraordinary lengths to register welfare recipients.

As Bill Jacobsen relates, what's happened in Massachusetts is particularly egregious, because the Massachusetts state government is not only actively complying but enthusiastically behind these efforts:

The news broke today that Massachusetts has taken extraordinary efforts in response to a lawsuit by a former ACORN affiliated, Soros-funded group to register 500,000 welfare recipients to vote (who would have thought there were that many people on welfare considering Mass has only 6.5 million residents).

Republicans cried foul, as this was a transparent attempt to register Warren’s base, while no similar efforts were made to register voters who might be more favorably inclined towards Brown.

Rob Eno of Red Mass Group, however, took the story to an entirely new level by discovering that the group in question is run by Elizabeth Warren’s daughter:

Elizabeth Warren’s daughter Amelia Warren Tyagi is leaving nothing to chance in the 2012 election for her mother. Warren Tyagi, the chair of the George Soros funded Demos Foundation, has bankrolled, through Demos, former members of ACORN in their pursuit to have the Commonwealth’s welfare agency perform a voter registration drive. The Boston Herald has the story, although they missed the Warren familial connection….

The article goes on to show that NEU4J ( New England For Justice United) was aided financially in this effort by Warren Tyagi, who runs...wait for it..Demos.

The name demos, by the way is a cynical but entirely accurate inside joke. In Greek, it means 'the mob'.

NEU4J, along with the NAACP New England Area Conference, reached an agreement with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on July 5 — just two months after the suit was filed, which means they essentially rolled over and gave NEU4J pretty much whatever they wanted..

The deal requires state officials to mail vote registration forms to the 477,944 welfare recipients who were on the books between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012. The mailings will cost the state $275,844.

Massachusetts also agreed to run public service announcements on TV and radio stations from mid-July through mid-October publicizing the registration push. And welfare office waiting rooms, which will soon be equipped with TVs, must make announcements explaining how to register to vote.

The office of Massachusetts Secretary of State William Galvin, who was also named in the suit must take part in three voter outreach activities in communities with a high concentration of welfare recipients.

Let's chew this over for a minute..in a state with a close senate race at hand, the daughter and son-in-law of one of the candidates are in charge of spending tax payer dollars to register her base!

GOP incumbent Scott Brown had it exactly right:

“I want every legal vote to count, but it’s outrageous to use taxpayer dollars to register welfare recipients as part of a special effort to boost one political party over another,” Brown said in a statement this morning. “This effort to sign up welfare recipients is being aided by Elizabeth Warren’s daughter and it’s clearly designed to benefit her mother’s political campaign. It means that I’m going to have to work that much harder to get out my pro-jobs, pro-free enterprise message.”

Not only that, but the money and manpower the state of Massachusetts is spending could and should be considered campaign contributions.

Also, as Professor Jacobsen reveals: the claim was not that people were not offered registration forms, but that Mass officials should have take more steps after over 90% of welfare recipients said they already were registered to vote (far above the actual number). The Sec. of State attached to the Answer the steps which already had been taken to assure adherence with the so-called Motor-Voter law. Rather than defend the case, Mass just decided to agree to a mass mailing.

I'll just bet they did.

And it isn't just Massachusetts. So far Demos has sued 9 states, including the battleground states of Ohio, Pennsylvania and Nevada.

The cases are still pending in Nevada, Pennsylvania and Louisiana but settlements have been reached in Ohio, Missouri, New Mexico, Indiana and Georgia. Meanwhile, North Carolina, Virginia, Colorado and Mississippi have all agreed to comply without being sued.

This, of course isn't the Democrat's normal tactic of voter fraud. This is just a way of attempting to maximize their base..at taxpayer expense.

It remains to be seen how successful this will end up being on election day.

Hilarious! Obama Attacks Romney For Quoting Him

One of the more annoying traits President Obama has is one he shares with many on the Left...he thinks everybody is stupid except him.

Now that the president's insulting remarks on business ( 'you didn't build that, someone else did')have revealed his ideology and gone viral, President Obama is trying desperately to spin this..but he's doing it with an ad that attacks Mitt Romney for quoting him accurately. Not only that, but as my pal Gay Patriot remarked, the ad actually includes Obama's quote itself! Just watch:

Just for comparison, here's the entire video of both Obama and Mitt Romney, without the Obama Campaign's misleading cuts...

Watch More News Videos at ABC

2012 Presidential Election

Could anything be more obvious? As I wrote previously, this president is so anti-business that he forgets something:

..those roads and bridges, his salary, his wife's five star vacations, the chef who cooks his $100 per pound wagyu steak and his greens fees were all paid for by taxpayers. And 71 per cent of those taxes came from the top 10 per cent of income earners...which includes a lot of those business owners he's claiming did nothing to 'make that happen.'

As Charles Krauthammer remarked, when you hear the entire quiote, it actually makes Obama look worse.

Speaking of which, could the president have made this sordid socialist screed happen without 'borrowing' from Princess Dances-With-Socialism herself,Elizabeth Warren? Yes it doesn't take a village, it takes a politbureau.

Per Professor Jacobsen over at Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion, Fake-A-Hontas not only acknowledges the linkage, but expands on it:

Warren said during a campaign stop in Dorchester yesterday, “I think the basic notion is right. Nobody got rich on their own. Nobody. People worked hard, they build a business, God bless, but they moved their goods on roads the rest of us helped build, they hired employees the rest of us helped educate, they plugged into a power grid the rest of us helped build,” she said.

This isn't going to go away, and President Obama, out of sheer arrogance, is making sure of it.

Fake-A-Hontas Lashes Out At 'Rightwingers' - Including Professor Jacobson At Legal Insurrection!!

Democrat senate Candidate Elizabeth Warren, AKA Dances-With-Socialism keeps getting buried deeper and deeper in her false claims of Cherokee Indian ancestry. First, when the story first broke, she attempted to simply lie about the fact that she claimed minority status at Penn State and Harvard Law in order to take advantage of affirmative action and 'diversity' bennies to get herself hired to lucrative positions. She was forced to admit it after subsequent investigation proved she informed both universities she was Native American and was promoted as a diversity hiring by both schools..and further revelations forced Princess Passes Bull to admit that she listed herself as Native American in order to get placed on a list of “Minority Law Teachers”.

It's just gotten worse since then, since a number of actual people of Cherokee ancestry have denounced her for falsely claiming the lineage. Even genealogical tracing of Warren by a group of Cherokees led by Twila Barnes has shown that Fake-A- Hontus has no Cherokee heritage. In fact, one of her direct ancestors even participated in rounding up the Cherokees and shipping them to Oklahoma via the infamous trail of Tears.

The bizarre thing about this is that Warren could have headed this entire thing off by simply saying that this was based on what she was told by her family, that she might have been mistaken, sorry about that. It all would have gone away.

Instead, she's been living this lie and wallowing in minority victim status fo rso long she simply couldn't give it up, so she's doubled down, accusing 'rightwingers of orchestrating this while refusing to meet with Cherokee groups who are demanding she explain herself.

And prominent among those nasty rightwingers? Our friend Cornell Law professor Bill Jacobson at Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion! You literally have to see the vids at this link in order to believe them. According to Warren and her surrogates, the whole Cherokee issue was a product of 'Brown operatives', not Princess Speaks-With-Forked-Tongue's own lies and manipulations of the diversity industry:

Rather than meet with the Cherokee women and prove her heritage or apologize, Warren’s response has been to create a shiny object for the press to focus on, a ”right wing extremist“:

Warren’s camp responded late today with this statement: “The people of Massachusetts are concerned about their jobs, the future for their kids, and the security of their retirement. Scott Brown would rather talk about anything else. The out-of-state group in question is being promoted and supported by a right wing extremist who is on the record supporting and contributing money to Scott Brown. It is past time we moved on to the important issues facing middle class families in Massachusetts – even if Scott Brown won’t.”

The Warren statement does not identify the “right wing extremist,” but her campaign has been feeding my name to dutiful scriveners at places such as CBS Boston, who use old information from the Brown-Coakley race.

Professor Jacobson, of course, has been on this story form the outset.

This is a classic exhibition of the left wing mindset, for what it's worth. No matter what happens, it's always someone else's fault.

If this is the sort of person the people of Massachusetts want representing them, fine. But really, res ipsa loquiter...the thing speaks for itself.

Whoopsie! Apparently Her Native American Heritage Isn't All Elizabeth Warren Lied About

It appears Princess Passing Bull has a major academic scandal in her past that's been hushed up:

In 1990, Rutgers Professor Philip Shuchman charged Elizabeth Warren, along with Teresa A. Sullivan, the President of University of Virginia who resigned unexpectedly yesterday, and Jay Westbrook, her two co-authors of the 1989 book, As We Forgive Our Debtors: Bankruptcy and Consumer Credit in America, with “scientific misconduct.”

Within a few months, Warren’s friends and former colleagues at the University of Texas quickly completed an error-filled investigation. This secret report was accepted by University of Texas President William Cunningham. For two decades, Warren and her co-authors have claimed in academic circles that this report--never before made public--exonerated them.

But the central charge made by Professor Shuchman was neither investigated nor refuted in this secret report. Shuchman cited four specific criticisms of the 1989 book. It is the fourth and last complaint upon which charges of scientific misconduct hang.

Professor Shuchman concluded his book review with this powerful allegation:
This book contains so much exaggeration, so many questionable ploys, and so many incorrect statements that it would be well to check the accuracy of their raw data, as old as it is. But the authors arranged matters so that they could not provide access to the computer printouts by case, with the corresponding bankruptcy court file numbers, this preventing any independent check of the raw data in the files from which they took their information.

In the footnote to this paragraph, Shuchman notes:
A common instance of misconduct in science occurs when “there [is] no way to verify whether or not [the] research was accurate.’ Woolf, Deception in Scientific Research, 29 Jurimetrics J. 67, 83 table 5 n.4 (1988).

The University of Texas report never even went near the question of whether the authors deliberately failed to provide access to the computer printouts by case that they used, with the corresponding bankruptcy court file numbers.

If Dances-With-Socialism and her pals failed to do so, that meant that none of the raw data they used could be checked independently by outside researchers.

This is a bigger deal than it at first appears, since the research on which the book was based was financed by the taxpayers via a National Science Foundation grant..and Professor Fake-A- Hontas and her colleagues used a research methodology that was very different from the methodology they stated they would use in their NSF grant proposal.

Once they got their hands on the money, Wareen and her fellow class warriors in academia chose to apply “human subject safeguards” by removing identifying information (case number, petitioner name, and a subsequent “identifier” they added) from over 1,500 bankruptcy records which were used as the raw data in the study..thus making their research data unable to be verified!

Documents obtained from the NSF suggest that the “human subject safeguard standards” that Warren, Sullivan, and Westbrook imposed on their data were never approved of by that agency, were not consistent with the law, and were never known to the NSF until after the book had been published and Shuchman’s complaint filed.

Hmmmm!

The people over at Breitbart are promising us more juicy details in three subsequent articles that discuss how The University of Texas, the National Science Foundation, and Harvard University behaved when confronted by this scandalous behavior by their professors.

I think this is going to lead to some major revelations about how grants, the diversity industry and academia work, and I have a feeling it's not going to be pretty.

Should make heap good reading, to coin a phrase..

Massachusetts Dems Resoundingly Nominate Fake-A-Hontas For Senate

Elizabeth Warren

By a record breaking 95%, Elizabeth Warren also known in Native American circles as as Princess Passes Bull easily won her party's nomination to face Republican Scott Brown in the November Senate election.

While Warren has faced controversy over her lying about her 1/32nd Cherokee ancestry, and about her lying about using that faux Native American ancestry to obtain lucrative jobs at Penn State and Harvard, most Massachusetts Democrats obviously consider this a non-issue.

And polling shows Dances-with-Socialism and incumbent Scott Brown pretty much tied.

This shouldn't surprise anyone.

Massachusetts, after all, is the state that had no problem repeatedly electing someone to the senate who swam off, left a young woman to drown and then used his political and family connections to hush the whole thing up. Nor were they moved to unseat Rep. Barney Frank over the little matter of him running a gay brothel out of his home, or his promoting another romantic interest to a lucrative job at Freddie Mac and then protecting him when the malfeasance there began to become obvious.

Elizabeth Warren's serial prevarications and cynical use of the racial spoils system in academia likely are a non-issue to a lot of Massachusetts voters, because she's down for the agenda. That's what matters to them, not her character.

Isn't democracy wonderful? As Winston Churchill famously said, it's the worst system of government there is - except all the others.

Will she win? Here's a clue. Watch to see how much money she gets from the DNC, and whether President Obama comes down to campaign for her. If she gets money from the DNC and President Obama hits the Bay State for her, she definitely has a good chance.

Fake-A Hontas Hilarious Press Conference, As She Now Admits She Lied And Did Tell Harvard She Was Native American

This is getting more and more comical.

Dances-With-Socialism just got endorsed by Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick. As the above clip shows, when a reporter asked her point blank about her lying about her Native American heritage, she got completely flustered to the point Governor Patrick had to answer for her. Watch how Warren melts down when the reporter insists on an answer from her, and she stonewalls and goes into a rant.

Patrick's meme that the people of Massachusetts 'don't care about this issue' may or may not be correct, given that it's Massachusetts. But this whole saga has to do with the proposed candidate's integrity...not to mention that she appears not to be able to stand on her own two feet when asked a relevant question?

In other news, Princess Passes Bull finally admits she lied when she said earlier that she never told Harvard she was claiming minority status as a Native American ( hat tip, Drew over at Ace's place) :

“At some point after I was hired by them, I . . . provided that information to the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard,’’ she said in a statement issued by her campaign. “My Native American heritage is part of who I am, I’m proud of it and I have been open about it.’’

Warren’s statement is her first acknowledgment that she identified herself as Native American to the Ivy League schools. While she has said she identified herself as a minority in a legal directory, she has carefully avoided any suggestion during the last month that she took further actions to promote her purported heritage.

When the issue first surfaced last month, Warren said she only learned Harvard was claiming her as a minority when she read it in the Boston Herald.

Do the people of Massachusetts want someone like this representing them in the U.S. Senate? We'll see.

Actual Cherokees Demand Fake-A-Hontus Cease And Desist

Yes, Elizabeth Warren, AKA Princess Passes Bull is in deep trouble with real Cherokees:

A group of more than 150 Cherokees—enrolled Cherokees and descendants from the three federally recognized Cherokee tribes, the Cherokee Nation, the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians, and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians—demanded today that Elizabeth Warren tell the truth about her "Cherokee" ancestry and identity. {...}

Twila Barnes and David Cornsilk are spokespeople for the group.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, Ms. Barnes had a direct message for Elizabeth Warren:

I would like to meet with Ms. Warren, in person, and explain why her false claim of Cherokee ancestry is an issue. She can ignore the questions of a reporter, but can she ignore the questions of a real Cherokee?

Though our ancestors suffered, they also overcame and thrived, but they paid a very high price for us to be able to claim our heritage. That heritage belongs to us, and no one else. For Ms. Warren to have claimed that heritage and used it for her own selfish purposes is disrespectful and disgusting.

The most comical aspect of this is that Elizabeth Warren could have stopped this at any time. All she had to say was 'This is part of a long family tradition, and it may have been mistaken. Sorry about that.'

It all would have blown over. Instead Dances-With-Socialism was so obsessed with her own mythology and had been lying about it for personal gain for so long, she believed her own horse manure and was arrogant enough to believe she was going to continue to get away with it.

Given that it's Massachusetts and anything could happen but I have a feeling that Speaks-With-Forked-Minority-Status just might not end up in the U.S. Senate in 2012.

Elizabeth Warren Doubles Down On 'Native American' Heritage As Real Native Americans Voice Outrage

Apparently nobody ever gave Princess Passes Bull the benefit of some age old lore: when you're in a hole, stop digging.

Now that even the documentation supposedly showing her as 1/32 Cherokee has been debunked, even by the partisan Boston Globe, the latest evidence of how Dances-With-Socialism tried to pimp her faux Indian roots surfaced in supposed 'traditional' recipes she contributed to the 'Pow Wow ' cookbook back around 1984.

Guess what? The cookbook, entitled Powwow Chow not only was edited by Warren’s non-Native American cousin Candy Rowsey as a compilation of “special recipes passed down through the Five Tribes families,” according to the introduction, but Princess Speaks With Forked Tongue is listed in the book as 'Elizabeth Warren, Cherokee' in a number of places in the book.

Real Cherokees are becoming more and more incensed at this fraud, especially as it now turns out that some of Warren's more provable ancestors likely participated in rounding up Cherokees for the forced eviction known as 'The Trail of Tears' . As it becomes more obvious that Fake-A-Hontas used her minority 'ancestry' to gain affirmative action and diversity points as a student and in her professorial career at Harvard, there's also a growing call to have these institutions release her enrollment and employment records to see exactly what she claimed.

Actually, even if they don't show anything, Harvard was touting her as a minority professor and as a 'woman of color' in its brochures..something they wouldn't have been aware of if she hadn't told them.

What amazes me the most about this sordid tale is that Elizabeth Warren herself could have deflected it all so easily if she had an ounce of character or a sense of humor. We all have our traditional family stories and lore we absorb without really checking it out thoroughly. Even though it's obvious Warren used her bogus claims of ancestry for the most blatant kind of self-advancement at the expense of others, all she ever had to say was, 'Whoops! I always heard this from Grandpa and Grandma and just assumed it was true. Sorry about that' and it all would have blown over.

The problem, of course is that for a great many people on the Left, lying and bending the truth out of shape becomes so habitual and ingrained that they start to believe their own horse manure and simply can't shut the mechanism off.

Warren may actually end up becoming a senator. The voters in Massachusetts are known for their high tolerance of incompetence, serial dishonesty, corruption and arrogance in their elected officials provided they're 'down for the agenda' and have that small 'd' after their names. Just ask Barney Frank or Deval Patrick.

But one can only hope that now that her inherent dishonesty has been revealed for all to see, the Massachusetts electorate will think twice about the matter.

Fake-A- Hontus - The Massachusetts Senate Race Turns Absolutely Weird

One of the seats the Democrats are hoping to try and turn is that of Republican Scott Brown, who took Teddy Kennedy's seat in a shocking upset victory and is up for re-election this year.

To oppose him, the Democrats have chosen Elizabeth Warren, a Harvard Law professor and self-styled 'consumer advocate' whose views on issues like private property, free enterprise, business and governmental control of same could be said to be a lot closer to Josef Stalin's than say,Milton Friedman.

The campaign started with the expected 'Republican war on women' theme, but it didn't have much effect on Brown, who is not a conservative and who gets a lot of traction in the Bay State from female voters because of his great looking, chiseled umm..position on farm issues.

When that was a non-starter, the requisite class warfare drumming on her part had some effect, but not quite enough, so the next step for Mrs. Warren was to throw her minority creds into the mix as a Native American, which is what she used to get affirmative action bennies at the University of Houston and Rutgers, and how she's been listed for decades in in the Association of American Law Schools desk book, a directory of law professors.

Except when asked for proof from the media, she was reduced to claiming - wait for it - 'family lore'!

She finally managed to get someone to find a document from 1894 that might indicate that her great-great-great grandmother could have been a Cherokee. As Christopher Child of the New England Historic and Genealogy Society said after he found this document at such a fortuitous moment "more research is needed." I'll just bet it is.

If it turns out to be true, that would make Fake-A-Hontus all of 1/32nd Cherokee. On that criteria, Barak Obama is an Arab Muslim and I'm the lost heir to the Lithuanian throne. The funniest thing about the entire episode with Ms. " Princess Laughing Socialist" is the reason she claims she been lying about this for two decades. Not to get affirmative action status, and not to get an inside track for a professorship at Harvard as a diversity candidate, but to make friends:

“I listed myself in the directory in the hopes that it might mean that I would be invited to a luncheon, a group something that might happen with people who are like I am. Nothing like that ever happened, that was clearly not the use for it and so I stopped checking it off,” said Warren.

People like her? Note to myself..start a new social media site for people whom lie about their ethnic backgrounds to get favored treatment and lucrative positions. I simply must help this poor woman.

Jokes aside, I have to wonder if there's something in the water Democrat candidates drink in Massachusetts. This was such an obviously stupid move, what they call in baseball an unforced error. And looking at Elizabeth Warren and the antics of the last Democrat Senate Candidate, Martha Coakley, I can't help but think that they've owned Massachusetts for so long that they feel like they don't even need to put up a pretense anymore. I mean even ex-Rep. Patrick 'I ain't drunk ossifer, I'm jus' in a hurry to get to whatever they call it where I vote' Kennedy wouldn't have been this stupid. At least I don't think so.

On a separate note, President Obama is planning to do some ads for Elizabeth Warren. Wearing a Sioux headress and calling himself Chief Sitting Tax And Borrow.Or something.

UPDATE: Bill Jacobs over at Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion sagely points out that Warren's listing as a minority law professor doesn't mention a specific minority.

Warren listing herself that way would not be a means of meeting other Native Americans, because no one else would know she was claiming to be Native American just from the listing. (I wonder how Harvard knew if she never told them and it never came up?)

Heh!
