He definitely has a point. I HATED for my children to learn that their little friends were people who, in my parents' day, would have been considered inferior just because of the way they looked. If no one puts the seeds in, they do not grow. Much better to teach them this stuff AFTER they have automatically accepted everyone in the wonderful way children do, when the very notion of such evil is unthinkable.
