Obama 'Amused' At Tea Party Tax Day Protesters

Oh, those amusing, bitter ,guns and religion clinging peasants..let them eat cake!

President Barack Obama struck a hyperpartisan note Thursday, telling Democrats that he was "amused" by the Tax Day Tea Party rallies.

Obama, addressing a Democratic National Committee (DNC) fundraiser in Miami, did little to endear himself to the Tea Party groups protesting around the country, saying "they should be saying thank you" because of the tax cuts he has signed into law.

Ha ha, those silly rubes in fly over country! Aren't they comical?

That ignorant cowboy BushHitler had his faults, but somehow I don't recall him ever saying anything that dismissive about the anti-War protesters, do you?

Actually, not only does Obama have contempt for his opponents, but he has it even for his rabid partisans at a Dem fund raiser. There's no other explanation for him pulling off that wheeze about how he's supposedly cut taxes.

Remember, Prez Zero has already promised to let the Bush tax cuts expire, which will increase the top individual rate in January from 35% to 39.6% the dividend rate from 15% to 39.6% and the capital gains rate from 15% today to 20% next year. And that's not counting the taxes inherent in Obamacare.

The president went as far as to say that this week's special election in Florida, which was won by Democrat Ted Deutch, was portrayed by Republicans as "a referendum on healthcare, a referendum on the stimulus."

"And you know what, it was," Obama said to applause.

Obama continued to dare Republicans to run on a platform of repealing healthcare reform, telling the audience "they won't be very successful."

Oh, we'll see, Mr. President. Let him laugh who wins.

please helps me write more gooder!
