The Unconstitutional 'Slaughter Solution'
As I revealed previously,the latest Democrat scheme to shove through ObamaCare involves a bogus application of House rules that would simply 'deem' the Senate bill passed - without an actual vote or a roll call!
Pelosi's lieutenant in this scam in Rep. Louise Slaughter(D-NY), head of the rules committee, and as far as Constitutional Law scholar, author and talk show host Mark Levin is concerned, she needs to be recalled for attempting to implement this unprecedented desecration of our Constitution.

This is a step over the red line, and Obama, Pelosi and Reid can simply not be allowed to get away with it.

Do you think anyone will challenge this in court? Even if they do, how likely do you think it is that the Supreme Court will decide in favor of whoever challenges it or will they simply decide in favor Mr. Obama?
If this passes, it seems likely that this is the end of the American Republic. In spite of arguably the slickest propaganda campaign in history, the people simply do not want this plan. While I think EVERYONE agrees that some reform is needed, this simply is not it. It will simply raise costs in the form of increased taxes, lower the quality of health care, and it will increase the delays one has to go through to get healh care. Most people recognize this. If they are able to shove this through, then I think it is safe to safe "Democracy" as we have known it is over. If he can do this, what will he do next? Will he appoint himself "President for life" or something to this effect.
I think a court challenge is likely if this is attempted. Where it goes is anyone's guess.
