American female journalist kidnapped in Iraq
Jill Carroll, a freelance journalist currently working for The Christian Science Monitor, was kidnapped at gunpoint by terrorists in Baghdad Saturday morning. The body of her interpreter, Allan Enwiyah, 32, was later found in the same neighborhood. He had been shot twice in the head and dumped in the road. There has been no word yet on Ms. Carroll's whereabouts.
Let's hope she gets home safely.
