At least that's what the 'Palestinian' Ma'an news agency is reporting.
So in exchange for unnamed 'incentives', the Israelis are supposed to retreat to indefensible borders and sit down with Hamas!??!
If I were the Israelis, I wouldn't trust a single word coming out of Obama's mouth, let alone anything I heard from Mahmoud Abbas.
