Obama Administration Formally Recognizes The Muslim Brotherhood

The U.S. has decided to formally resume contact with Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood:

“The political landscape in Egypt has changed, and is changing… It is in our interests to engage with all of the parties that are competing for parliament or the presidency,” said the official, who confirmed the news to Reuters on condition of anonymity.

Because it's the Politico, the linked article refers to Hamas as an organization 'sympathetic to the Muslim Brotherhood.' In fact, Hamas is merely the 'Palestinian' branch of the Brotherhood, and their genocidal policy towards Jews and Israel is also echoed by Sheik Qaradiwi, the Muslim Brotherhood's de facto leader who drew huge, enthusiastic crowds in Egypt's Tahrir Square expounding on those themes.

Recognition of Hamas, in violation of The Road Map and the Quartet's expressed principles is next on the agenda, It's already happening in that aid we send to the 'Palestinians' ends up helping to fund Hamas.

What the President is doing, as he's done from Day One is to choose sides in the Arab-Israeli conflict. And he's not choosing Israel. That's definitely out in plain sight now, so that even Leftist Jews with tunnel vision can see it.

Here's a message for Jews who voted for Barack Obama in2008. You may not be able to get to the point of voting for a Republican, but at least don't vote to return an anti-Israel president to the White House.

You needn't admit you might have been wrong in 2008, but its OK to admit you were lied to.

please helps me write more gooder!

gentile in the thread.
this comment will be OT and pedantic.
i was with ff right up to the point he said:
2008, but its OK to admit you were lied to.
this is where i disagree with most people.
i don't believe hussein lied.
i know, i know, this flies in the face of the truth, how can you tell when hussein is lying? his lips are moving.
but i don't think he lied about israel in 2008.
i watched IBA news at the time, and i watched the coverage of his pre-election visit to israel. i couldn't believe my ears the whitewashing that was going on.
and not just livni, bibi as well.
it was all there for anyone who cared to listen.
i disagreed with ff right after hussein was elected. ff can furnish the link to his post at the time, i'm sure, wherein he said he was willing to give hussein a chance.
a chance?
a chance to sell the country of israel down the river, throw 'em under a bus, whichever.
his past, his links, his mentors.
hell, the only thing missing was a pharoah and plans for a new pyramid.
i have no doubt ff can pull up quotes and links of comments that have now been proven lies. just scratch the surface of those comments.
he didn't lie.
people choose not to listen.

Is this any surprise coming from an administration with the Moslem brotherhood affiliated Huma Abedin in the State Department and the anitsemites Samantha Powers and John Brennan as national security advisors.I am sure Obama had been just waiting for his chance. Who knows, maybe by abandoning Mubarak this is what he had in mind all along.

I'm certain of it, IP. Obama signaled that when he demanded that Mubarak allow Muslim Brotherhood reps into the audience when Obama gave his Cairo speech, and when Obama subsequently tossed Mubarak to the wolves.

Formally recognizes Muslim Brotherhood?
Obama wholeheartedly endorses the Muslim Brotherhood.
It's not like they are ...ya know...Christians or something terroristically militant like that.

Equivalent to supporting the Nazis in 1933. So, is this a ''Neville Chamberlain'' moment? Or a Jimmy Carter moment?
Liberal Jews are brain-dead.
