Emboldened by an influx of cash from the West to fund his private militia and what apparently appears to be a pledge by the West to supply him with arms if it comes down to a civil war with Hamas, Abbas has announced that he will hold his referendum on July 31 on the so-called `Prisoner's document'.
The Main Stream media is still pushing this a recognition of Israel. It's nothing of the kind.
In fact, it is a document produced by a bunch of convicted murderers, who's unconditional release is called for as part of the package.
Both sides are ramping up their armaments in preparation of a conflict. Hamas has the advantage so far both in boots on the ground and weaponry, but Abbas is working hard to catch up.
