Israel hits Beirut again..and orders its ground forces to secure the area south of the Litani River
Israel's response to Nasrallah's threat to attack Tel Aviv was a quick one, The IAF lauched a devastating airstrike on Hezbollah positions in Lebanon and pushed more troops across the border with orders to drive to the Litani, clearing an area about 20 miles from the border.
Other strikes were reported on the Bek'aa Valley.
A different sort of response came from Ehud Olmert directly to Shiek Nasrallah. He taunted him for hiding and staying out of sight and hiding behind women and children while Olmert said that he had been out inthe open in his office every day, and had been in Northern Israel many times since the war started....
