In first place for Council posts was Who do you trust with your Constitution? : New World Man for Matt Barr's fine essay on the legislative branch versus judicial activism on a Constitutional basis. COngrats, Matt!
In second place was my own article J O S H U A P U N D I T: The Pope at Auschwitz. This was a major address by the Pope, and a call to arms in the battle for Europe...I still have trouble understanding how the MSM missed the significance.
For non-council posts the winner was MaxedOutMama: "Guest Workers" Are Destroying The US a good post on the misbegotten attempt to create a new class of Hispanic indentured servants, with a `guest worker' program..and why that's a moraly wrong and stupid idea.
Second place honors went to AMERICAN FUTURE:The “L” Word by Dr. Demarche. In this case `l' stands for legacy, as in Presidential legacy, and Dr. Demarche takes the position that President Bush's legacy will be tied to how he handles border security.
